Remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. 我们组没有人敢当车头，眼看老师宽限的时间到了，无奈之下，我只好赶鸭子上架当了火车头。因为我们组是倒数第二个挑战，所以我们在旁边总结了前面组失败的原因，心里想：赚到了！赚到了!到我们大显身手的时候了，心里既激动又紧张。我小心翼翼地登上轨道，一边看着自己的脚下，一边注意着后面组员的情况，每一步走得都很谨慎。到了换轨道的时候了，我把握好时机一跨，再往前挪一点给后面的组员腾一点地方，大家都相互提醒着，生怕有一点闪失。直到最后一个组员换完轨道，目前还0失误！我们更紧张了！作为火车头，我的心里像有许多只小鹿在跳来蹦去。快要下轨道了，也就意味着离胜利更接近了。我们也走得更小心了。因为我后面的人比较矮，所以我把她的手向上提了一点，好让她下轨道时少一些风险。我忐忑不安地下了轨道，心里嘀咕着：直线!直线！但人算不如天算，她还是不小心失误了。这是，我心里的那只小鹿跳得更厉害了。幸好后面的同学都有惊无险地下了轨道。我们都长长地舒了一口气，当老师报出我们组是这个项目的优胜组时，大家都抱成一团，高兴得又蹦又跳。我心里的那只小鹿也终于安静下来。团结的力量真的是坚不可摧。

后来，由我们组来选择是爬高还是铁索桥、摇晃桥，我毅然决然地选择了铁索桥和摇晃桥。这是战胜恐惧、战胜自我的一次好机会，我们怎能轻易放过?同学们大胆尝试，每个人都迈出了勇敢的第一步。看着铁索桥左摇右晃，有些同学吓得脸色煞白，有些同学险些栽下来。我们都屏住了呼吸，可中途没有一个人下马！大家都咬紧牙关，两手抓牢了铁索，眼睛直视前方，尽量不去看脚底下。当最后一个同学稳稳落地时，全班都欢呼起来！顺利过关！这次的攀铁索、走摇晃桥让我明白了一个道理：任何困难，只要你怕它，它就是你成长路上的拦路虎，只要你勇敢上前，它就成为你成长路上的踮脚石。
