我们育才小学要举行徒步旅行实践活动了！一听到这消息，我们班都乐开了锅，大家都七嘴八舌地议论着，好期待这次活动的举行啊！还好，活动决定在次日进行！

一大早，我就迫不及待来到了学校，一看和我有同样心情的同学还真不少呢！我们到操场集中，听莫副校长说了注意事项后，活动就正式开始了。这次活动的目的地是尧山。我们排着长龙队伍，浩浩荡荡地朝着目的地前进。

一路上，我们欢声笑语，迈着轻快的步伐前进着，沿途风光可真是让人心旷神怡啊！小鸟不时叽叽喳喳地叫着，放眼望去，四周都是连绵不断的青山，空气是这样的清新，还散发出淡淡的泥土芬芳，隐隐约约中还有不知名的野花在秋冬季节顽强地开放着！我们就这样呼吸着野外的新鲜空气，欣赏着沿途的美丽风光前进。不知不觉中，三个小时过去了，我们终于到达了我们的目的地——尧山。

尽管我们都很累了，但我们就像尧山那不知名的顽强的野花一样，不甘示弱，不轻易言累！挥汗雨下的我们稍做休憩后，就开始了我们的野餐大赛。同学们纷纷拿出自己带来的美味大餐，一阵阵香味扑鼻而来，我们三五成群，彼此分享着，大口大口地品味着，笑着，闹市着……这真是一场美味大聚餐啊！疲劳早就被我们抛到九宵云外去了！

时光在流逝，转瞬我们又要踏上归程了。我们悄悄地、一丝不苟地做着清洁工作，还带汗的脸上流露出认真的神情，还尧山一片净土，我们都是环保小卫士！尧山的山还是这样的青，水还是这样的秀，空气还是这样的清新，就像我们不曾来过一样！

England is the best place I’ve ever been. Everything is so beautiful. I spent about one and a half days on the plane. 在武隆，我游玩了武隆天坑、天生三桥。天坑对于看过爸爸去哪儿和变形金刚4的同学们一定不感到陌生。因为武隆天坑是爸爸去哪儿和变形金刚4的拍摄地之一。在家追剧、打游戏肯定无法获得那种感觉——对美景的感叹和坚持成功后的喜悦和成就感。就拿我的亲身经历来说吧，早上9点我们进入景区通过观光电梯直接下至底层，然后开始了我们今天一天的旅程。其实天坑和天生三桥是在一块的。我们是从底部往上爬的，其艰难程度可想而知。这好像人生，人的一生是平凡的却又不平凡。是的人贵在坚持，或许你再坚持一下你就可以获得你所想要的，或许正因为你的坚持你的人生才不平凡！爬山的过程就像人的奋斗历程。在爬山的过程中我曾选择过放弃，也曾选择过坚持面对选择，我很纠结。到底是放弃还是坚持？我也难选择！看着眼前和远处的美景，我醉了……最终我还是选择了坚持，结果证明我当初的选择是对的！！在人生的路上也亦是如此，只要你坚持你的信念、你的理想，我想你一定会获得成功。

我游览过方家河头的古村落，欣赏过杭州湾湿地的美景，嬉戏过奉化的滑雪场，却没有见过绍兴这一带的风景。趁着寒假的几天闲暇，爸爸带全家去了早已让我心驰神往的绍兴古城。

绍兴的整座城市都弥漫着古色古香的气氛，尤其是鲁迅故居这一带可以感受到浓浓的书卷气息。小桥，流水，乌篷船，古老的建筑仿佛让我穿越到了鲁迅小时候的那个时代。我漫步在平整的石板路，古街里飘来了茴香豆的味道，路边的臭豆腐摊围满了游客。茴香豆，绍兴黄酒，咸亨酒店这些书里看到的一切真实的出现在我的眼前。

顺着路标，我们来到了闻名天下的“三味书屋”，这是座深宅大院，也叫寿家台门，是鲁迅小时候上学的学堂。我找到了位于东北角鲁迅用过的书桌，桌子的右上方果真有个一寸见方的“早”字。据说这是鲁迅小时候因贪玩迟到了，被寿镜吾老师严厉的批评后为了勉励自己而刻的。这让我想到了鲁迅说过的话：时间就像海绵里的水，只要愿意挤还是有的。为了再现当年的情形，这里每天会有一位老先生身穿长衫头戴瓜皮帽，扮成寿镜吾老师来给游客观摩呢！

从三味书屋出来就到了鲁迅小时候的乐园——百草园。与其说百草园，还不如说白菜园，当然不及书中提到的风采了，令我有点小小的失落。四周都是碧绿的菜畦，我们绕着园子走了一圈，找到了石井栏和皂荚树，总算让我小小的心脏跳跃起来。妈妈对我说：“这个百草园看似平常，但是因为留下过名人的足迹有了别样的景致。”

