大家都知道，夏天最烦人的就是知了的叫声了，尤其是在山村里，在大热天里，几乎每分每秒都有这烦人的噪音，无处不在．

而我就更惨了，我家院子旁不到一米处，就有一棵大梧桐树，每天早上一到８到９点就开始唧唧喳喳的唱起歌来了，直到晚上10到11点，早上很好的学习时间都被它们搅和了．

有一天，一只雄知了竟然闯进了我家，开始我们并不知道，但是它一叫就使我们有了大反应．于是全家都来找这只知了，找了很长时间才发现它竟躲在冰箱后面，爸爸就把它给抓出来，扔到外面．出人意料的是它又飞回来了，没办法，只能又把它抓出去，因为它的叫声实在让人烦，害的我们浪费了这么多时间．

现在大家应该知道知了的叫声该多烦了吧！

现在熬夜已经是许多人的家常便饭了，经常有人很晚很晚才睡觉。而且据统计，熬夜的人群也逐渐年轻化，更何况现在一些学生都开始熬夜，一两点才睡觉。

我姐姐就是一个例子。过年那几天，她的哥哥从外地来到她们家。她的这个哥哥提着一个电脑来的，电脑里有植物大战僵尸，而且玩的级别已经很高了。姐姐对这个游戏也很着迷，就和他一起玩，一直玩到凌晨，才睡的觉。而我姐姐又是一个非常能睡的人，一睡睡到中午十一点。过了几天，她的另一个哥哥也来了，他也带来了一个电脑，电脑里也有植物大战僵尸，玩的级别也很高了。所以姐姐又和他一块玩，一直玩到凌晨四点钟。然后姐姐一直睡到下午两三点才起床。

大家看，我的姐姐把时间给搞反了，如果经常这样，身体能承受的住吗？我们儿童睡眠绝对不能低于六小时。如果低于六小时，在学习、工作方面就会有很大的影响，比如我们上着课就可能睡觉。后果会怎样？而我们也不能睡的太多，如果一天二十四小时全睡觉的话，那肯定是不行的。所以我们要养成早起早睡的好习惯，晚上早点睡，早晨也就能早起了。这样一天就能精神抖擞，学习起来，才能比较轻松、容易。

最后，提醒大家不要因为游戏或者什么诱惑打乱睡眠顺序，不要养成熬夜的习惯，要养成早起早睡的好习惯，这样对我们的身体才会起到帮助。
