Spring Festival in my Hometown

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up Spring Festival couplets to convey their best wishes for the coming year.

On the New Year’s Eve, the whole family sits around, having a

sumptuous feast of reunion. It is worth mentioning that the food we have called maiyouzhi is unique. There is a flat piece of wheat sheet covering various vegetable and meat then rolling them up. What a delicious it is! After dinner, the family always watches the Spring Festival Gala Evening, and sets up fireworks to watch in the New Year.

On the first day of the New Year, people pay visits to the relatives and friends to send New Year’s greetings to each other and wish everything smoothly in the new year. The kids can get a lot of lucky money from the elders.

During the whole holiday, there are varied activities in the town such as lion and dragon dance, and all the citizens enjoy them very much.

My College Life

How time flies! I have been in Zhejiang Gongshang University for a semester. In retrospect, my college life is busy but colorful. Different from my senior high school’s life, the whole new life I led is much freer. I arranged my time,

becoming the master of myself.

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. We are required to be accomplished in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. As a result I had to spend most of time in improving my abilities. Besides of the regular courses, I often attended the lecture and went to the library to eich my knowledge, and I do benefit from what I learnt.

As to the after school life, what I consider most meaningful is joining the YVP to serve society. I think it is the responsibility for every university student to make contribution to the community. Little as my effort is, I tried my best to help the people around us. Once the YVP organized us to sell secondhand books and raise the money to help the people indeed.

In addition, I quite enjoy the travels and the bees. Travels let me experience the sunshine, fresh air as well as the special taste of the local customs and practices. While the bees keep the friendship shining, and friends are as if family members. Both of them lit up my life.

All in all, the college life is a journey, and I have long way to go; all the memory is the most precious treasure, and I will value every moment.

new high school life is both exciting and challenging for me. first, im in a new environment with my new teachers and new classmates. many of them are all from top middle schools in the area. im so excited to meet them all. the new school building is designed creatively and attractively. i loved it . my new teachers are nice and them teach very weel. they are always willing to answer my questions at the end of the class. second, i have to take some new subjects and choose some subjects myself. i liked that because it gives students freedom and i can develop more in my areas of interest. third, im glad to join into some of the clubs and activities in my school. they are very interesting and i could learn more social experience through those activities. im proud to be in this new school and i wish that i can unleash my potential and achieve my best in this school.

The New Life A few months ago, I was a primary pupil. I had many good friends and teachers that I remember all the time. My new life is very exciting. I’m in Dongzhou Middle School. It’s famous in Jiangsu. It’s bigger and more beautiful than the primary school. I love it very much. I’m in Cla10, Grade 7. It’s a good class. The students are clever, nice, friendly and helpful. All my classmates study hard. They want to be on the top. I get up at 5:30. Sometimes I read English, sometimes I learn Chinese. Studying is very / interesting. I’m sure our clawill get better and better. I like my new class, the new school and the new life.

生活需要失败，没有失败的生活是不完整的。

我曾读过这样的一篇文章，里面的主人公在做了一次让自己满意的事后，竟高兴地连着十几天都睡不着，当人问他这是为什么时。他回答说：“虽然这只是一件小事，但我尝试了很多次都未让我满意，这让我很难过，当我决定最后一次尝试时，我成功了。这让我知道，只有经历多次失败后，才知道成功的喜悦。”

或许有人说：“我想一辈子做的事都只有成功，不想失败。”而我却认为：生活需要失败，失败是磨练一个人的心智，能考验一个人的坚定。

我曾经经历过这样一件事：在多次的考试不优秀后，我对自己失去了信心，我认为我老是失败，怎么能考得好呢？眼看下一次的单元考就要开始了，我的心像沉到了深不见底的湖水中一般，又紧张，又无助。可是我知道不应该这样的，因为“失败是成功之母”。“我需要重新站起来！”我对自己这样说着。而在考试中，我却是又一次地明白了什么叫做失败和无助。因为在考试中，我发现，我有很多题不会做。

考完试，我几乎哭着跑回家，我一进门就把所有碍眼的东西丢了出去，屋里被我弄得一片狼藉。等我发泄完后，我又把自己“埋”在被子里，抱头痛哭起来。

“我已经很努力了！真的很努力了！真的……呜呜呜……”我一直哭，一直哭，哭到呼吸困难，甚至到后来不知道自己究竟是不是在哭。眼泪早已流干，枕头上沾满了我的泪水。虽然没了眼泪，但屋内还是回荡着我的啜泣声。