参观完了白草园和三味书屋，就来到鲁迅纪念馆，一抬头就看见鲁迅的的名句：横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛。鲁迅的画像依旧那么威严，目光还是那么犀利地看着这个世界。馆内到处陈列这鲁迅的物件，记录着他的事迹，让我们更加地了解鲁迅伟大又短暂的一生。

绍兴虽然没有特别的景致，但是这里人杰地灵，出了很多的伟人名人，让这里到处熠熠生辉。绍兴确实是个好地方，值得人们前去品味他的魅力。

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

“读万卷书，不如行万里路。”如果没有羁绊，我愿意做徐霞客那样的行者。领略古今文化，欣赏秀丽河山。

在我看来，旅行有三点意义：回味历史、欣赏美景、释放心灵。一件漂亮的衣服最多能穿几年，而一段美好的回忆将一生收益。

随着经济的快速发展，总会有些人沉迷于物欲之中。那么对历史的回顾，在一定程度上可以解决这一问题，正所谓”以史为鉴，可以知兴替。”一个没有历史、不懂得尊重历史的民族，可以遇见其前途是灰暗的。

最反感别人把“去过某地”和“旅行”两个概念混淆。去过某地，只不过是浮光掠影浏览过当地名胜，尝一下当地特产，如此而已。比如说，跟旅行团。

略大之后，对旅行团最是厌恶。走马观花，仿佛荷兰只有郁金香与风车，伦敦只有个大笨钟。下了车，仰头眯着眼打量一番，猛拍照留念。看过了，回大巴里继续睡觉。这样的旅行与在家翻《欧洲风情录》的唯一区别就是：看到了实物，可以感叹一下：哎呀真是宏伟真是壮观！比照片里的好看多啦！外加可以派送纪念品给亲友，以证明咱也有文化了一回。

如此旅行我也去过，只适合未成年与上了年纪的人：长见识，起码也看看外国是啥模样，外国冰棒多少钱，外国人是否真

的有金毛，外国的月亮是否比中国圆，外国的汉堡是否特别难吃——不用动脑，轻松无比。有什么收获呢？零。英伦的雨巴黎的花，看过了，感叹一声，记在脑子里，将来闲谈的时候可以不经意地提起：中国的麦当劳就是比巴塞罗那的好吃——仅此而已。实在格调不高。

真正的旅行是要在当地呆上几个月甚至几年的。不要怪我挑剔，一定要一个人去，最忌讳便是情侣牵着手同去，沉浸在两人世界的时候是无法睁大双眼体验的（所以说，有爱人的城市便是世界上最美的城市。）去超市买食物，自己与当地人交涉房租等，体察民情。

当然旅行不仅仅是了解当地人生活方式这样简单，更重要的是了解当地文化。在当地工作，交友，娱乐，从而了解到这一民族的特点与性格。在经历外国文化的同时，用自己的判断来决定传言是否正确，德国人都严谨，美国人都随便，法国人都浪漫，是否是真的？总听那些大门不出二门不迈的人说起英美教育来头头是道，亲自为坐井观天现身说法，白白笑大别人的嘴。只有真的经历了，才懂得传言不可信，才懂得不要说起自己没有了解的话题。

体验、接受、融入当地文化的同时，自己会思考，与中国文化对比，有什么不同，为什么。同时，也学会进一步欣赏中国文化。这个思考的过程，就是成熟的过程。这才叫真正的旅行。所以旅行绝对是令人受益匪浅的，丰富阅历，提高个人修养，一切都是为了气质问题。

我寄宿家庭的爸爸，年轻时花了十几年游欧洲，为了寻找一个政治上真正为了人民着想的国家，以及他心目中一直等待的那个女人。他每个国家住上一两年，在当地工作，参加俱乐部，交朋友，郊游，空手道不知得了多少金牌，并且在欧洲留下无数风流浪漫史……（当然当然，还有泡酒吧，吸毒，这些事他都干过，之后改过了。只有真正放纵过了，才真正懂得收敛，懂得自我控制。）经历过精彩的青年时代，回到美国，真正安定下来，娶妻生子，在美国小城定居十余年。十分有思想，因为经历得多——如此潇洒，才不枉一生。

——此文由凌晨3点一句话导引出来，算是对你那句“我04年已经去过北京，再去干嘛，看你？”的回答。并没有特别针对你，也许你觉得北京不是欧洲名城，不值得一去再去，这样的想法也十分值得理解。所以如果我说对了，请自省，说的不是你，请自勉。

我曾以为，那些走马观花似的场景就算旅行，可是我错了，错的很彻底。那充其量只是游玩罢了。那是闲人才会做的事情，是体会不到真正的旅行的意义。

曾经看到过这样一段文字：“怎样的行走才能走出不可覆灭的深刻，怎样的脚步才能留下美好的青春岁月。”真的是很深刻的问题。所以，每每我旅行时，都会以最纯粹的方式看破这一切深刻，探锁着事物的本质。但当我回过头来追寻这些深刻时，却又发现旅行的意义其实很简单，简单，而又美好。

