不一会，同学们便整齐有序地走向操场，等老师宣布军训开始后，终于迎来了常规练习。刚开始，教官先让我们做“立正”的姿势，我暗想：不就是简单的站立嘛，真扫兴!还以为有什么高难度的动作呢。教官用十分严肃的口气快速命令到“立正”。我刚开始动作还算做得到位。可随着时间的推移，渐渐的身体酸疼起来。我愕然了，仅仅是目视前方，五指并拢已经招架不住，以后的训练怎么办?自己以前在电视里看到的军人雄壮豪迈的精神风貌，整齐又昂扬的站姿，十分倾佩，殊不知这也是他们一朝一夕训练出来的。太阳似乎是跟我们过不去，总是一副高高在上的样子，把光和热传递给我们，口干舌燥的感觉越来越明显，却又不甘心在第一天的训练中就倒下了。我告诫自己，一定不能放松，要跟上大家的进度，不给我们这个集体拖后腿。

教官又教给我们其他一些简单的动作，“跨立”“向左或向右看齐”或者是“向左转”等，这虽然是十分乏味的练习，但为了做到整齐，我们一遍一遍反复练习……终于，训练结束了，而我整个人也是汗流浃背，接近虚脱的状态了。终于到了午饭时间，进入食堂后，还不能乱哄哄地马上吃饭，还要听教官的口令，这对我来说十分新奇，也许作为一个军人，不止是操场上的英姿飒爽，在生活中，在吃饭这个细节上也要做的规规矩矩吧。

一个上午的练习，是我收获颇多，俗话说得好“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，任何的事情都不是很容易就能做完美的，在军训的日子里，酸甜苦辣各种滋味都要自己慢慢品味。精神上的洗礼，就在这个盛夏。

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

The typhoonHaitang is coming. It comes with the heavily wind and rains. This is my first time to see the wind so strong. I got sleeplessness on Sunday night. The windows were making noises by the great wind. Even I could hear the voice of the iron sheet down on the street. We could not go out while the typhoon coming. Last night, I watched a movie, it is about two teenagers, they have cancer,

but the boy is positive about life while the girl is negative about life. They

meet each other, then the girl is affected by the boy, she starts to see the

beautiful things in her life. I am so moved by the movie, though the ending of

the movie is not so perfect, we see the change of the girls life. The topic of

the movie is to tell people to be positive about life, no matter what happens,

even the bad fortune they get, they still need to smile every day. People need

to find the beauty of life, so they wont life live without meaning.

今天早上的英语课上老师不一样了，在这个时候就会有人需要注意了，因为在这个时候的人大多数就是玩手机和睡觉的，因为我们需要回答问题！

老师在今天早上突然之间不知怎么回事就让我们回答问题，让我们在这个时候就有一些难以接受，而且我们也不好意思说一句不会，因此在这个时候就需要努力对待了！我和大家原本是一样的，也属于在这个时候玩手机的人，可是没有想到的是老师让人回答问题的时候会站在面前，根本就不得不认真负责，而且她总是在这里来回转悠着，因此过来的时候就不得不注意了，而不知怎么回事，今天早上回答问题的人大多数就在我们旁边，因此在这个时候就需要小心谨慎，而且她让我们一起翻译，而由于我们根本没有仔细阅读，根本就不会翻译，因此我们几个人在这个时候就用手机百度了一下，不过这节课的翻译一下子就出现了，而我们在这个时候就需要努力看看就可以了。

老师多次在我们这里问答，在这个时候就需要认真对待了，而且由于老师在我们旁边，根本就没有人在这个时候还不认真负责，因为一下子就会轮到我们了，当该我的时候属于突然发生的情况，不过由于我这个人在这个时候看了一下，在这个时候还是有一些印象的，而且我的舍友在这个时候还是打辅助的人，我还得到了这个人的帮助！

王校长讲毕，联欢会正式开始。首先上演的是同学们喜欢看的动画片上的《喜羊羊和灰太狼》，主持人一报有任雨硕，我心想：任雨硕演喜羊羊非常像，罗佳龙演灰太狼也栩栩如生，笨头笨脑的形象引来了几位同学们的阵阵笑声，不过更多的是烘托了现场的气氛，丁香演懒羊羊，黎明演慢羊羊都演得不错，她们温顺的性格使这表演出的小羊更加乖巧、活灵活现，沸羊羊是正义、勇敢的代表。

随着演出的高潮，李欣的电子琴演奏开始了，他刚一弹响那精致的电子琴，那优美的琴声即欢快又悠扬，让我有一种幽静的感觉，后来突然进入高潮，让我感到兴奋、欢快。李欣弹奏着，我们完全沉浸在了电子琴的音乐里，脑子里仿佛呈现出茂密的大森林，音乐中透着一股花香的味道。突然，森林消失了，出现在我们面前的是一片浪涛汹涌的大海，海花拍打岩石的声音随处可听，还回响着隆隆声……忽然，什么都没有了，我们定睛一看，原来是李欣演奏完毕了。顿时，全班报以排山倒海的掌声，那掌声久久不息。是啊，李欣演奏得这么动听了，谁会不为之感动呢!

元旦师生联欢会结束了，可我的心却还依然停留在那优美的`音乐之中!

今天是寒假的第一天，时间过得真快转眼间一个学期过去了，放假了心情无比的轻松。

但是，我不觉得放假是一件好事，是因为放假的第一天我就开始发烧，本来放假前做的计划非常的好，放假第一天和朋友们一起打篮球，第二天一起出去玩，之后看心情。可是现在我只能乖乖的躺在床上了，放假本是可以高高兴兴得玩，老天爷太不公平了。

I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted

to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I