“你不许再哭了，不就是失败了吗？再重新站起来吧，一定能考好的。”我又再次自己鼓励自己。可还是能听到啜泣声，那是谁在哭？还是我。我努力忍住泪水，到水池边洗了把脸，我在镜子中看见了自己，头发凌乱，眼睛红肿……“这会是我吗？”当然没有人回答我，而我却已经知道了答案。我该努力了。

又是一次考试，考试内容对于我而言已经不是那么难了。

几天后，试卷发下来了，我看着试卷上鲜红的大字。95分？我不敢相信，结果已经超出了我的想象。那次我成功了，但我却觉得：成功来之不易。

我把试卷珍藏着，它是我的努力结果。

或许有些人讨厌失败，不屑失败，而我却要感谢失败。因为那次失败，我才知道成功的可贵之处，没有失败的话，我想，我可能永远不知道这些了吧。

[生活需要失败初三作文

生活中，每一个人都需要一样东西支撑着自己，比如信念、爱。有的人需要科技来丰富生活;有的人需要阅读丰富人生;有的人需要陪伴，让生活更美好。我也有着自己想要的东西，那件东西也是我的愿望，名为陪伴。

在别人家中，孩子读书学习时，有父母陪伴在身边，当饿了想吃饭时，父母早已准备好了可口的饭菜……但是他们身在福中不知福，还嫌围着他们父母唠叨，管得多，觉得父母就像脚底下的泡泡糖——怎么都弄不掉似的。而别人厌烦的东西，却刚好是我最渴望的。每当我回到家中，是这样的一副场景：爸爸妈妈又出去了，不在家，自己一个人写着作业，吃着爸爸妈妈留下的冰凉的饭菜……

每次当突然间的敲门声传入了耳朵时，我总想：难道是爸爸妈妈提前下班了?我仿佛看见了他们坐在我的旁边辅导着我写作业儿，妈妈呢正招呼着我吃饭。第二天上学，老师展示着我的作业，并说这是我们班最好的作业。之后……然而，当敲门声打破了我的想象，我急忙去开门时，却让我大失所望，来的人是我的同学，他来告诉我：“你爸爸妈妈今天又要晚回来了，我妈让我来给你说一声。”……

晚上很晚了，我都睡觉了，爸爸和妈妈才拖着疲惫的身体到家。看着他们的样子，我也不想、也懒得打扰他们，也许陪伴在我心里只是一个可望而不可及的愿望吧!

可晚上我觉得什么事情都不会发生时，妈妈过来了，她把我的被子盖好，把我的书包整理好，检查了我的作业，一切都万无一失时妈妈才准备睡下……当时我真想起来冲上去，抱住妈妈。对她说：“妈妈，我想要一次真正的陪伴!你们陪陪我好吗?像别人家那样!”

因为陪伴，是我的内心深处的渴望。陪伴，让我的生活更美好，能增加我的幸福感。

小时候，妈妈告诉我，勤劳才能致富。特别是那个《两棵摇钱树》的故事，给我留下了深刻的印象。 When I was a kid, my mother told me that hard work can get rich.Especially the story of "Two Money Trees" left a deep impression on me.

学习了书记提出来的社会主义荣辱观，“以辛勤劳动为荣，以好逸恶劳为耻”，更让我认识到劳动是最光荣的，只有劳动才能创造美好生活，爱劳动的人将永远焕发出美丽动人的光彩。无论是农民的“锄禾日当午”，还是工人在机器旁的穿梭忙碌;无论是医生在手术台前的聚精会神，还是老师在讲台旁的娓娓而谈，都是劳动，都是创造，都是奉献，都值得我们致以深深的敬意。

殷顺民35年如一日，无怨无悔做一辈子荣军护理的“老黄牛”;陈立虎干一行，爱一行，专一行，创新一行，终于成为了一个了不起的焊接能手;风雨守塔人叶中央用43年的孤独，43年的坚守，43年的牺牲，照亮了人们的心灵航道……他们都用无私的奉献精神诠释着对“劳动”最深沉的理解。我时刻都在为自己有这样的同胞而振奋，而自豪，并深受鼓舞。

再看我们身边，清洁工人每天把街道打扫得干干净净，邮递员准时把当天的报纸送到我们手中，夜巡人员用一个个不眠之夜换来千家万户的的安心生活……有谁不是在用辛勤的劳动创造着幸福美好的生活呢?

