大多数人都知道西瓜这种水果，西瓜的美味和它的鲜甜让人值得一赞。

在夏日炎炎的日子里，吃上一个西瓜，那将是一件令人特别幸福的事情。西瓜可以被称为“夏日解渴神器”，因为它肉质鲜美，营养丰富，鲜甜可口，多汁多肉。

西瓜原生地在非洲，但中国是世界上最大的西瓜产地。它的营养丰富，富含维生素、糖分、水分等，和苹果相比，一个西瓜能顶八个水苹果。西瓜是长在地上的，它是根茎水果，不像桃、梨、苹果那样生长在树上。它的样子是圆形的，但是还有一种是用模具刻成方形的西瓜，样子很奇特。

如果把西瓜放在冰箱里，或放进冷水里，过一个小时再拿出来，然后切开，你会尝到极鲜的味道，同时还会给你一种冷嗖嗖的感觉，让你从心里感觉会很凉爽。

西瓜壳还有许多用途，可以做成西瓜果冻，做法也有许多种口味不一，也很好吃。

西瓜不仅好吃，还能做西瓜果冻，西瓜盖饭，西瓜锅……总而言之，西瓜是我最喜欢的水果！

说到了水果，有黄色的香蕉、红色的苹果、紫色的葡萄、桔黄色的橙子、淡黄色的香瓜……在所有水果中，我最爱吃苹果了。苹果与梨同一类，酸甜可口，营养丰富，是老幼皆宜的水果之一。

苹果的种类很多，像红富士、黄香蕉、红香蕉，还有国光、黄元帅……数也数不清，据说全世界约有上万个品种。

种类不同，它们的颜色也不一样，大部分都带有红色，还有黄色的，淡绿中带红的;形状也有不同，有圆圆的、有一头圆一头带棱的、有鸡蛋形的。

苹果可以整个一起直接吃，也可以做成罐头、苹果酱、苹果沙拉，我最喜欢切成一片一片地来吃，因为你可以一边干别的事，一边享受那香香甜甜的味道，让人尝到一种沁人心脾的感觉。买苹果的时候要看仔细，新鲜苹果应该结实、松脆、色泽美观;成熟苹果有一定的香味、质地紧密、易于储存;未成熟的苹果颜色不好、也没有香味、储藏后可能外形皱缩;过熟的苹果在表面轻轻加点压力很易凹陷。

苹果的营养很丰富，她含有丰富的碳水化合物、维生素A、C、E及蛋白质、脂肪、柠檬酸和磷、钙、锌、钠等微量元素。苹果性平，有补心润肺、生津解毒、益气和胃、醒酒平肝的功效。如果你现在肚子饿，吃一个苹果那是不行的因为苹果中的苹果酸和柠檬酸能够提高胃液的分泌，促进消化。吃苹果时要细嚼慢咽，这样不仅有利于消化，更重要的是对减少人体疾病大有好处。
