期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

不会用英文写作文是绝大多数学生的通病。作文是由句子构成，一个正确的句子需要用正确的句型、正确的词组，正确的时态构成。训练学生的答题技巧和书写方面的好习惯。写好作文，没有诀窍，只有多写多练。

在今后的教学中，我们将继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功;引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力;培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题;讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语;在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。在培优辅差上下功夫，大面积提高学生的优秀率和合格率。

简而言之，评讲试卷必须结合试卷的特点和学生的实际情况，切不可草率行事。 怎样才能有效的评讲英语试卷呢?

第一、认真了解和初步分析试卷。在评讲前，教师有必要用自己教给学生的方法亲自把试卷做一遍，以便确定试题的检测范围和感受试题的难度。在做题的过程中可以预测学生的难点，也可以根据学生所学内容，看看哪些题目超出了学生的学习范围。当然，也可以检阅试卷的不足，以便今后选择并合理利用英语试卷。

第二、认真统计学生成绩。在批阅完学生试卷后，认真统计学生的成绩是很有必要的。统计的项目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在统计出平均成绩后，可以参照其他班的情况分析，确定该班的成绩位置。平均分较低，就说明该班的成绩较差。如果平均分较高，那该班的整体情况就较好。另外，还要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之间的差距。差距越大，两级分化就越严重，教学的难度就越大。在排列学生成绩时，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中间位置考生的分数，并把该成绩列为全班成绩的中位数。在评讲试题时，要特别注意中位段的学生的反映和效果。

第三、根据学生的成绩和分析情况，再次分析试卷，并做好学生的错误统计。在分析学生成绩后，及时的看学生答题的错误率，从中找出学生的典型错题。错误率较高的题目，就是要评讲的重点部位。这部分题目，既是学生应该关注的，也是教师应该详细评讲的。在统计错误率后，教师应该耐心的查阅典型错题，分析学生答错的原因，反思自己教学上的不足。对于，教师很难作分析的题目，要及时与学生进行交流，然后再确定学生做错的根源。 第四、认真耐心的评讲试卷。在试卷发给学生之后，教师可以安排学生自主讨论和简单分析自己的试卷。教师最好要提示学生如何讨论和分析。例如，要求学生发现自己的错题，并尽力分析出错题的知识类别：是宾语从句还是动词不定式，还是动名词或是其他的。

原来打算开车去超市，可是刚下楼，妈妈就说：“我们骑共享单车吧！”“什么是共享单车？”我问道，“前面就是。”爸爸边指向一边边回答我。我马上跑过去，仔细一看，共享单车和普通自行车没什么区别，就是没有后座，我往前推了推，车子一动也不动，发现被锁上了，于是回头对爸爸妈妈说：“这车子是锁着的，我们骑不走。”妈妈微微一笑，说：“我给你变一个魔术。”只见妈妈从口袋里拿出手机，点了点，对准车子上的二维码扫了一下，“嘀嘀”的响了一下，共享单车的锁就打开了，又一声“嘀嘀”的声响，爸爸也打开了一辆，我站在爸爸的车子中间，他带着我和妈妈一起向超市骑去。

大约过了十分钟，我们到了超市门口，爸爸妈妈停下车把锁滑了一下，车子又被锁上了，“真神奇！”我说道。在逛超市的时候我却又不开心了，爸爸疑惑的问我：“怎么了？在家的时候不是很开心来逛超市吗？”我马上回答他说：“我担心刚刚我们骑的单车被别人骑走了怎么办？”爸爸笑了笑，说：“骑走了也没关系，超市周围还有很多，我们可以骑其他的。”出了超市果然发现已经被别人骑走了，于是我们骑着另外的两辆单车回家了。

妈妈告诉我共享单车不仅方便还可以锻炼身体，而且还节能环保。今天我了解并亲身体验了共享单车，觉得它真的是一个很好的交通工具，希望大家以后短距离出门可以少开车，都来体验一下共享单车吧！

随着经济与科技的飞速发展，蓝蓝的天空被高楼遮挡，幽幽小径被条条马路掩埋，人们的交通工具也由曾经的自行车换成了电瓶车、摩托车、汽车，现在上街，路上都堵满了汽车，不仅处处充斥着尾气，还有一片噪音——喇叭声。人与人之间少了寒暄，多了冷漠，生活的乐趣很多都移到了电子屏幕上。

自从人们有了环保意识，共享单车这个伟大的创意随之诞生，川流不息的马路上，由此出现了一道独特的风景，那就是路边那一排排黄色的自行车，不管哪条路口都有它们的身影，好像战士一样，随时待命。

共享单车十分环保，与普通自行车大致相同，只是给它涂上了靓丽的黄色，非常显眼，以便于和一般自行车区分，也可以防止丢失。自身材质环保耐摩，可放心使用。最重要的是所有人只要需要，都可以使用，这就是共享的意义。

每天在拥挤的马路上，总有三三两两的身形“娇小”动作灵活的“骑行侠”，骑着那耀眼的小黄车在人流中穿梭，或家人或朋友或同学，或购物或锻炼或赶路，小黄车经过，撒下一路欢声笑语。

共享单车方便快捷，在拥挤的城市道路边随处可取，而且不用为无地停车而烦恼，节能又环保，没有任何的污染，还锻炼了身体，愉悦了心情，更重要的是让人体验了共享的乐趣。

现在越来越多的人喜欢上了共享单车，短途出行都选择绿色出行，因为它是方便快捷、节能环保而且多体验的交通工具。

我也是共享单车的爱好者，它让我尝试到迎风骑行的乐趣，初次成为骑客的乐趣，与同伴在一起骑行的乐趣。我爱共享单车，它宣传了环保，让人爱上环保，使人体验到为环保事业贡献力量的快乐！

不过这道美丽的彩虹中也有那么一点小小的遗憾：一年下来，被故意、恶意损坏的共享单车有很多。希望人人都能爱惜共享单车，为环保事业尽自己的一份力量；多多体验共享单车，体会共享的意义，让共享单车成为城市里一道独特而永恒的风景！
