我作为一个读过了大学的过来人，说说我自己的看法。

首先，要学好专业知识。一个人有了一技之长，才能在社会上有一席之地。很多人都有一个误区，认为专业知识对于今后的就业并不重要。其实不然，很多公司在招聘时第一看重的还是学生的专业知识的贮备。如果一个学习外语专业的学生在应聘外贸公司的工作时，但他连最基本的外语语言技能都没有，那么他又如何能胜任这份工作呢？ 另外，你作为一名学生，连自己的最本职工作——学习都搞不好，那你拿什么来证明自己的能力呢？所以，不管你将来做不做本专业的工作，学习都要搞好，这是你出社会的第一张名片。

最后，要自觉提升个人素质。孔子说，大学之道，在明明德。大学生正处在人生观、世界观和价值观形成的关键时期，大学时代所养成的性格特点、生活习惯将不可避免地带入社会，从而影响一生的成长和发展。但是，现在有一些大学生在不同程度上存在政治觉悟低，理想信念模糊，人生观、世界观、价值观取向扭曲，诚信意识淡薄，社会责任感缺乏，艰苦奋斗精神淡化，团结协作观念较差，民主意识、法制意识不高等问题。所以我们要确立知识、能力、素质协调发展，提高自身的文化修养，以适应飞速发展的现代社会，为自己在就业之路上多铺几块垫脚石，使自己以后的人生之路更平坦一些。
