它叼了一块布过来，要人跟它抢着玩。它就把那块布放下了，可是爪子还抓着那块布，我就一把把它抢过来，然后都都就追我，因为地面是竹子做的，非常滑，我都因为这个吃了很多亏，都都也跟我一样，跑起来的时候还要发动几十秒钟，所以它就没我跑得快了，可是过了一会儿，它就追上我了，然后我就不得不把布丢出去，然后它就掉头往布落下的那个方向跑去了。

就这样，我们玩了很久。不知不觉就到了吃饭的时间，我们都去吃饭了，只有都都还在桌子底下窜来窜去，然后我就想让它安静下来，把一个上面有很多肉的鸡翅拿给它吃，它就乖乖的在那吃了。

到了告别的时候，我们就依依不舍的回家了。

这只狗那一身毛茸茸的黄色的皮毛，被弄得脏兮兮的。三角形的脑袋上，两只眼睛却炯炯有神，像两颗圆溜溜的弹珠。它的鼻子也是三角形的，乌黑乌黑的，湿乎乎的。四肢胖乎乎的腿粗壮有力，支撑着圆滚滚的身子。身后，翘着一条长长的尾巴。它很精明，会用尾巴表达情意——它看到你走过来，会跟上去围着你转悠，用鼻子闻你，请求你给它一些食物。你如果给了它食物，它就摇摇尾巴，蹲在一边吃;你如果不给它食物，它就耷拉着尾巴离开，又去找下一个行人了。有时它很凶猛。

我经常看见它追着另一只看门狗跑来跑去，那条看门狗被它追得筋疲力尽，可它却撒欢儿地“汪汪”直叫，恨不得让别人夸它。我很胆小，所以我讨厌这只狗。最近，我发现它在小区门口的银行里安静地躺着。我很奇怪，凑近一看，原来它生了五只可爱的狗宝宝。

一些好心人给它们布置了舒适温暖的窝，它和狗宝宝蜷缩在一起，狗宝宝们依偎在它身边。它给狗宝宝们喂奶，还伸出舌头去舔狗宝宝。当有人走近狗宝宝时，它立刻“汪汪”地紧叫，把陌生人赶走。它总是用慈爱的眼神看着它的孩子，再也不在外面乱跑了。它虽然时一只流浪狗，但它也是一位慈爱、勇敢、辛苦的狗妈妈。我祝愿小狗们健康长大。

我家养了一条小狗，它的名字叫“豆豆”。

豆豆全身长满了黄色的毛耸耸的毛，一个圆滚滚滚的身体，远远看去就像一个大大的皮球。它有一双炯炯有神的大眼睛；两只长长的耳朵，像两条辫子一样垂下来；嘴里的一条舌头老是伸在外面看上去很搞笑。每次当我一回到家，它就一边叫一边摇头摆尾地走到我面前，把尾巴越摇越快，好像在欢迎我回家。

豆豆喜欢吃肉、鱼、虾和豆子，所以我经常和妈妈一起取笑它说：“豆豆吃豆豆。”

豆豆是一只有点淘气的小狗，大错不犯，小错不断。它经常趁家里没人的时候去厕所翻垃圾桶，或者爬上床捣乱；有时候还趁我们开门的时候偷偷逃出去玩，所以外婆经常教训它。

近段时间，它经常跑进草丛里玩耍，有很多虫子爬到它身上咬它，它不会抓虫子只能不停的用爪子抓或者用嘴巴咬，把身上的毛都咬掉了有些地方甚至都被它咬出了血。今天，外婆终于忍无可忍去宠物医院给它买了个头套戴上，这样它就不能再咬了。戴着头套的豆豆开始很不习惯，加上头套戴着又看不见边上的东西，所以老是摇头晃脑的走路，撞来撞去的想把头套给弄掉，我和妈妈看它这副好玩的样子又给它取了个新的名字——“撞死包头鱼。”

豆豆真是一只又淘气又可爱的小狗呀！

Dear Sue,

I’m Li Hua, one of your students in China. It’s almost a month since you

left us. We all miss you and are very grateful for what you did for us.

We are busy as usual. We had an English speech contest the other day. I won

the first prize! This again reminds me of all your kind help. Do you still

remember the trees we planted together on the hill behind the school? Yesterday,

we went there and watered them. The tree you planted yourself is growing well,
