ofo是最早成立的共享单车公司，2014年由来自北大的5位90后创始人创立，2015年6月，ofo共享计划推出，在北大成功获得2000辆共享单车，12月，ofo日订单接近2万单。金沙江创投合伙人罗斌到北京大学办事，看到路上很多辆小黄车闪过，他意识到这是一家值得投资的公司，抓住了学生的刚需，并且是高频次的，于是便有了2016年春节后的A轮融资。

摩拜单车则是一开始便有资本的身影，10年汽车记者背景的创始人胡玮炜只是一个普通白领，2014年的一天，一个在奔驰中国设计中心工作的朋友告诉胡玮炜，未来的个性出行工具会有一波革新潮流，蔚来汽车的董事长李斌问她，有没有想过做共享出行项目，后来又与极客公园创始人张鹏进行过探讨。胡玮炜一开始就有这些投资人的支持，并邀请从优步上海总经理离职的王晓峰担任摩拜的CEO。

两者都发展迅速，从下表的融资数量与估值可见一斑：

共享单车之所以发展如此迅速，几乎一夜之间，各种小黄车如雨后春笋一样出现在诸多城市街头，是因为这个商业模式，几乎完美回答了我上面提出的5大核心要件。

首先，短距离出行是绝对的刚需。特别是日渐拥挤的大城市和高峰期，一直都是巨大痛点，公交、地铁、出租、私车都无法解决。而过往一些城市(比如上海)尝试的公共自行车，由于各区政府各自为政，投入主体不清，自行车投放不足，还车困难等一些列问题，最后几乎都无疾而终。

摩拜为代表的共享单车，由公司投放车辆，打开手机APP就能查看附近的车辆，看到有合适的还可以提前预约。不用停车桩，不用办卡，二维码扫一扫就能开锁，不用的时候停在任意合法非机动车停车点即可，半小时收费一元，用车成本低到可以忽略。而且简单方便易用，几乎彻底、完美解决了城市最后一公里的困扰。

其次，市场巨大。截至2016年12月，我国网络预约专车用户规模为1.68亿，比2016年上半年增加4616万，增长率为37.9%。共享单车的潜在用户规模，无论如何不会少于这个。

哪怕你是一个丝毫不在意出行成本的土豪，一旦你体验过月朋友吃饭，开个私家车从东城到西城需要三个小时，然后再花一个小时找停车位的痛苦，你就知道绝大多数时候，宁可地铁。出地铁站后骑摩拜单车到饭馆路边，把车一扔，是多么痛快和潇洒。所以，你几乎可以把所有城市上班一族都视作目标群体。

第三，这玩意几乎没有触动任何旧世界哪个土豪的利益，摩的除外而摩的几乎是所有城市清缴的对象。而且，摩的全是地下党，没有一个组织，完全不成气候。

最后，也是最最令人膜拜的，是共享单车从一开始就有非常清晰的盈利模式：押金。想明白了这一点，你不得不对想出这个模式的人由衷赞服。

共享单车的盈利模式，是通过分时租赁来部分变现，通过收取押金来回收资金，实现现金流并进行扩张(见下图)：

分时租赁那个钱，其实一点不重要，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，我相信他们心里都门清：哪怕有一亿用户，每天用一小时，也就1个亿的收入，为此却需要面对超过1千万辆自行车的投放与硬件损耗，再加上其他管理费用。更重要的是，由于其短途特点，及对标公交和传统公共自行车，其定价上浮空间有限。所以，他们压根就没指望通过一小时1元的租赁费来赚钱。

通过什么?

