出门没多长时间，雪愈下愈大！凛冽的寒风刺骨，冰冷的雪花打在我的脸上，疼……但是这些阻挡不了我，我挺着身，往前跑……忍着痛！忍着不一般的痛！忍着强烈的痛！突然一个身影在我眼前飞一般的跑过去。那是谁？原来是我志同道合的健身者。他喘着粗气，跑得是那么快。我被这一场面而所感动，于是我也紧跟着他向前冲去，热气在我内心汹涌，我觉得我是一个伟大的小男子汉！我的心中觉得无限的甜蜜与自豪！这时，我突然想起了富勒说过的一句话：“忍受痛苦的事情，可能令你有甜蜜的回忆”。对，不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹？富勒的这句话使我力量倍增，心中热乎乎的！“沙沙……”的雪声在我耳边作响，我咬紧牙向前跑去……

经过了一个月的锻炼，我的体质强多了，不像以前那样经常生病了。这不仅归功于我持之以恒的艰苦锻炼，还归功于富勒的那句话——忍受痛苦的事情，可能令你有甜蜜的回忆。

现在想起来，那第一次的雪中晨练仍然是悲壮而有甜蜜的回忆。
