我的大学生活是孤独的。我不是一个能忍耐寂寞孤独的人。可是我却偏偏成了个寂寞孤独的人。陪伴我的已经不再是往日的那些书本，那些让人感慨的字里行间流露出的丰富的感情的日子已经一去不在回来。仿佛一下子长大了许多。人总是会成长的。但是我的成长过程却是如此的烦恼，迷茫!让我不能找到我自己!

我的大学生活是无奈的。厌倦了食堂那些饭菜。再看看那些饭菜，却都变成了一堆堆秋天的树叶，你能有食欲吗?于是，就有了盖浇饭。有一天，它也吃烦了。于是，我真的迷茫了。一个人竟然连属于自己的食物都找不到了!于是我给自己定了一个伟大的目标。一定要回家喝自家的小米粥。这竟然就是我的伟大的目标。它不再是什么要多好的成绩，要多好的工作，要多么神圣的爱情。只是一碗淡淡的小米粥!

今天是军训的第三天，按照常例，第一节课还是站军姿。经过2天训练，我们个个都有军人的样子了，今天的军姿，没有一个人打报告喊累。

今天的主要内容是学擒敌拳。教官们把拳法难的都减掉了，我们学的都是简单的。一共16动，我们只学了8动，分别是：贯耳冲膝、抓腕砸肘、挡臂掏腿、砍肋击胸、缠腕冲拳、上架弹砍、接腿涮摔和横踢鞭打。教官一丝不苟地教我们，先是演示、接着一步步带我们、再讲讲细节。最后让我们自己体会。我们学的也很认真。对于我们怎么也记不住的接腿涮摔，教官则起了个“海底捞月”的名字，方便我们记忆。我们用心体会，一点一点把拳法练熟。

有两个同学接受地慢，于是，教官又细细地教她们，我们就坐在他们后面，多看几遍，记得更牢。这8动虽然简单，我们学得也认真，但是动作不到位，有的甚至做到一半忘了，更有的总记不住老是出错。

第8动横踢鞭打是我们最弱的一式，我们总是不会转方向，不知道做完动作变成“格斗式准备”才算完成。教官喊破了喉咙我们也没记住，无奈地坐在地下，每一式的名称越喊越小，我知道，他对我们十分失望。一个简简单单的动作，我们学了一下午也没对，真是枉费了教官一片苦心哪!不过，只要对自己有信心，不放弃，不就是一个小小的动作吗，我们一定能学好!

晚上回到宿舍后，我迫不及待地打电话给爸爸。爸爸当过兵，擒敌拳16动应该会的，爸爸可以指点我。这样我一定能把擒敌拳打得漂漂亮亮的!只要把名称记住，擒敌拳就会打，它的名称与招式都有关系的。

今晚，我要把擒敌拳练得熟熟的、正确的、到位的，明天让教官省点心。今晚好好练练，明天就能学得更好，我一定可以成功的!我相信自己!

Today, my parents took me to mygrandfathers home. I talked with my

grandfather for a little while and then Iplayed with my brothers and sisters.

After a while, my elderly brothersuggested going to the park and having a rest.

"Thats a good idea." I said.Then we prepared for the outing. However, after

lunch, the sky turned dark andrained heavily. Therefore, our plan was an

impossible due to the bad weather.How pity it was! All the afternoon, we could

only have fun in house. We playedcards, watched TV and played computer games. We

were happy, but we still hopedthat we can go out next time.

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是到了第二天、第三天、第四天，问题来了。有的同学开始发牢骚，抱怨声便连声四起，一些同学向教官提出意见、有的甚至想逃避训练。这些都体现了我们平时的生活太顺畅，几乎是衣来伸手，饭来张口，缺少了那份同龄人应有的能力。这正是我们必须提高的自身素质。而我们的教官却因为我们自由散漫的各种坏习惯，经常受到惩罚。24日这天教官因为我们，被罚连续五次正面卧倒在水泥地上，整条手臂都肿了，还流血了;……那一刻，几乎所有的同学都哭了。但是哭又什么用??我们总是在教官受罚之后跟他说对不起，为什么不一开始就做好自己呢?

