When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

What is the purpose of students studying hard all these years, of course

for the better future. Every parent wants their kids have advantage over others,

so they can be outstanding and have a good job. Students learn in campus, they

are in the stage of studying knowledge while getting a job soon, there is

necessary for them knowing something about society.

Before study in college, students focus all their attention on study for

entering a good college, they don’t need to care about other things, it is also

what their parents tell them. After entering college, it is a little different,

at this stage, study is no more the only task, students should have access to

society. They should make some preparation for the job hunting, knowing society

helps them get use to the society quickly. Some students only care about score,

with the development of technology. Many ancient architectures and traditional

ways of living have been deserted. It seems that the traditional culture and

craftsmanship will be replaced in this modern era.

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly,

traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new

sciences are always highly efficient, because modern science and technology

facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot, with which we can save much

money and time. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture,

especially the maintenance and repair of the historical buildings.

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it

couldnt keep pace with the development of society. It is the tide of history

that the traditional culture and technology will no doubt be eliminated in the

end.

I love traveling. Traveling not only broadens my horizons but also opens my eyes to the world.

Whats more， it refreshes me. You can go to Disneyland and experience what its like to be “a child again!” You can visit one of the “seven wonders of the world，” such as the Grand Canyon and feel the magnificence of nature! You can taste the “magicial” ice water on a glacier， which can help you bee more beautiful and make you live longer. Just forget all trifles and burdens that you have in your mind. In last summer vacation ,I went to Beijing with my family.First ,we went to the Great Wall,where we met a lot of foreigners and we also took a lot of photos.They all like our culture and beautiful senery.Second.we went to the summer palace ,where the previous emporers spent summer in the old days.Third,we went to the Forbidden City .Finally ,we went to Wangfujing Street where we tasted much delicious food.In a word,we had a great time during the vacation and we leanred a lot from this tour.

Panda is our country’s treasure, we should protect it. nowadays, we see