旅行的意义，原来只是行者对恬淡的追求。

旅行的意义，原来只是一种抚慰成长的方式。

旅行的意义，原来只是对已流逝青春的眷念之情。

履行，是一种不失美好的放松方式。当你领略到时，便以抛下作为学生的重任，去投入这一份美好了。其实，当你把沉重的心灵交付于旅行时，同时也收获了一份轻松。所以，旅行何尝不是一件乐事呢！

我们都在成长着。若缺失了旅行，视野怎会开阔？心灵怎会不羁？又怎会觅到身心的流放地？我在乎旅行，并不是因为它的恬淡美好，而是一种感觉，我爱恋着旅行的感觉。

一个人，不是只在书中才能够寻找到自己，旅行中一样可以，那样更透彻，更现实，更能认识到最真的自己。

恍惚中，旅行带走了所有的烦恼和忧愁。旅行唤起了空灵的心境和丝丝缕缕的曙光。也许你不会赞同，但至少我是这么认为。

因为我曾经有过的旅行的经历。

阳春三月，天气晴好。坐在火车上，去旅行。耳里塞着MP3，听一首歌，叫做“换日线”。起初我是并不喜欢这个人的，这首歌也并没有多好听，只是因为歌曲名，有着这样深刻的含义：换日线是一条国际航线。可以变更日期和时间，这样便能够更爱自己和自己爱的人。听着听着，不知不觉就到了目的地。享受着开阔的景色，拍着照，用笔一一把它们记录下来。安静的、辽阔的美好。安静，是我所愿的，这样就可以不被打扰；辽阔，是他们所逃避的，怕承受不起。

这是他们很久都没有承受过的辽阔了，所以愈发不敢承受了。但我欣赏着辽阔，所以愿意承受起宛若“生命中不可承受之重”的辽阔。

此时，我便又懂得何谓旅行的意义了。

旅行的意义，其实是愿意承受起寂寞的一无所有。

旅行的意义，其实是在天地间放逐自己不羁灵魂的一种方式。

旅行的意义，其实是像行者一样去拥抱晴空之下所有迷人的美丽。

行者，试图踏遍这世界上的山山水水，走完每一条路，记住每一处景……

大抵就是这样吧。

去旅行，去流浪，去寻觅那些美好的事物。留下足迹，行走出不可覆灭的深刻。只有这样一种方式，才足够留下无悔的青春岁月啊。

这便是，旅行的最深刻含义吧。

Last year, I traveled to Beijing by train. It was very fast. I like travel by train, because I like the feeling in the train. Besides, I can enjoy the scenery on the way. However, after the journey last week, I dont want to travel by train anymore, because it is too tired to have fun. It took me sixteen hours on the train. I was very tired and I had to spend a day to have a good rest. And it was boring on the train. Therefore, I think it should not travel by train if its far.

去年我坐火车到北京旅游。火车速度很快。我喜欢坐火车去旅行，因为我喜欢在火车上的感觉。除此之外，我还可以享受沿途的风景。但是，上个星期的旅程过后我就再也不想坐火车了，因为我累得不能好好玩。我在 火车上度过了十六小时。我觉得很累，不得不花一天时间休息。而且火车上很无聊。所以，我觉得路途遥远的话就不要坐火车旅行。

I went on my first travel when I was about seven years old with my mom.That was a weekend.We went to climb a mountain not far from our city.It was sunny that day but just because we traveled in spring so it was comfortable that day.

We went there by bus then we took a taxi there.The mountains we climbed were very tall and there was a temple on the way to the top so we took a rest there.

When we finally climbed up to the top we were all very tired.The scenery we saw from the top was very beautiful,the air was fresh,the wind was clena.We both had a wonderful time during our trip.

This winter holiday I have been to BeiJing for a travel. it was a great journey! we have went to see the Imperial Palace and the great wall and them let me feel that I was proud to be a Chinese.

From the great wall,it was a well-known wonder in the world.it is made of big stones which was too heavy to bring even uesing it to buil a construction of ruggedization. what a great grandeur!

I used to think Beijing must be a grand and special city, given that it was the capital of China, and lots of events I have heard took place there. But soon after I got off the plane, I knew all was but my illusion. If I had to use one wordto describe it, nothing but “grey” will fulfil the task. As far as your eyes could see, all was covered in dust and haunted by air pollution.

Though it was the first time I had been to the North part of China, I was still surprised by the sharp contrast between the South and North. It wasnt hearsay.

我曾经认为北京必须大,特殊的城市,因为它是中国的首都,我听过很多事件发生。但很快我下了飞机后,我知道一切,但我的错觉。如果要我用一个词来描述它,除了“灰色”将完成任务。你的眼睛可以看到,一切都覆盖着灰尘和被空气污染。
