暑假里，天气很热，我“躲”在家里玩电脑，把空调调到18摄氏度，在我玩得最开心的时候，被爸爸逮了个正着，爸爸教育我说：“现在正提倡低碳生活，真热的话，可以用扇子，就是开空调，温度也不要低于26摄氏度。”我听了，很是惭愧，决定要节约用电。平时随手关灯，电脑不用就关机，尽量不坐电梯，爬楼梯也是很好的运动哦。大家都夸我懂事，成了节电小能手。

那是雨后初晴的一个晌午，我因为一道习题而纹尽了脑汁，于是索性去室外走走，寻找一份心灵独有的荫凉。

生活中的色彩，绚丽多彩，红、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝、紫……我喜欢洁净无瑕的白色和浪漫诱人的紫色。别人都说我是个怪僻的女孩子，因为我从小就不喜欢穿红颜色的衣服，我觉得它太夸张太惹眼了。对于穿红色衣服的女孩子，给我的第一眼就是张扬和虚华。然而，偶然的一件事，却改变了我对它的偏见。

突然，从我耳畔响起了“啊―”的一声，我还来不及向后看，一辆自行车从我后面冲了过来，或许是雨雾遮蔽了视线，或许是雨衣的帽檐挡住了视线，或许是急着赶路，总之，她好像没看见我这个人似的，把我的伞带得很远，自行车摇摆了几下，远去了。我因完全没有思想准备，滑了一跤，我气得说不出话来，望着裤腿上的泥，我感觉到眼泪在眼眶里打转。忽然，一双红色的雨靴，一双温暖的手出现在我的眼前，“你摔伤了吗？”她一边说一边扶我起来。她身穿一件红色的风衣，撑着的一把红色雨伞，把她的脸庞也映红了。“擦擦吧！"“不用了，会弄脏的。”我望着那洁白的手帕，没有接。“脏了可以洗嘛！”说完她便去帮我捡回了伞。我感激地看了看她，说：“谢谢！"“不用谢，下次小心点。’，说完她对我嫣然一笑，便走了。

我呆呆地站在那儿，望着那红色的身影，心中有一种莫名的感动。我低下头，才发现手帕上满是污泥，但我觉得它洁白无瑕，还有那位红衣少女。以前，我讨厌红色，讨厌穿红色衣服的女孩，分明是一种偏见，我为过去的无知而感到愧疚。现在，我意外地发现，红色是生活中的一种重要的色彩。它炽烈、奔放，它充槛着热情和友爱，它跳跃着时代的音符。我喜爱红色。

我撑着伞，迈着有力的步伐，感到前面充满着红色的希望。

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have

a healthy life style and lead a happy life.

My Low-carbon Life

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.

Firstly, I often walk to school. It can reduce air pollution. Secondly, I

always turn off the lights and fans when leaving the classroom. Thirdly, I

always make full use of paper and other school things and never waste water.

I wish more students to join me and make the earth more and more

beautiful.

空气中漫着恬静的气息，夹着几许新奇：新的楼屋，新的草地，新的老师，新的同学悄然推开阳台的窗，仰头而望，哦，阳光的明眸灵动着秋水的意味，它轻轻招手，微笑着为我送来了你我的新生活，我的初三。

从此以后，我们相伴左右，朝朝暮暮

晨光朦胧，铃声悠扬，亮白的灯光洒在教室的每个角落，一切是那样明朗而又温馨。我们依旧如常，齐捧课本用心而读。在早读这趟早班车上稳稳前行。目光偶然掠过窗外，呀！安静的扶拦边何时多了这般可人的身影，拳头大小的鸟儿们，静立着，时不时扭动着小脑袋，似在侧耳聆听，对，聆听着我们的朗朗书声。

是你，对吧？是你让那可爱的小鸟静听着我的书声朗朗，是你希望我们的早晨美好而有趣。

叮叮当当，比铃声更动听的乐曲在十一点的校园不约而同，交响四起。我们来自四面八方，目标，永远是那么坚定不可阻挡：冲，食堂！在门口，就已经嗅到那馋人的饭香，待人来齐，哦，终于可以开饭啦！碗里的饭菜似乎上涨了许多，同桌的碗里似乎少了许多，来不及思索前因后果，顾不得是否会留下后遗症，为了下午的能量支出，吃！仓库已经超容量容纳，走向水池时不忘带上同桌的饭碗

是你，对吧是你希望我拥有足够的精力面对学业，是你让我拥有同学间如此温馨的关切。

夜色已深，静拥大地。散了晚自修后，有一点懒散无力，轻依在栏杆上，轻抬头，才发现，天空的暗蓝已变为深黑。哦，是何物在这无际的黑纱上闪烁跳跃，调皮地对我眨眼，恬静的语言，隐约在耳边：不要放松自己，不要倦怠，还有很多事要做哦！我立刻从迷蒙中清醒，深呼吸，找回失散的所有精力。是啊，还有很多事要去努力是你，对吧？是你让那闪烁的星星，趋走我淡淡的疲惫，是你希望我不要停滞，让美丽的星语传达你的心愿。

你是那样默默而又亲密相伴与我，静静为我点起人生的起航灯。分分秒秒，点点滴滴，我感受在心，现在和那永远的将来，永远不会忘记你：我的初三生活。

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

In this winter holiday, I am going to take a trip with my parents by plane.We are going to Beijing. Then, I am going to go ice skating there. I am going to see the snow. I will play with the snow. I am going to make a snowman with my sister. Then we are going to visit the Great wall. At last, we are going to go back home by plane.

