魏教练给我们几个孩子讲了讲注意事项和要求，又示范了憋气的动作，接着便让我们练习憋气。我扒着池壁，紧闭眼睛，深吸了一口气，把头慢慢地埋到水里。水刚没过头顶，心就怦怦直跳起来，我赶紧又探出头来，抹了抹脸上的水，睁眼一看，旁边的小妹妹都还在坚持憋气呢!我也不甘示弱，又沉下水去，这次竟然坚持了十几秒。一堂课下来，我越来越胆大，憋气的时间也越来越长，完全能在水里漂起来。教练夸我进步很大，我心里美滋滋的。

I went to watch the movie Wolf warriors 2 today

I went to watch the movie Wolf warriors 2 today as I heard it was a big hit

in China. I am not the biggest fan of WuJing(the director and leading role of

the movie), but this movie he direct really impressed me. I have watched Wolf

Warrior which I would consider as a good movie, but II is way much better. It is

the first Chinese movie that is built on the context of African country and

actually shot in South Africa, bearing the risk of suffering the disturbance on

the set. The way the plot unfolds and the courage and patriotism is delivered to

its audience makes it more than a simple action movie. Love this movie and will

go for it a second time!

I have the same routine from Monday to Friday. I usually get up at five fifty. Then I have breakfast. At six thirty, I go to school. I don’t ride a bike. I go to school on foot. Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was

in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told

us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from

pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The

people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were

felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.

为了让好久不见的外婆高兴高兴，妈妈一大早就陪外婆去苏州的观前街去逛街，随行的还有2位姐姐。

然后就开始比赛了。不得不吐槽，简直，我们班投球太菜了，完全凭借身高和身体来打。三个人，站在板下，一个接一个投，居然都还没中。然后给对面拿到篮板发起了一轮总攻。上场以4：4结束，我觉得很选，心提到了嗓子眼。哦对了，忘记说了我们一个半场十分钟，休息十分钟，我也是上场打篮球的。23号了解一下。然后下半场，我在场边上逛，就没上场，然后看他们打比赛，和边上记分和拍照的开开玩笑。甲鱼拿着手机居然给我拍了张照，而且是我的特写!鼻孔的!_，气炸了。但毕竟对方是女生，不好动手，所以只能就这样作罢。唉……

In the annual labor day again, Im going to do one thing, to experience the hard labor.

My grandpa at home there is a mountain, the spring is bamboo shoots growth season, he went up into the mountain to dig bamboo shoots every day. I want to experience of work, three dig bamboo shoots. In the morning I carry a small hoe grandpa and up the hill. Later in the mountain, my grandfather began to dig, I also cant wait to picking up a small hoe. A hot day

Today is very hot,the heightest temperature reached to 40 degree.So I

stayed at home all the day.I recited english text this morning,after I finished

my homework,I prepared lunch for my families.I cooked egg-fried rice for

lunch,because there was eggs in the fridge only and I didnt want to go out

shopping for the hot weather.In the afternoon,I slept half of the day.It was