可惜的是，叶大难免枯枝，国大必有败类。无论是中央台的“新闻调查”，还是浙江教育频道的“走进今天”，对这类事件都时有报道。每当看到那些好逸恶劳的人，我总会哀其不幸，怒其不争;看到那些无私奉献的动人事迹，我总会热血沸腾，深以为荣。

新闻对黑暗的批露，对善事的表彰，更让我深深地明白了做人的道理，让我更坚定了人生努力的方向。

“一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨”，说得真好!但我想再加一句：一生之计在于劳动。宋庆龄说过：“知识是从刻苦劳动中得来的，任何成就都是刻苦劳动的结晶。”一分耕耘，一分收获，让我们知荣明耻，为创造美好的生活而劳动吧，为建设更强大的祖国而努力奋斗吧!

时间过的真快，转眼间就是初三的学生了。

如果说初一初二是在懵懂中度过的话，那么乘上初三这班列车不得不在意行驶的速度了。我也是在偶然间发现与众不同的初三生活的，那是在今年暑假，沐浴着假期的休闲之风做着轻松的美梦，心想终于可以好好的玩了，开始的那几天确实体会到因为暂时离开书本和作业的那份惬意，整个人就像弃用的弦一样完全松弛了下来，没几天，这种“松弛”的感觉就让我不舒服起来，因为这种漫无目的的日子让我失去了往日的“弹性”。一直以来，我主张有弹性的生活，有松有驰，弛张结合，只有紧凑和缓慢相结合，才是我需要的节奏。

有了这个发现，暑假生活被我安排的井井有条而又纹丝不乱。果然在我的期待中，新的学期向我走来，而我，也以饱满的情绪迎来新的挑战。尽管我已经做好了摇旌呐喊的准备，可是当我意料初三这一年有着不同寻常的经历和努力时，深深体味出站在人生路口的那份艰难，接下来我该怎么走呢？

在彷徨与困惑中为自己理出了头绪，路终究是来走的，踯躅不前会让我退缩，我怎么会轻易妥协呢？哪怕是布满荆棘，我也要踏着这些荆棘走过去。不过事实没有想象的那么糟，我很快适应快节奏的初三生活，这不仅锻炼了我的学习能力和技巧，更让我从中明白，苦中作乐，才其乐融融。

开学快两个月了，这两个月来我是实实在在体会出初三是中学时期最紧张的阶段，不仅作业多，任务重，而且总觉得时间不够用，晚上睡觉来不及做梦即被闹钟吵醒，恍惚间睁开眼睛，发现新的一天屹立在眼前，其中况味可想而知。然而，当看到同学早早的到了教室，朗朗书声在耳边响起的时候，立即激发了我的战斗激情，我要融入其中，我要策马奔腾，我要明天比今天更好。

十四五岁正值青春年少，难得要“老大徒伤悲”才想起“少壮不努力”吗？那时一切都晚了。在生命的历程中唯有刻下青春的脚印，才对得起花样年华，当有一天回忆往昔，回味“曾经我那么努力走过”，心里便不觉遗憾。我认为，坚定的人生，就是不让自己留下遗憾。

不仅如此，我觉得学习还要靠心境和心态，没有好的心境和心态，就难以从学习中得到感悟，倘若没有好的感悟，又谈何从心而发呢？学习，重要的是能够让知识走进我们的心灵，让我们有一天带着智慧的双眼欣赏这个世界，世界该是多么美丽啊！

所以，为了美好的未来，我已经做了打算，和这既紧张又振奋的一年拼搏到底，相信有压力才有动力。君不见那水中的皮球，被压的越低，日后被弹的就越高。所以，压力也是力量的源泉。

然而，更多的时候，我是把初三的生活当首歌来对待的，因为这样我的心情会很容易放松，让自己平静，一个人只有平静了才能更好的发挥潜能，更能从中找到自己，发现自己。平时，我是很喜欢听歌的，每每看到歌者享受在自己的歌声里，很是羡慕，难得我们就不能做一名无声的歌者吗？把心中的歌唱给自己听，把生活中的点点滴滴看成美妙的音符，把奋斗、努力、勤奋也谱写进去，我们亲手去拨弄去弹奏去经历，用心灵去感受这些，岂不是更有意义？

让我们一起唱这首无字歌，让流动的青春陪着我们一起成长。