你是那么一丝不苟。抱着在军训中混的我，今天，才认识到严谨的时间意识和坚忍不拔的意志。哪怕是一个最简单的动作，在训练场上，我们无数次地重复着，用自己的心去真真切切的体会军人的英伟。军姿的纹丝不动，跨步的整齐有力，使我们真正体会到军人的一丝不苟。

军训快要结束，看着晒黑的脖子、脸和手臂，就能记起烈日下的汗水。但是汗水不能淹没我所有的记忆，因为有更多的东西充实着我。记得军训刚开始的时候，似乎是那样的无声无息，它没流下太多的时间让我做好心理准备去应付它。就这样的几天里，一点一滴的收获渐渐地烙在我的记忆深处。

军训的内容或许是单调的。每天都做着一样的动作，心中抱怨着自己的汗水白流了好几尺。在教官的标准指导下，慢慢地发现自己和同学平时的习惯如此的便扭。纠正错误永远是困难的，炙热的太阳似乎为了惩罚我们这群有坏习惯的孩子，燃烧了自己每一寸的肌肤。不过努力的力量是巨大的，错误也不会永恒不灭。虽然离教官还有差距，但进步欣喜地摆在了每个人的眼前。

军训也不总是枯燥的，每天的拉歌都是单调的军训中的调节剂。在拉歌中听到的除了“原始的吼声”，那就是欢笑声。每一丝的欢笑声都能将要崩溃的身体唤醒。我们抱着娱乐第一的心态，度过最轻松的十几分钟。

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

军训第二天，疲惫而又忙碌的一天。

军训步入正轨，同学们不免有些怨言。印象中最苦的还是连站姿。早已习惯了无精打采的懒散的站，竟然觉得自己的脊椎被人一节一节地拽直。教官不厌其烦地对我们“传授”站的方法：抬头直背，五指并拢贴在裤子中线，脚程六十度摆放等等……

总觉得对于我这种习惯于懒洋洋走路的人来说实在有些艰巨，站在阴地方，教官指导、矫正我们的动作。刚开始还好，站了没多久，额上布满了密密的汗珠，脚后跟有些疼痛。我真希望现在在家中，这样我就可以好好地活动一下手脚，轻松一下筋骨了。对于这种肌肤之痛，还能咬咬牙一鼓作气忍过去、可要命的是，每当微风徐徐吹过，额前几缕发丝总会若有似无地轻轻刮着我的额头，那种痒如同小虫一点一点啃咬我的心，之后再将毒液注入到心中。很想用手背去揉揉，以便缓解这种痛苦，可教官却有言在先：谁动一下站一分钟。我可是想快点结束军训，只好忍着，慢慢地“享受”这种如小虫啃食心脏的痛苦。也许是因为缺乏锻炼的缘故吧，没站多久就觉得腿已经弯不直了，像一个木头一样。

真的难以想象，长辈们竟然是站在烈日下一动不动地练习，这的确让我自愧不如。

毅力，它可以被看得很轻或很重，重在你如何看它。

一二三四五，军训好辛苦;

六七八九十，一定要坚持。

军人的职责是保家卫国，为了国家付出自己的一切。军训的生活让我们感到了军人的艰苦与困难，军人是用血与汗著就的。我们经过军训也应有军人那种顽强拼搏的精神与坚韧不拔的斗志。或许我们没有办法象真正的军人那样手握钢枪，守卫在祖国的大江南北。可是，我们依旧可以不断拼搏，不断奋斗。

Today, is my dads first holiday, I carefully prepared a card, then tape

今天是我大学军训的第一天，一大早，我满怀着期待参加了学校的2012级新生开学典礼和军训开训典礼。我坐在台下的椅子上，听着台上学校领导和新生代表的讲话，让我更加明白了我大学应该想什么，应该做什么，不能平庸的过完自己的四年大学生活，自己得努力打拼下一番成就，才对得起自己的父母，自己的老师，自己的同学和朋友……也请大家相信我，我会不断努力，去完成自己的目标……

