How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

Spring comes to Canada in March. The weather is warm and sunny. People feel comfortable. But sometimes the temperature can be as low as -15℃ and it even snows. We won’t see flowers until May or June! In this season, we can play “snow” soccer. On weekends, we can also have a field trip to the countryside and make syrup. There are plenty of fun activities in spring.

我最喜欢的水果是山竹。

和芒果、木瓜一样，山竹也是热带水果。妈妈说，山竹一般在种植10年以后才能采果，对环境的要求很严格，而且产量很低，所以山竹的价格很高，有“果中皇后”之称。

山竹的形状很像柿子，顶上有一个小小的果柄和四片黄绿色的“叶子”，好像戴着一顶小帽子。它的果皮是紫红色的，又厚又硬，用筷子敲打会发出“梆梆”的声音。在果皮的下面，有像花朵一样的图案，图案有几个花瓣，里面的果肉就有几瓣，很有意思吧！

吃山竹的时候可以用刀把果皮切开，也可以用手将果皮捏出裂缝再掰开。掰开果皮就能看见几瓣洁白晶莹的果肉，像剥了皮的大蒜瓣儿一样，亲亲热热地簇拥在一起。果肉有大有小，最大两三瓣里面有核，小的就全是果肉。山竹的果肉又嫩又滑，清甜多汁，美味无比。

山竹不光味道鲜美，而且营养丰富，还能清凉解热。每次我生病的时候，妈妈都会给我买山竹吃。看到诱人的雪白的果肉，不用吃，病就好了一半啦！

世界上有许多种水果，比如西瓜，圣女果，火龙果……可是我最喜欢的，还是那鲜嫩多汁的小桔子。

有一天，妈妈给我买来一袋桔子，我高兴地一蹦三尺高，于是我一蹦一跳地跑过去，快速拿起一颗桔子。我发现它是橙色的，像中午时的太阳。它的形状圆圆的，像一颗乒乓球，用手摸起来，上面有些粗糙，像青蛙凹凸不平的背。

八月十五以前，石榴虽然有了淡淡的红色，但仍旧没有成熟，如果你忍不住馋意吃了一个，你的牙齿绝对会被酸倒。等到石榴渐渐成熟的时候，大大的石榴把石榴树都压弯了，有时候真为它担心，怕石榴树被压断了。摘下一个石榴，掰开皮，把一颗颗红色的小“珍珠”放到嘴里，真是又脆又嫩又甜，现在想起来我还垂涎欲滴呢。

石榴先是青色的，随后又变成淡红的，最后就变成了深红。你只要咬一口小“珍珠”，你的牙齿上、嘴唇上、舌头上就会染上了红色的汁水。

没熟透的石榴非常酸，熟透了就甜丝丝的，叫人吃了回味无穷。

我小时候，因为个子非常矮，所以摘不到完全熟透的石榴，只好摘下面没熟透的石榴。回到屋里，我直接吃外面的皮，“哇，真难吃呀!”刚吃到嘴里的我，吐出来后喊道。
