Hello, everybody. Im Li Hua.Today my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.

I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.

成功像茶，喝了之后满口余香;幸福像蜜，尝了之后甜在心里;无奈像水，饮了之后平淡无味。那么失败又是何种滋味呢? Successful like tea, after drinking, full of fragrant fragrance; happiness like honey, sweet after taste; helplessness like water, after drinking, it is flat and tasteless.So what is the taste?

还是上小学三年级的时候，为了六一儿童节，班里准备了一个相声，让我和同班的小宇演。我从未演出过，但为了为班级争光，我们俩欣然领命。

我们复印两份台词，每逢大课间就去语文办公室排练。因为台词比较长，所以我们只能理解着背。一天大课间，小宇问我：你说，咱们能选上吗?我看出他有些胆怯，于是昂起头，拍拍胸脯说：你自然放心。以前六一儿童节出节目，不是唱歌就是跳舞。这次咱们班推陈出新，还怕选不上?你记住，就算天塌下来，也有我扛着!其实我也怕选不上，只是豪语壮人胆而已。他听了，便也安心排练。我知道，作为第一次去演，难免有些顾忌，而我们的相互激励，正推着我们往前走。

经过几天努力，台词背得差不多了，我们就试着加上肢体语言去表演。在六一儿童节彩排的前三天，我建议我们俩到班上给同学们演一遍。小宇仍是胆怯，问我：行吗?别到了班里再出丑。我早置别人的嘲笑于不顾，只对他说了句：走，天塌下来，我扛着!他也对我十分信任，便随我到了班里。

我先走上讲台，对大家说：大家先静一静。我和小宇给大家说段相声。同学们的目光便都集中到我们这里，其中有真听真看的也有看笑话。我和小宇演了一遍，同学们笑声不断，全班同学像炸了锅似的。在这笑声中，我真的扛住了天。

彩排中，我们被淘汰下来。然而我和小宇都扛住了塌下来的天，快乐的度过了六一儿童节。我们失败了，我们也成功了。

与成功、幸福、无奈相比，失败更像巧克力。开始有些许苦涩，但你用心品味时，香甜从其中溢出，你才真正尝到了失败的滋味。