下午，真正的军训就开始了!这次学校请来的教官来自空军部队，而我们4班的教官叫邹跃瑞，是一个和我们差不多的年轻小伙。我们编号队列，就开始练习站立军姿、稍息、左右转、下蹲、坐下、跨步等……这里我就特想说站军姿，要求三收三提，双脚并拢，眼睛直视前方稍微向上瞟，身体还得稍微向前倾斜，让重心大部分落在脚掌上，站一会下来全身都疼，特别是脚掌和小腿肌肉……不过还是坚持了下来!相信明天还会更辛苦。

晚上我们方队和其他几个方队在操场坐在一起，教官教了我们很多部队里面的歌曲，我们一边唱歌一边欢笑……这一天我过得很开心……

八月三十日，军训结束日，最是怀念训练的日子。

军训第十天，也是最后一天，余下的就是拍合影和军训总结表彰大会。

今天也算这十天来，起得最早的一天，因为要拍照，也要早点集合开大会。

虽然在这十天中拍了很多照片，但正式的集体照只在今天拍了，有教官有全体同学，队伍整齐，这才像我们的军训集体照嘛!

接着就是到1幢教学楼门口，开总结大会。教官领队，我们听从指挥，在草坪上盘地而坐。

各领导就位之后，大会算是开始了!一共有九项工作，最多的还是表彰。先进集体、个人;叠被子比赛奖项;国防知识竞赛奖项;内务整理获奖单位和房间。我们二连也获得了好些奖，很不错呀!接着就是代表入场等，原来他们是不用会操的，而会操的是那些教官。教官的英姿也算在我们全校人面前展示了吧，咱的“静哥哥”也带着白色手套站在队列里呢!

表彰总结大会结束，我们的军训生活也走向了结尾，军训就这样结束了!

我们没有哭，聪明的教官带我们走出了会场，就说解散，我们没有时间叙旧，也不会很伤感。但是心里还是很感激他，挺舍不得他的，他对我们来说是朋友啦，谢谢他这十天来一直陪伴着我们!

昨天的聚餐，也算是为他开的离别宴吧!我们祝福他，祝他在以后的路上能一路顺风，也能天天开心!他今天下午就要走了，得回部队了，也许再也不会来我们学校了，也许再也不会遇见他了，但是我们这帮人会想他的。或许他只是我们生命中的一名过客，但他带给了我们一段快乐的回忆，让我们不禁想起他，让他生活在我们的青春记忆里。敬爱的教官，我们不会忘记你的!

在今天中午的教官送别上，我看到了几个泪流满面的同学，还好我来晚了一步，我们的教官已经坐上了大巴，不然我也会舍不得的。送教官的人很多，但是都穿着便服，我想教官也难以认出吧，只看到互相招手的教官和学生。眼眶里含着泪水的学生不计其数，这样离别的场景不想看很多，因为会失落，容易落泪。投进的感情越多，越会舍不得……

教官们一路顺风，一路走好，学生有幸只能陪你们到这里，今后我们都会有不同的路。祝愿我们都越走越远，也越来越好!

When you went to Sunday Chinese school, you studied hard even though it was no fun for you. I cannot believe how lucky we are as parents to have a daughter like you.

College will be the most important years in your life. It is in college that you will truly discover what learning is about. You often question "what good is this course". I encourage you to be inquisitive, but I also want to tell you: "Education is what you have left after all that is taught is forgotten." What I mean by that is the materials taught isnt as important as you gaining the ability to learn a new subject, and the ability to analyze a new problem. That is really what learning in college is about – this will be the period where you go from teacher-taught to master-inspired, after which you must become self-learner. So do take each subject seriously, and even if what you learn isnt critical for your life, the skills of learning will be something you cherish forever.

Do not fall into the trap of dogma. There is no single simple answer to any question. Remember during your high school debate class, I always asked you to take on the side that you dont believe in? I did that for a reason -- things rarely "black and white", and there are always many ways to look at a problem. You will become a better problem solver if you recognized that. This is called "critical thinking", and it is the most important thinking skill you need for your life. This also means you need to become tolerant and supportive of others. I will always remember when I went to my Ph.D. advisor and proposed a new thesis topic. He said "I dont agree with you, but Ill support you." After the years, I have learned this isnt just flexibility, it is encouragement of critical thinking, and an empowering style of leadership, and it has become a part of me. I hope it will become a part of you too.