That will be fun in the winter holiday! I can’t wait!

学习就像一场耐久跑，只有尽全力跑完全程的人，才是真正的胜利者!

“既…然……我们……选择起跑……我们……一起……坚持……好吗?”我喘着大口大口的粗气，和和我一样落在队伍后面的蓝说。

“嗯”蓝点头和我示意要一起坚持。漫长的跑道似乎也缩短了距离，我们离终点越来越近了。虽然两个人都是拖着沉重的步伐到达的，但是到达终点的时候，我们还是很欣慰的笑了，因为我们坚持住了!

从没有想过初三连体育课都会这么辛苦，每节课都要练习，平时，不喜欢运动的我，自然就落在了后面。但是，我始终还是感到快乐，因为每次耐久跑我都坚持住了。虽然每次几乎都是最后一名，但是，我似乎并不在意名次，毕竟我没有放弃过自己，毕竟我没有停下过脚步。一直坚持着……

进入初三，我知道，所有的一切都要改变的。以后再也不可以偷偷抽空上网聊天了;以后再也不可以每晚在家里悠闲的看电视了;以后再也……一切都要变，一切都必须变。

“都初三了，不可以分心了，懂吗?”印象里，妈妈已经无数次告诫过我了。“我懂”每次几乎都以同样的答案回答。连我自己也不知道是不是在敷衍妈妈。但是，学习是我自己的事，都初三了，是该努力了，再不努力，明年上好的高中就没有什么希望了!

父母一切的希望，像个包袱早已悄悄的压到了我的肩上。连我自己也不知道从何时起，自己开始偷偷的努力，自己开始想未来，自己开始想报考的学校。但是，同时，自己也开始害怕，害怕明年中考的那一天，害怕自己的身体受不了初三这样的日子，害怕学习的压力成不了学习的动力，只会成为自己学习的绊脚石。

从开学的那天起，我没日没夜的忙，学习几乎占据了我所有的时间。每天过着同样的生活，每天干着同样的事，每天精神不振的我都像在做着一个同样的梦。每天，从醒来的那刻起，我就一直累着自己。因为晚上熬夜，我没有办法象其他同学那样，晚睡还能早起，我不得不赖在床上，多补补睡眠，否则会发生在课堂上与周公约会的尴尬。

“7。10分早读课，来不及了，我先走了，不吃饭了。”早已忘记自己对妈妈说过多少遍这样的话了，每天早上，几乎都急急忙忙的从家里跑到学校，再从一楼冲到五楼，每天几乎都是气喘呼呼地坐到位子上。心还为平静，铃声早已响了。顾不得收拾心情，就把书拿出来了。这就是初三的早晨吗?也许吧!忙忙碌碌的早晨才是初三的早晨。早已忘记自己何时开始过着这样的早晨，也记不清自己已经过了多少个这样的早晨。

没吃早饭的我，只能等到下课后到服务部买东西填饱肚子。从五楼到一楼，买了东西，再从一楼到五楼，只有10分钟，下课的10分钟，我都分秒必争，只为了让肚子过得好一点。初三了，可怜的肚子看来要陪我受罪了。

在学校里上完4节课后。拖着沉重的身体往家里赶，只想早点吃完饭，补个午觉。

“2：10了，快起来呀!“被一阵催促声吵醒，睁开朦胧的双眼盯着钟。晕……30分就上课了，怎么办呀?”你怎么这么晚才叫醒我呀?“我带着责备的语气问表妹。”我1：30就叫你了，你自己还说来得及……“表妹一脸无辜的望着我。哎!没办法。我马上洗完脸，收拾好书包，又再次走着同样的路到学校。吓死我了，到班级才发现，差一分钟就迟到了。几乎所有的同学都问我，说我是不是喜欢慢别人半拍，早上迟，连中午也迟。无奈……连我自己也没有办法回答。同样是学生，他们怎么就能那样努力?他们怎么就能不补睡眠，一样有精神?

幸好补了睡眠，才没在课堂上发生尴尬的场面，上完中午的3节课，以后可以脱离苦海了，结果，才知道，原来以后晚上都要来晚自习了。无奈……。晚上拖着忙了一天的累得快趴的身子从后门冲到位子上，以为挺早的了，结果，一进门才发现，所有的人都坐得好好的，开始做做业了。所以很不好意思的从后门偷偷进来。

所有的人的桌面上都堆满了书。似乎现在的书桌已经太小了。容不了那么多的东西。我也不例外，理清楚所有该做的作业，然后开始动手。

无奈得过完一天，回到家里好想一下子趴到那张等待已久的床，啊……忘了，澡还没洗呢!匆匆忙忙得洗完。突然才发现，洗完之后的感觉这么舒服，吹这电风扇，吃着夜宵，看着自己喜欢看的书，才发现，现在才是一天中最惬意的时刻了。

吃得饱饱的我，满足的睡下了……

哦!初三原来就是这样，忙碌中夹带无奈，忙碌中没有多余的时间让我想太多!

当第二天的太阳升起的时候，我又开始重复着这样的生活了。一天又一天，虽然有些疲倦，虽然，有些无奈，但是，忙碌也不失为一种快乐。

突然间，才发现。原来学习的道路，就象那天体育课上的耐久跑。只要坚持住了，我才有可能成功。累点，苦点，有什么可怕的?慢点，迟点，又有什么可惧?只要，我不停下脚步，没有人可以阻止我前进，只要我意志不曾倒下，我还是有机会成功的!

我这只笨笨的鱼，虽然没有办法游得太快，但是，我还是一样会到达终点的!看来，我还是真慢别人半拍!
