I went to school at 8am today, my class - the afternoon session starts at

1.10pm, though. I went there early just because of my classmate _X (name), he

invited me to go school by bus with him. Ive never try taking a bus to go to

school, mom send me to school every day and it was a new experience for me this

morning. It was fun.

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook

breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I

did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest

swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I

surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. I really had a busy and

interesting day.

when i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which I couldnt stand the most. However, my college life is totally different from the life in high school.I can arrange my time freely. the Indians and gave thanks.

Thanksgiving Day is usually a family day. People always celebrate with big

dinners and happy reunions. Pumpkin pie and Indian pudding are traditional

Thanksgiving desserts. Relatives from other cities, students who have been away

at school, and many other Americans travel a long distance to spend the holiday

at home.

On that day, Americans give thanks for the blessings they have enjoyed

早上，我们起得比平时要晚一些，吃远早饭，妈妈送我和表哥一起去逛超市。妈妈把我们送到超市门口，嘱咐我们一定要小心，并且给了表哥一个手机方便联系，然后就走了。

我和表哥来到超市，每人先买了一包好吃的薯片。然后来到方便面区，表哥指着一盒叫”河南烩面“的方便面说：”这个最好吃了，咱们每人买一盒吧!“我说：”好!“最后，我们又到零食区买了一袋豆干。

早上，我怀着激动的心情来到了学校。在我们这个班里，我有许多以前认识的同学，所以并不感到寂寞，而且我还认识了许多新朋友。从和他们的谈话中，我了解到他们都是小学时候成绩名列前茅的，还全面发展——有的练得一手好字、有的琴弹得非常好……我虽然在小学的成绩也算名列前茅，但面对着全班47个名列前茅的同学，我可能就显得微不足道了。因为，中学的竞争毕竟大，何况我们还是英语特长班，班里的同学都是各个学校的精英!但我并没有像一些同学一样心里不平衡，因为我这个人还是蛮乐观的。爸爸妈妈都常对我讲，上了中学就不一定会像小学一样成绩突出了，我也曾经烦恼过，不过我早已做好了心理准备。

清明节，是人们扫墓的日子，我们家也是。