Follow your passion in college. Take courses you think you will enjoy. Dont be trapped in what others think or say. Steve Jobs says when you are in college, your passion will create many dots, and later in your life you will connect them. In his great speech given at Stanford commencement, he gave the great example where he took calligraphy, and a decade later, it became the basis of the beautiful Macintosh fonts, which later ignited desktop publishing, and brought wonderful tools like Microsoft Word to our lives. His expedition into calligraphy was a dot, and the Macintosh became the connecting line. So dont worry too much about what job you will have, and dont be too utilitarian, and if you like Japanese or Korean, go for it, even if your dad thinks "its not useful" : ) Enjoy picking your dots, and be assured one day you will find your calling, and connect a beautiful curve through the dots.

Do your best in classes, but dont let pressure get to you. Your mother and I have no expectations for your grades. If you graduate and learn something in your four years, we would feel happy. Your Columbia degree will take you far, even if you dont graduate with honors. So please dont give yourself pressure. During your last few months in high school, you were so happy because there was little pressure and college applications are finished. But in the past few weeks, we saw you are beginning to worry (did you know you bite your nails when you are nervous?). Please dont be worried. The only thing that matters is that you learned. The only metric you should use is that you tried. Grades are just silly letters that give the vain people something to brag, and the lazy people something to fear. You are too good to be either.

在功课上要尽力，但不要给自己太多压力。你妈妈和我在成绩上对你没什么要求，只要你能顺利毕业并在这四年里学到了些东西，我们就会很高兴了。即便你毕业时没有获得优异的成绩，你的哥伦比亚学位也将带你走得很远。所以别给自己压力。在你高中生活的最后几个月，因为压力比较小，大学申请也结束了，你过得很开心，但是在最近的几个星期，你好像开始紧张起来。(你注意到你紧张时会咬指甲吗?)千万别担心，最重要的是你在学习，你需要的唯一衡量是你的努力程度。成绩只不过是虚荣的人用以吹嘘和慵懒的人所恐惧的无聊数字而已，而你既不虚荣也不慵懒。

Most importantly, make friends and be happy. College friends are often the best in life, because during college you are closer to them physically than to your family. Also, going through independence and adulthood is a natural bonding experience. Pick a few friends and become really close to them – pick the ones who are genuine and sincere to you. Dont worry about their hobbies, grades, looks, or even personalities. You have developed some real friendships in high school in your last two years, so trust your instinct, and make new friends. You are a genuine and sincere person – anyone would enjoy being your friend, so be confident, outgoing, and pro-active. If you think you like someone, tell her. You have very little to lose. Give people the benefit of the doubt; dont stereotype and be forgiving. People are not perfect, so as long as they are genuine and sincere, trust them and be good to them. They will give back. This is my secret of success – that I am genuine with people and trust them (unless they do something to lose my trust). Some people tell me that occasionally I would be taken advantage of. They are right, but I can tell you that that loss is nothing compared to what I gained. In my last 18 years leading people, I have realized that only one thing matters – to gain the trust and respect of others, and to do so, you need to trust and respect others first. Whether it is for management, work, or friendship, this is something you should ponder.

最重要的是在大学里你要交一些朋友，快乐生活。大学的朋友往往是生命中最好的朋友，因为在大学里你和朋友能够近距离交往。另外，在一块儿成长，一起独立，很自然地你们就会紧紧地系在一起，成为密友。你应该挑选一些真诚诚恳的朋友，跟他们亲近，别在乎他们的爱好、成绩、外表甚至性格。你在高中的最后两年已经交到了一些真正的朋友，所以尽可以相信自己的直觉，再交一些新朋友吧。你是一个真诚的人，任何人都会喜欢跟你做朋友的，所以要自信、外向、主动一点，如果你喜欢某人，就告诉她，就算她拒绝了，你也没有损失什么。以最大的善意去对人，不要有成见，要宽容。人无完人，只要他们很真诚，就信任他们，对他们友善。他们将给你相同的回报，这是我成功的秘密——我以诚待人，信任他人(除非他们做了失信于我的事)。有人告诉这样有时我会被占便宜，他们是对的，但是我可以告诉你：以诚待人让我得到的远远超过我失去的。在我做管理的18年里，我学到一件很重要的事——要想得到他人的信任和尊重，只有先去信任和尊重他人。无论是管理、工作、交友，这点都值得你参考。

Do keep your high school friends, and stay connected to them, but do not use them as substitutes for college friendship, and do not spend too much time with them, because that would eat into your time to make new friends.