押金这是一个无比天才的创新。

在你屁股跨上单车的前，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，你都必须把你的电话号码、真实姓名、身份证号(要实名认证)都发送过去，同时，你还得提交299元(摩拜)或者99元(ofo)的押金。

对任何一个互联网企业儿来说，能通过长期运营获得用户注册，以及一个电话，已经是天大的幸福。共享单车的玩法，等于泡妞，第一次见面，就拿到了对方的所有身份信息与电话这是对用户无比苛刻的要求，很多隐私意愿强烈的用户一定是抵制的，但共享单车用解决痛点的需求一次性实现了。

最关键的，还让用户掏了钱包这是所有商业模式最后的一个环节，也是最梦寐以求的环节。

之所以说这是个天才的创新，是因为299的押金：

1、可以退，所以多数人不会抵制缴纳这笔钱;

2、可以退，但公司不会自动退，多数人也不会主动要求退，因为下次用车还得缴，其结果就是大量资金沉淀在公司，等于无偿占用;

3、押金不能动用，不能用作租赁车费的支持。这等于这笔钱只会增加，永远不会减少;

4、由于一份押金对应一个注册用户，而非一辆车，这意味着投放一辆车，能锁定远超过1个用户。摩拜目前是一辆车锁定8人，等于投放一辆车，获得2400元(300*8)的存款。

从这个意义上，摩拜投放的每辆单车，都类似一个储蓄所。中国的网点最多的金融机构是农业银行，在全国有超过2.4万家分支机构，3万台自动柜员机。而2017年1月23日，富士康成为摩拜新的战略投资者。此次合作，将会有望大幅提高摩拜单车产量，每年总产能预计将能超过1000万辆而每一辆单车，都是一个移动储蓄点。

仅以1000万辆投放为假设，每辆车锁定8人，每人300元押金，沉淀总额资金将达240亿这是最经典的互联网金融的玩法。

不去着眼解决盈利，而是解决现金流，不出售硬件而通过收取押金来弥补现金流，减少了一般互联网企业为培育用户而通过海量补贴产生的现金支出，这是相当高明的一步。

体育课的休息时间到了，我们惬意地躺倒在学校新操场的仿真草坪上。这时，我听见童睿瑄喊：“谁要骑‘小马单车’？谁要骑‘小马单车’？……”听到这个喊声，我第一个爬起来，答道：“我要骑。”听到我喊，她立刻跑过来，半蹲着让我骑上去。我骑上以后，她就开始爬。她爬得太快了，像脱了缰的野马。不一会儿，我就从她的背上跌到了草坪上。“需要试一试翻滚单车吗？”童睿瑄再次问我。“翻滚单车”，是不是很酷？如果真是这样，那估计很好玩，我答应了。她让我躺倒在草坪上，她自己则推着我向前跑。我顿时感到天昏地暗、头晕眼花。我直喊：“停停停停……”停下以后，我立即跑开了。

“谁要骑小狗单车？谁要骑小狗单车？”童睿瑄继续吆喝。我一听，“小马单车”变成了“小狗单车”，觉得可能更舒适了，便又骑了上去。这时，“小狗单车”开始不受控制了，我又一次跌了下来。我又跑开了，做起了自己的“生意”。

随着科技的发展，时代的推移，越来越多的新鲜事物出现在我们的生活中，给予人们物质和精神上的满足。“共享单车”便从中脱颖而出

顾名思义，“享”，分享，分享是中华传统美德之一，共同分享这个词完美诠释了现在社会精神的追求————友善，互助。如今，共享单车已经慢慢被人们熟知，路边随处可见ofo，摩拜，那么是什么原因使共享单车如此受欢迎呢？

使用方便。共享单车的使用方法很好的结合了现在的电子科技。打开专用APP扫一扫，扫描车身上的二维码，即可成功解锁。等到使用完毕，只需将车停在路边指定区域，完成付款，就成功归还了。

价格便宜。据我所知，共享单车的使用费用仅为0、5元/小时，也就是说，一天的骑行使用下来，也不过12元钱，是大家都能承担得起的。我想，公道的价格也是共享单车广为流传的重要原因之一。

还有一方面是，共享单车轻巧方便。众所周知，在当今社会，轿车已经不是什么稀奇的事物，马路上随处可见呼啸而过的汽车，我们经常会看见在节假日，公路高速拥堵这样的报道，因此，简单快捷的自行车变成了人们心中的首选。很多运动爱好者还会选择骑行，这个现象则表明，共享单车绝对是人们生活所需要的。

