their contain. So, eating more fruit can make skin better and look more

Secondly, fruit is good for our health. It helps to prevent and treat

on. The people who eat fruit often have less risk to get those diseases.

Last, fruit is delicious. Different fruit have different tastes. Many

people like eating it as snacks. For me, eating delicious food can make me feel

To sum up, fruit is really good for us, inside and outside. We should take

some in our daily life, but we should not eat excessively.

昨晚在少儿频道又看到了主题为《我爱兴趣班》的谈话节目，很认同教育专家的观点：不管学什么，都要使孩子有个幸福快乐的童年。看到如今的孩子在并不轻松的学习任务之外还要学这学那(特别是城镇的学生)，负担挺重的，不免想起自己小时候参加兴趣班的那段快乐日子。

那是我上小学五年级的时候，学校第一次开设兴趣班，除了舞蹈、美术、书法、体育之类的班，还有编织、小制作、刺绣等现在已不见踪影的班。当时大家感到很新奇，不知参加哪个班好。当我看到负责教刺绣的老教师拿着精美的刺绣作品来宣传时，我被深深地吸引住了，便毫不犹豫地在刺绣班报了名。之后，我按老师的要求准备了刺绣的工具：绣花针、绷架、白色的确良布，还请同学的奶奶帮忙从长安买来了彩色丝线。刚开始的时候，老师先教我们一些基本的针法，然后指导我们练习。等我们都练得差不多了，老师就帮我们在布上描一些简单的图案让我们绣。记得第一次绣的是一只小鸭子，我绣得特别认真，当完成这一件作品的时候，心里满是成功的喜悦。后来，老师慢慢给我们增加难度，我又相继绣了蝴蝶、花篮、金鱼等图案。绣花是很考验人耐心的一种活，更需要认真细心的态度，但由于对它的喜爱，我每天做完作业都很乐意拿出来绣上一个小时;哪一针绣歪了，我不怕麻烦，宁可拆掉几针退回去重来，那种陶醉其中的美妙感觉似乎是无法言喻的。记得我还把绣有金鱼图案的那块布让妈妈去缝制了一个枕头，邻居、亲戚看到了都夸我手巧，当时心里真是乐开了花。只可惜，刺绣兴趣班只参加了一年就停下了，大概当时我们已是毕业班的学生，学习任务相对较重的缘故吧。后来上了初中，功课更多了，也就没有时间、心思去绣花了，但那些彩色的丝线我却一直保留着。

本来，随着时间的推移，我的刺绣情结差不多已淡忘，但前年去苏州旅游时看到那些精美绝伦的刺绣作品却又勾起了我对刺绣的热爱，有时候甚至忍不住胡思乱想：如果我没做老师，说不定已做了一个娴静的刺绣女呢。也许，等到我退休的时候还能去尝试一下吧。

学习刺绣，让我回味童年生活时又多了一份幸福的感觉。但愿现在参加兴趣班的每一个孩子将来也都有这样的感受。

我吃过的水果有香甜可口的红苹果有像月亮一样的香蕉，还有像红脸蛋的红樱桃而我最喜欢吃的水果还是菠萝，因为它长得特别像一个穿黄袍的皇帝。

菠萝的黄袍上长满了尖尖的刺，头上的皇冠也长着葱葱茏茏的锯齿，可是，它的皇冠很是奇怪，皇冠一般都是黄色的呀！而它的皇冠竟然是绿色的，菠萝的外表黄澄澄的，它拿起来特别的扎手，我每次拿它都要用纸小心地包着，怕它扎着我，它很像一个炸熟了的大鸡腿。

削开菠萝皮后，发现它有很多像眼睛一样的小黑洞在看着我、有的像对我微笑、有的像对我生气、还有的像对我在委屈的哭呢！因为我要切掉它们，但是我也没有办法呢？只有要把小黑洞全部都切掉以后才能吃呀！

我把小黑洞切开后发现果肉黄澄澄的，让我馋涎欲滴，我忍不住就津津有味地吃了起来，真的是美味香甜呀！

爷爷告诉我，菠萝对人们营养价值特别的高，所以小孩子要多吃菠萝身体才会长得更高、更结实。

听到这些，我更加喜欢菠萝皇帝了呀！

我的家乡在河南，那里绿树成荫，空气清新，四季有着不一样的景色。