要和你高中时代的朋友保持联系，但是不要用他们来取代大学的友谊，也不要把全部的时间都花在老朋友身上，因为那样你就会失去交新朋友的机会了。

Start planning for your summers early – what would you like to do? Where would you like to live? What would you like to learn? What have you learned in college that might change your mind? I think your plan of studying fashion is good, and you should decide where you want to be, and get into the right courses. We of course hope you come back to Beijing, but you should go where you think is best for you.

你还要早点开始规划你的暑假——你想做什么?你想呆在哪儿?你想学点什么?你在大学里学习是否会让你有新的打算?我觉得你学习艺术设计的计划很不错，你应该想好你该去哪儿学习相应的课程。我们当然希望你回到北京，但是最终的决定是你的。

Whether it is summer-planning, or coursework planning, or picking a major, or managing your time, you should take control of your life. In the past, I have helped you quite a bit, whether it is in college application, designing your extracurricular activities, or picking the initial coursework. I will always be there for you, but the time has come for you to be in the drivers seat – this is your life, and you need to be in control. I will always remember the exhilarating feeling in my life – that I got to decide to skip kindergarten, that I got to decide to change to computer science major, that I got to decide to leave academia for Apple, that I got to decide to go to China, that I got to decide to go to Google, and most recently, that I got to decide to start my own business. Being able to decide means you get to live the life that you want to. Life is too short to live the life others do or others want you. Being in control feels great. Try it, and youll love it!

不管是暑假计划，功课规划，抑或是选专业，管理时间，你都应该负责你的人生。过去不管是申请学校、设计课外活动或者选择最初的课程，我都从旁帮助了你不少。以后，我仍然会一直站你身旁，但是现在是你自己掌舵的时候了。我常常记起我生命中那些令人振奋的时刻——在幼儿园决定跳级，决定转到计算机科学专业，决定离开学术界选择Apple，决定回中国，决定选择Google，乃至最近选择创办我的新公司。有能力进行选择意味着你会过上自己想要的生活。生命太短暂了，你不能过别人想要你过的生活。掌控自己的生命是很棒的感觉，试试吧，你会爱上它的!

I told your mom Im writing this letter, and asked what she wanted me to say. She thought and said: "just ask her to take care of herself." Simple but deeply caring – that is how your mother is, and that is why you love her so much. In this simple sentence is her hope that you will become independent in the way you take care of yourself – that you will remember to take your medicine, that you will get enough sleep, that you will have a balanced diet, that you will get some exercise, and that you will go see a doctor whenever you dont feel good. An ancient Chinese proverb says that the most important thing to be nice to your parents is to take care of yourself. This is because your parents love you so much, and that if you are well, they will have comfort. You will understand this one day when you become a mother. But in the meantime, please listen to your mother and take care of yourself.

我告诉你妈妈我在写这封信，问她有什么想对你说的，她想了想，说“让她好好照顾自己”，很简单却饱含着真切的关心——这一向是你深爱的妈妈的特点。这短短的一句话，是她想提醒你很多事情，比如要记得自己按时吃药，好好睡觉，保持健康的饮食，适量运动，不舒服的时候要去看医生等等。中国有句古语，说“身体发肤，受之父母，不敢毁伤，孝之始也”。这句话的意思用比较新的方法诠释就是说：父母最爱的就是你，所以照顾好自己就是孝顺最好的方法。当你成为母亲的那天，你就会理解这些。在那天之前，听妈妈的，你一定要好好照顾自己。

College is the four years where you have:

Fathers Day is a holiday to celebrate fatherhood and parenting by males,

just as Mothers Day celebrates motherhood. Typically giving gifts to fathers

and celebrating as a family is the main event of the day. Fathers Day is

celebrated on different days in different countries.

