暑假,福娃带我游泰宁,我知道了泰宁有四个景点——有壮观的状元岩、幽静的上清溪、秀丽的塞下大峡谷、还有一个当然是大金湖了。

上午，我们去的第一个景点——状元岩。

你们知道这座山为什么叫状元岩吗?我来告诉你们吧!因为这里以前是南宋状元邹应龙读书的地方!我们从山脚下出发，山太陡了，在烈日炎炎下，我们爬得很慢，大家都爬得上气不接下气，终于爬到山顶了，导游阿姨对我们说：“早在很久很久以前，泰宁曾发生了火山爆发，原来的汪洋大海都被顶成了一座座大山，所以这里的山奇形怪状的，岩石都是红色的。”我们休息过后，现在要下山了。俗话说上山容易下山难!这下我可体会到了。我们走得小心加小心的，这时来到一个交错的叉路口，导游阿姨介绍说前面是“潘桃盛会”，我以为是一大遍的桃树呢!但到了那里，却一棵树也没有看到，只见一块大石头上刻一个个像桃子形的东西，中间刻着一个红色的“寿”字。妈妈说：“潘桃盛会是天上玉帝、王母娘娘过生日时举办的盛会。”噢，我知道了。我们继续往下走，终于来到了邹应龙读书的地方了。

从肖像的前方往远处看，在隐隐约约的山群里，有一座山就像一个笔架子，传说那是邹应龙放笔的地方。

我们继续往下走，在半山腰导游让我们看前方一块大石头，那巨石上有许多小窟窿。其中有一个窟窿里驻着一个鸟巢，导游阿姨说那是一个老鹰的窝。我觉得这个鸟巢像——我们奥运会的国家体育馆。

我们一路往下走，我都在留心每一块巨石，看巨石中的窟窿还有没有鸟巢。就这样我们下到了山脚下，来到两座山的缝隙里，脚下是一片清泉，在清泉上立着一块块梅花桩，走在这感觉像走进空调房一样的凉爽，脚下的泉水叮叮咚咚的唱着歌，我第一次在梅花桩上捉小鱼，而且是在“空调房”里，真是太爽了!虽然没捉到鱼，但是我们捉到一只虾，还是一只“孕妇”虾呢。这样我们恋恋不舍地走出了“空调房”，路上看见一条四脚蛇从路上横穿过，我们害怕极了，赶紧快步走出状元岩。

The most enjoyable time in a day was night. All people would go out to be cool. They talked with each other freely and happily. Sometimes we would gather around an old grandfather and listen to an old story, which would always attract a lot of children. Our grief and joy all came from story. Sometimes we would carry out a small stool, made it as a horse, and then we would ride on it in a circle. We acted as knights. The front part of the stool was moved up and down to knock at the earth and sent out the sound of “du du…”. It was often followed with our folk songs. A Day in My Summer Vacation 在暑假里的一天

Last summer I spent a two-week vacation at my aunts place. My aunt lived alone in a mountain village, with a small river winding its course everyday.

One morning I went fishing in the river, where two women washed clothes. I fimnd a most favorable point. Casting out my line I waited anxiously for a bite. Suddenly there came a cry: "Help! Help!" I looked in the direction of the call and saw a boy falling into the river. Throwing the fishing pole, I dashed over like an arrow, jumped into the river and swam very quickly towards the boy. Then together with his mother I carried the boy on my back to a nearby hospital. That boy was saved. The mother gave me a thousand thanks.

Back to my fishing place, I fimnd my fishing pole floating on the water. I managed to get it. But to my great surprise, there was a big fish on the hook.

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. It is very beautiful there. 我的体质一直不是很好，昨天爸爸说从明天开始要给我进行一项体质加强的训练计划，这不，今天就上演了“悲惨”的一幕，“练海无崖累作舟”的生活从今天拉开了序幕。

今天下午，爸爸软硬兼施，连拉带扯的将我推上了“战场”，今天的要求是绕着小区跑15圈，我粗略的估算了一下，一圈大概是100多米，照这么算的话，大约要跑1500多米啊!我差点被自己的估算吓晕了，但是想归想，跑还是要跑的啊，我望着小区平坦的水泥路面，咬咬牙，冲了上去，刚开始我跑得挺轻松，但是过了5圈后我的速度就渐渐的慢了下来，踩着的好象不是水泥路，而是一块熊熊燃烧的大铁板，脚上感觉像针扎一般，说不出的难受。但是我依旧坚持着，心想：晕，才跑5圈呐，感觉就如此糟糕，还有2/3没跑呢!绕着小区又跑了几圈，我的脚有些发软，大滴的汗珠顺着脸颊“奔腾而下”滴在了地上，在我的身后留下了一串串的印记。好不容易我跑完了十圈，但是我全身的力气像流水般地消失待尽，浑身像根面条，软绵绵的，脚上像灌了铅块，沉重无比，似乎骨头之间失去了连接。剩下的5圈，我几乎是连拖带走才勉强完成，完了爸爸说：“OK，行了，回家吧!”

但是我让爸爸先回去，而我自己则坐在楼下小区的椅子上休息，汗珠一颗颗调皮地从我的头上蹦到了地上，不一会地上就汇成了一条“小河”。过了一会，我才缓缓走向家。
