Last Monday when I stepped into my classroom,my monitor told us that our class teacher, Mr Sun, had passed away in a traffic accident. It seemed so unbelievable because he used to give us lessons on Monday morning. I couldnt accept the fact until the headmaster came to tell us the truth.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. Remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in University. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

Secondly, student activities play an important role in our University life. To be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. As a pupil I preferred the playground to the classroom and often liked to play tricks on girls, as by hiding insects in their desk drawers. On one occasion, I even grimaced behind the back of our teacher, caing the whole class to break into laughter; however, instead of becoming angry, he merely asked why we were laughing and wondered whether there was anything wrong with him. On ather occasion, I punctured the tires of a  parked inside the school by ing something sharppointed, leaving the principal frightened and bewildered after he had ticed that. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

让时间的年轮再次倒退到朦懂无知的初一的时候，那时我的梦想夭折了。我情绪陷入低迷时期，我整天混混度日，无所适事。上课都魂不守舍的。但是我的好朋友，时刻陪伴在我的身边。我至今还记得他那温暖的微笑，那么的发自肺腑。那一个温暖的微笑是多么沁人心脾，驱散了我心中的寒冷，陪我度过了这个困难期。我重振旗鼓，继续去努力，燃烧自己的生命，高歌自己的一生。

因为有这个温暖的微笑，在梦想与我背道而驰时，我才有了坚定的信心，去追逐，去飞翔。

让时间的年轮又一次倒退到初二的时候，我与朋友吵架了。回到家里甚至还与爸妈吵了起来。父母见我心情不好，便知道不对劲：“他们对我投来关爱的微笑，对我的行为不追究，他们询问我在学校里的事，用着关爱的语气劝导我悲伤的情怀恢复了平静，又和朋友重归于好。

因为这个关心的微笑，我能在孤独时感受到温暖。在伤心的时感到有家的存在。

因为有这些微笑，我的人生之路发生了转折。这些微笑，在时间的流逝里，不会变得模糊不清，只会越来越刻骨铭心。因为我总会想起童年里那些从未逝去的微笑。

The Olympic Games will be held this year.I am so excited and I think the games will be interesting and also fascinating.But now,the important is,how should we do with the Olmpics if I am a volunteer?To solve the problem will be extremely difficult,because nowadays lots of people devote themselves to society and you can not hold an opportunity easily.So just try my best.

We can go to the English Corner to help them to send some DIY newspapers and go to the neighborhood to tell the stories or history about Olmpics to the people who are curious to learn.Also,we can go on the streets to find the problems such as putting away the trash anywhere,saying out the impolite words.That will be meaningful.I am sure that I will succeed.Believe it,do it!