Fathers Day exists almost all over the world to honor and commemorate

fathers or forefathers. In the Roman Catholic tradition, Fathers Day is

celebrated on Saint Josephs Day, March 19, though in most countries Fathers

Day is a secular celebration.

In recent years, retailers have adapted to the holiday by selling

male-oriented gifts such as electronics and tools. Schools and other childrens

programs commonly have activities to make Fathers Day gifts.

In the United States, the driving force behind the establishment of the

celebration of Fathers Day was Mrs Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Creston,

Washington. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, as a single

parent raised his six children in Spokane, Washington. She was inspired by Anna

Jarviss efforts to establish Mothers Day. Although she initially suggested

June 5, the anniversary of her fathers death, she did not provide the

organizers with enough time to make arrangements, and the celebration was

deferred to the third Sunday of June. The first Fathers Day was celebrated on

June 19, 1910, in Spokane.

Unofficial support from such figures as William Jennings Bryan was

immediate and widespread. President Woodrow Wilson was personally feted by his

family in 1916. President Calvin Coolidge recommended it as a national holiday

in 1924. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson made Fathers Day a holiday to be

celebrated on the third Sunday of June. The holiday was not officially

recognized until 1972, during the presidency of Richard Nixon.

星期天的早上，我早早的起床了。心想：“有一节课上要让我们种绿豆芽呢?”我就找来一个一次性杯和绿豆，我将杯子灌满水，然后拿了一把绿豆，它浑身都是绿色的，好像身披着一件绿色披风一样，只有一个椭圆形的地方是白色的，我又把它拿在手里撮了一下，感到是有一些粗糙的感觉，好像握着的是一小把凹凸不平的石头似的。最后，我把它放入了水中，它们有的在水里面翩翩起舞，旋转的沉下去;有的好像不愿意呆在水里似的，它便在白色的部分上升起了一个小小的“降落伞”。可是它的“降落伞”不久就“坏了”，便只好沉入了水底。我好像都听见它们在“咕咚，咕咚”的喝水呢!过了一会儿，绿豆们的身上便结满了小水珠，像一颗颗珍珠似的。

它们是多么可爱啊!就像一个个绿色小精灵一样!

在我们要吃午饭的时候，我去看了一下，发现绿豆身上的小珍珠不见了，只剩下几颗绿豆身上还留着的两三颗珍珠。而且还有几颗绿豆白色的地方下面长出了一颗颗嫩绿的小芽，还裂了一道口子，使它那层绿色的皮开了一道小小的口子。它的速度可正快呀!

下午我来看豆芽菜的时候，看到又有几颗绿豆发芽了，原来的绿豆芽也长到5毫米了，而且脱去了它的一半的“披风”，就像穿了一件有帽子的衣服一样，中间也裂了一道大口子。听妈妈说，发芽了的豆子不能泡太多的水，否则就会淹死的。我赶紧倒掉了杯子里的一些水，我在下面放了一点泥土，浇了一点水，用纱布放了上去，把它们放在有阳光的地方，希望它们能在阳光下的照耀下快乐的生活成长。

上午的空气凉爽得像秋天,没有汗水的衣服跟军训这个字眼不太搭调。但说实话，闲坐在一旁的我也能感受到迷彩服下那一双双眼睛所透出的疲惫的神情。单调的步伐练了不下百次，但却没人退缩。接着又是半小时的站军姿，随着时间的推移，腿开始僵硬，手脚开始酸痛，但只能忍耐着，只有教官示意放松的时候才能舒展一下那紧张疲惫的四肢，这一切都看在我们旁人的眼里。作为后勤人员，我们无须参加队列训练，因此各中滋味并不能彻底体会，但我们知道军训真的很累很苦，不光从室友的抱怨声中可以明了，你们那汗水湿透的衣背更是有力的证据，我们帮不上什么忙，所以只能用微笑为你们鼓劲，用杯水为你们解暑。

下午天空又开始变的阴沉，蜻蜓低飞，果然不久以后天空就飘起了雨丝，雨丝渐渐演化成雨点。雨水混着汗水从发际流下，同学们依然忘我地训练，跨着整齐的步伐，这不免让在一旁躲雨的我们心生惭愧。此刻。平日里娇生惯养的同学们竟是如此的刚毅，如此可爱!雨中，迷彩与天际融成了一出绝美的画面!

