共享单车为什么停不好？这与租车者素质参差不齐有关系，一些租车者只顾骑、不顾停，不愿意花时间认真摆放单车；这也与单车公司跑马圈地、过量投放、管理粗放有关。有的街头地方狭窄，一下子容不下那么多单车，一些故障车长期摆放在街头，而单车公司又顾不上管理，加剧了停车乱象。

除此之外，也要看到，共享单车停车乱，与城市规划、设计、建设的不合理非常有关系——抛开老城区不讲，非常多城市的新城区在最初交通规划时，压根儿就没给自行车、步行等慢行交通系统预留足够的通行与停放空间。前期规划缺位，后期管理失位，让停车问题“雪上加霜”：君不见，多少自行车停车棚被摩托车、燃油助力车占据，多少城市主干道两侧的人行道与自行车道停满了小汽车，城管、物业、保安等各种管理主体，对这些问题已经“习以为常”了。

打造优质城市慢行交通系统，共享单车是一个创新。想要共享单车用得好，前提是“停”得好。政府完善配套服务是治本之策。当好“服务员”，政府大有文章可做。

停好车的前提是有地方停，这就要做好加减法。机动车占道，要做“减法”：交通、城管等工作人员加强巡逻频次，加大处罚力度，定时定点“清障”；自行车停放区不够的问题，要做“加法”：规划、城建、交通等部门，做好顶层设计，编制车道规划，完善停放导则，从总量上增加非机动车道、自行车停放区的供给数量。
