现在，暑假就要结束了。我真正度过了一个丰富又快乐的假期。作为一名初中生，我的暑假并不是完全自由的，因为学习仍然是我生活中的一个重要部分。假期的第一天，我待在家完成作业。我有很多作业要完成。除此之外，我还要去英语和数学培训班，因为我这两科比较弱。因此，我需要一些额外的训练。之后，我就和妈妈一起去看爸爸。我爸爸在外省上班，我有半年没见过他了。妈妈和我都很想念他。我们和爸爸在一起度过了将近一个月。爸爸有空的时候经常带我们出去。我们在一起生活得很快乐。

等待，是寂寞的。 Waiting, is lonely.

等待，是漫长的。

在某扇门的后面，总会有那个熟悉的人，在徘徊着，在等待着，那另外某个人的归来。

小学的时候，每天上学就一直盼着放学，仿佛每天上学的目的，不是为了学习，而是为了等待放学。她总会在放学时等候在那座漆黑的大铁门前。虽然，她并没有挤到那最靠前，可我还是看见她站在人群的后面，轻踮着脚，微皱着眉头，焦急地朝门里望去。

她在人群中等待着。

直到她看见了我们的班主任带着一个拉得长长的队伍，这才放下心来，舒展了眉头，静静地站在原地，等待着我扑向她的怀抱。她怕我饿着，就买一个面包，在放学时第一时间塞到我手心里。

慢慢地，我长大了，我不再是那个放学需要大人来接的孩子了，我成为了一名初中生。

每天，我放学的时间都很晚。一天的学习，弄得我身体里除了疲劳和饥饿，再没有第三样东西。虽然我没有亲眼目睹，但我笃定地相信：她曾无数次地站在窗口，像小学那样，焦急地望着、徘徊着。

她，是在等待我的归来。

“咔”，门开了，她蹭地，便站了起来。“来来来，吃饭了，刚做好的，还是热的呢。”可是，我又何尝不知道，她为了让我放学一回家就吃到饭菜，把早就做好的饭菜热了多少遍……望着这一大桌子丰盛的饭菜，我感到一阵鼻酸。长吸一口气，便看见她替我拿来了碗筷，笑吟吟地看着我。

我长大了，对妈妈的依赖少了，可她对我的爱却不减。

A Present for Teachers Day

Today is September 10. It is TeachersDay. Xiao Hua has been ill in bed for more than a week. Her teacher comes to her home to give her lessons after school every day.