Tomorrow is fathers day, and my fathers busy figure is shaking in front of

my eyes, how can I express my love for my father? Id like to go, oh, yeah, thats

the way to do it.

Fathers day came, and I said to my mother, "mom, today is fathers day. Lets

give dad a surprise." "Mom said," ok." I put it on my mothers ear and whispered,

"we are..."

My mother and I messed up the house, as if we didnt know anything. Dad went

home, looked at his house and asked, "do you know what day it is?" My mother

said, "let me see, is the world anti-drug day?" "No." Dad pointed to the day on

the clock. I cried out, "its our banjis birthday!" Dad listened, as if his heart

were broken.

Baba bowed his head and entered the room. My mother and I broke into the

room and said, "happy fathers day!" Then my father hugged me and mom, and we all

laughed.

This is my happiest day of the year.

明天就是父亲节，爸爸忙碌的身影在我眼前晃来晃去，用什么方法表达对爸爸的爱呢?我想来想去，哦，对了，就用这种方法吧。

父亲节如期而至，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，今天就是父亲节了，我们给爸爸一个惊喜吧。”妈妈说：“好。”我贴在妈妈的耳边，小声地说：“我们就这样……”

我和妈妈把家里弄乱，好像什么都不知道。爸爸回家了，看了看家里，问：“你们知道今天是什么日子吗?”妈妈说：“让我想想，是世界禁毒日吗?”“不是。”爸爸指了指钟表上的日子。我大声说道：“是我们班季彦良的生日!”爸爸听了，好像心都碎了。 爸爸低着头，走进了房间。这时，我和妈妈闯进了房间里，同声说：“父亲节快乐!”这时，爸爸一把抱住了我和妈妈，我们都笑了。

这是我家今年最快乐的一天。

Today, I came to the breakfast. See the lads with chopsticks busy busy. So

I took a seat, a young man walked to come over and ask me to eat something, so I

had a bowl of beef noodles peppers. Soon, a noodles. I take chopsticks, soon

finished eating. On the way to school, I also think that bowl noodles.

今天，我来到了早餐店。只见店里的伙计们端着碗筷忙来忙去。于是我找了一个位子坐下了，一位年轻的伙计走了过来，问我要吃点什么，于是我报了一碗青椒牛肉面。很快，一碗面就出来了。我拿上筷子，很快就吃完了。在去学校的路上，我还想着那碗好吃的面。

太阳的色彩如此炫目，蓝天白云如此亮丽。今日的训练仍然艰巨，但是苦中有乐、有甜。

随着天空渐渐变亮，大家已经着装整齐的在排队等候了。晨练让我们开始了一天的训练。一声声的口号在空中回荡，虽然不及军人那般气势但也足显大家的精神，柔中有刚这就是娘子军风格，谁说女子不如男!我们相信，我们能用实际行动证明女兵也是好样的!

无论是停止间转法还是齐步走、正步走、踏步走一切都要以整排为标准，“团结”是那么的重要。个人只是一份子，而整体的形象需要大家一起创造，每个人都记住看准排头，用教官的话就是“标齐”，只有一样的间距一样的水平线才会有良好作风的连队。

训练并不是为了让大家畏惧，而是希望每个人能够在困难中勇敢前进，向着前方不断努力，一段段的历程，一点点的进步才可以有坚强的意志，只有为中求进才是训练质量的保证。

We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day.

However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or

offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they

have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

will be ready to help others if you have a thankful heart. Therefore, a thankful

heart is like a magnet. Not only will we attract more things to be grateful for,

but also we will attract gratitude from others. “give thanks alittle and you

will find a lot.”

Gratitude is heaven itself. A sense of gratitude and indebtedness to others

is and important wellspring of a generous and virtuous life. We now fall into a

busy life, neglecting to be grateful for details, the beauty of nature, the

comforts of modern living ,the love of parents and so on. People can notice

these details and realize the friendship, love and happiness in our life with a

grateful heart.

Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. Be thankful

for whatever you have, give and receive. Happy Thanksgiving today and every