可一件事往往有利弊两端，在共享单车饱获好评的同时，大大小小的状况。一个是停放秩序乱，虽然有指定的停放区域，但还是有一些人会把单车停放在白线之外，这就使本就不怎么宽敞的路越来越狭窄，造成道路拥挤；另一点就是损坏严重，一些单车在使用完毕后会被破坏，车轮，车座等也会被卸下，随意丢在路边，或者扔进废地，河流中，这些问题还是要在日后慢慢改善。

其实，优点也好，缺点也罢，这都是一个事物会呈现的正反两面。共享单车的发明固然会给我们的生活带来便捷，可要使我们社会生活和谐发展的，更多的是要靠我们自身。人与人之间的交往亦是如此。“赠人玫瑰，手留余香”，互帮互助会使我们的交流更加接近，从而使心与心的距离更加接近。

这些天，有关共享单车的新闻很火。比如有的市民给单车加上自己的锁，共享秒变私享了；有的干脆重新喷漆装上儿童座，巧取豪夺地侵占了；再有的到地方顺手 一扔，管它占不占道，方便潇洒了还有推测为同行相煎的：比如共享单车一出来，开黑摩的的饭碗没了，那我也砸了你吧！

一句话，可怜的共享单车，纵使三头六臂，似乎也难逃多舛的厄运。

事实上，共享单车的好处，自然无需赘言。一则，方便了市民出行，解决了短途交通的不便问题。二则，绿色环保，健康低碳。颜色醒目的共享单车，在路权均衡 的城市，简直是现代文明的一道风景。三则，朝阳产业，创新引领。APP加持的共享单车，在互联网+新技术的引领下，开启了产业竞发的另一片蓝海。有数据显 示，到去年底，我国共享单车企业已超过20家，车辆达数百万辆，用户总数接近1900万人。眼下，来自中国的小黄车甚至已经漂洋过海，出现在了美国硅 谷等街头。这引得英国《金融时报》等国际媒体撰文称，中国的共享单车是全球创新的典范，也是最新向外输出的成功案例。

顶层设计叫好、市场也很叫座，但就是这样的共享单车，在一些城市却成了谁都要咬一口的唐僧肉。

这样的尴尬，当然要话分两头来说：一方面，单车运营方的防范技术亟待升级，指望市民自觉来扞卫共享单车的完好无虞，这显然有点过于单纯。GPS定位等技 术，也许比抽象的人性考验更值得信任。另一方面，它也确实反映了城市文明在局部微循环中的沉疴与积弊。共享经济模式翻新，与技术文明和人文精神难舍彼 此。如果各自为私，有缺乏公益与公共的边界，共享经济再好，恐怕都会被找到薅羊毛的漏洞。

对于共享单车运营方来说，面对居高不下的被盗 率、损毁率，是该想想技术性的办法：既让单车更强大、更结实，也让单车时刻处于轨迹监控之下。不能因为运营成本和硬件成本的掣肘，而放任共享单车处于粗放 发展的阶段。于此而言，花钱打补贴战、广告战，不如真金白银武装好每一辆共享单车。

当然，就像旅游中的不文明现象一样，泛道德的指责，有时可能不如黑名单更速效。

私自改装或侵占共享单车，这哪里是什么道德文明问题呢？这是赤裸裸的违法犯罪。不爱护共享单车的，可以道德教化；将单车据为己有的，警察叔叔就该及时出 手了。共享单车风吹雨打的命运，更多的，还是指向制度呵护与管理的缺位。如果没人问没人管，养眼的单车就成了福利洼地这是放之四海而皆准的朴素道 理。

在这个问题上，我们既希望地方部门为创新的共享单车营造良好运营环境比如深圳市交通、城管、交警等部门选取了一批轨道站点及常规公交 站点，按照标准规范设置自行车停放区；上海市也将出台相关意见，试图及早解决车辆标准、区域分布、违停处理等问题；更希望运营方与地方执法部门能严肃偷盗 损毁共享单车行为的惩戒与责罚起码《治安管理处罚法》等要及时为共享单车的平安畅行兜底撑腰。

治霾又治堵的共享单车，要骑稳骑好，看来还要各方真下功夫、多下功夫。
