我喜欢冬天，因为冬天可以和朋友打雪仗，堆雪人。

冬天很冷，可雪景很美。下雪了，下雪了，大地妈妈铺上了一层厚厚的棉被，房子和树木都穿上了银白色的衣裳。雪大了，雪花娃娃调皮的飞舞着，那雪轻柔、洁白，像柳絮，像杨花，像鹅毛一样纷纷扬扬的飘洒下来。不一会儿，大地妈妈的怀抱里就有许多雪娃娃了。

冬天，我和许多小朋友堆雪人，先把雪团成一团，然后滚成一个大雪球。然后再做一个不大不小的雪球放到大雪球上面，雪人就成型了。接着，拿两个龙眼核当眼睛，拿个胡萝卜当鼻子，用树枝画一个嘴，用石头做纽扣，用一个铁桶做雪人的帽子，扫把做雪人的手臂，再给她围个红领巾，雪人就做好了。

打雪仗更好玩了，先把雪团成一个个雪球，然后你扔我，我扔你，雪落到身上，冰冰凉凉的，大家开心极了。

我从小就喜欢吃水果。我每天都要吃水果。我喜欢吃的水果有很多，有樱桃、桃子、菠萝蜜、葡萄等等，其中我最喜欢吃的是葡萄。

每年到葡萄丰收的季节，葡萄架上就挂满了一个个小圆球，有紫红色的，有紫黑色的，还有绿色的。圆圆的葡萄真诱人啊！紫红的像水晶，绿的像玉石，而我最喜欢的是那甜甜的夏黑葡萄。

葡萄的味道特别好，它酸甜多汁，好吃极了。剥开葡萄的外衣，就看到里面红嫩晶莹的果肉，还有一股诱人的果香更是扑鼻而来，总是让我有一种一口吞下的冲动。

葡萄不但味道好，它对人身体还有很多好处呢。我记得以前在书里看到过，说葡萄中的糖主要是葡萄糖，非常容易被人体吸收。特别是当人体出现低血糖时，若及时饮用葡萄汁，可以很快缓解症状，而且对预防心脑血管疾病也有一定作用呢。

葡萄这么美味，又有这么多的作用，大家都来吃葡萄吧！
