据了解，为了给初三年级创建和谐、有效的学习环境，该校党支部书记、校长张克合明确提出了12条工作举措：中层以上干部开展包班包学科活动，为及时排忧解难；实行抓两头带中间的策略，全面开展“培优扶弱”活动；坚持月考制度，问题及时采取补救措施；加强集体备课，力求精讲精炼，提高课堂教学效率；努力做好学生心理“减负”工作，让学生轻松上阵；落实“学生五个一”工程，即同学们每天熟背一篇课文、熟练解一道难题、完成一篇小、向老师问一个问题等。

“中考同样是心理水平的比拼，很多学生考试失利，其实和心理状态有着密切的关系，、家长应该充分关注学生的心理状况。”谈及帮助学生迎考，张爱玉老师深有感触地说。一段时间以来，市实验中学按照12条举措的要求，开展了一系列有特色的学生的心理“减负”活动，以集中辅导、个别谈话的方式，关心、关注学生的心理变化，了解学生需求；编印、下发了《中考复习指导》专刊，帮助学生梳理学习思路，掌握心理自我调整的方法；充分发挥“心灵驿站”的作用，为学生解疑释惑、跟踪辅导，解决考前焦虑、自信心不足等实际问题，让学生保持了昂扬向上、奋发进取的精神风貌。

早餐是启动大脑一天思维的“开关”。结合个别学生早餐匆匆以对的现象，该校要求所有学生“吃好早餐去”，召开家长会，、分析合理的餐饮方案，鼓励家长为学生配餐，督促学生吃好早餐；通过班会教育、校园宣传、监督管理等方法，引导学生充分认识吃好早餐的重要性，克服吃饭随意性大的弊病，倡导学生坚持正常的饮食习惯。

为了帮助学生劳逸结合，合理安排时间，该校倡导初三学生课余开展适宜的活动，篮球场、足球场上，阅览室里，时常能看到初三同学的身影，大家在难得的学习之余品味着初三阶段特有的紧张、有序的生活。

“在全市第一次质量检测中，全市前109名，我校占33名，占总人数的近三分之一。近期工作中，我们将进一步落实对初三年级的服务工作，铆足干劲，全力备战，力争在2007年中招考试中取得优异成绩，回报社会、家长对我们的关心和厚爱。”张克合充满信心地说。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom

Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head

teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do

morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast,

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon

comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I

fall asleep. I haveclass in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night.

It’s boring, right? ButI have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.
