Washington. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, as a single

parent raised his six children in Spokane, Washington. She was inspired by Anna

Jarviss efforts to establish Mothers Day. Although she initially suggested

June 5, the anniversary of her fathers death, she did not provide the

organizers with enough time to make arrangements, and the celebration was

deferred to the third Sunday of June. The first Fathers Day was celebrated on

June 19, 1910, in Spokane.

Unofficial support from such figures as William Jennings Bryan was

immediate and widespread. President Woodrow Wilson was personally feted by his

family in 1916. President Calvin Coolidge recommended it as a national holiday

in 1924. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson made Fathers Day a holiday to be

celebrated on the third Sunday of June. The holiday was not officially

recognized until 1972, during the presidency of Richard Nixon.

Thanksgiving which falls on the fourth Thursday of November, is one of the

biggest American holidays. This holiday started in the early 1600s after

settlers arrived in America. These people who came from Europe didnt know how

to survive in the wild new country. Luckily, they met some friendly American

Indians, who showed them how to hunt turkeys and grow corn. In the fall, after

the harvest, the settlers had a great feast. They invited the Indians to thank

them for their help. Today the tradition continues. On Thanksgiving Day,

Americans invite their friends over for a turkey dinner and give thanks for what

they have.

天啊!本想30分钟站军姿，知识一堂课的四十五分之三十，也就是三分之二，比起呆呆地坐在教室里要好上三分之一。既然如此，何乐而不为呢?可不知是哪位粗心鬼偏偏在这个时候出乱子，将三分之一前的负号去掉了，更可恨的是还将“1”后面的无数个“0”统统消掉了。正因为他的粗心，害得我们大家陷入困境，真该教训他一番。

烈日当空，同胞们的脸红通通的，可以与菜田里的西红柿争艳了。不光这样，我们这些西红柿还如出水芙蓉一般，水灵灵的，如果将我们销向市场，必卖高价。再看看我们的后背，怎么跟我们教官的面一样变得黑沉沉了呢?更惨不可言的是原本有着一双双大眼睛的同胞们，现在双目仿佛被换上了猫眼，对着日光越睁越小，都卡眯成一条线了。而鼻梁上的肉也越挤越多，仿佛一座小肉丘。

周围一丝风也没有，攀在树枝上的叶子也和我们一样，一动也不动的，可能是被晒得灵魂出窍了吧。心想生怕我们也会像它们一样。生命宝贵、生活精彩，我们还有多少美好时光没有享受，不可以那么快就死翘翘的。所以，一定要坚持。

可光我们坚持又有什么用了，时间已经老了，走不动了，不能坚持住继续走他的路。天地万物，仿佛已经停滞，惟独我们脚底的同仍以惊人的速度涌上心头。试问：“怎么办?”“还要坚持吗?还是喊声‘报告’潜逃……”

不。还有7分钟，大家继续坚持。“前面的23分钟都熬过了，还怕这眼前的7分钟?笑话!”可天知道这剩下的7分钟是多么的难熬。我的心里斗争得更加激烈，脚底的痛也越发任意奔涌，而时间却越来越慢。

天啊!终于度过了我人生中最难熬的30分钟了，当我再次抬脚走路时，那种痛直穿心脏，半天才从牙缝中挤出一个字来——“痛”。

还有几天，咬咬牙，坚持下去!

今天是军训的第三天，按照常例，第一节课还是站军姿。经过2天训练，我们个个都有军人的样子了，今天的军姿，没有一个人打报告喊累。

今天的主要内容是学擒敌拳。教官们把拳法难的都减掉了，我们学的都是简单的。一共16动，我们只学了8动，分别是：贯耳冲膝、抓腕砸肘、挡臂掏腿、砍肋击胸、缠腕冲拳、上架弹砍、接腿涮摔和横踢鞭打。教官一丝不苟地教我们，先是演示、接着一步步带我们、再讲讲细节。最后让我们自己体会。我们学的也很认真。对于我们怎么也记不住的接腿涮摔，教官则起了个“海底捞月”的名字，方便我们记忆。我们用心体会，一点一点把拳法练熟。

有两个同学接受地慢，于是，教官又细细地教她们，我们就坐在他们后面，多看几遍，记得更牢。这8动虽然简单，我们学得也认真，但是动作不到位，有的甚至做到一半忘了，更有的总记不住老是出错。

第8动横踢鞭打是我们最弱的一式，我们总是不会转方向，不知道做完动作变成“格斗式准备”才算完成。教官喊破了喉咙我们也没记住，无奈地坐在地下，每一式的名称越喊越小，我知道，他对我们十分失望。一个简简单单的动作，我们学了一下午也没对，真是枉费了教官一片苦心哪!不过，只要对自己有信心，不放弃，不就是一个小小的动作吗，我们一定能学好!

晚上回到宿舍后，我迫不及待地打电话给爸爸。爸爸当过兵，擒敌拳16动应该会的，爸爸可以指点我。这样我一定能把擒敌拳打得漂漂亮亮的!只要把名称记住，擒敌拳就会打，它的名称与招式都有关系的。

今晚，我要把擒敌拳练得熟熟的、正确的、到位的，明天让教官省点心。今晚好好练练，明天就能学得更好，我一定可以成功的!我相信自己!

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too. so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement

来到学校的第三天便开始了我们大一新生为期十天的军训生涯。不可否认，当听到我们军训的时间只每一天四五个小时，而且都避开了太阳的猛烈之时时，我在心中窃喜了良久，轻叹一口气，“侥幸逃过一劫，真好啊!”以为这十天能够简单玩过去，良不知，这一劫，我仍旧没逃过。

军训所教的动作与高中时相仿，不同的就是——气氛。对，就是气氛。高中时，大家都抱着一种玩耍的心态去参加军训，那时的教官也是对我们温柔有加，想到那里，我只能用“魔鬼”来形容如今的教官。教官对我们真的很严格。我记得教官常说的一句话是：你们要记住，这就是一个整体，所以别在里面搞个人的小动作，只要有一个人犯错，你们就得全体受罚……自此，“群众”这个词就在不知不觉中走入了我的内心。

不是不明白群众荣誉感，而是很少把它当作一回事。以前，搞得最多的就是个人主义。但是此刻，当总是因为个人犯错而群众被受罚时，就不得不把它当作一回事了。因为被罚可不是一件好玩的事。

说道军训，我最害怕的就是站军姿。说来惭愧，这最简单的动作，简单到每个人不用学都会，但是，对我来说却是最不想做的。不得说，它是最能考验一个人的毅力。人都是“动”物，就是一种动态的事物，可见，要我们持续同一姿势超过半小时以上是件多么痛苦的事，但是，就算不喜欢还是务必要做，这就是军训。其实，站的时间长了，就会了解，只要你不要太在意，转移注意力，站军姿也不是那么恐怖的，习惯了就好。

别以为站着累，蹲着就舒服了，蹲了以后，你就会后悔的。真的，蹲着的时候整个身体的重量都落到了右腿上，短时间还能够，要是时间长了，腿都麻了。但是，在蹲下时，耳朵倒是接收到了很有益的信息——听到一个教官再说：“你们要忘记你们的右腿，你们的右脚不是你们自己的!”这句话真的很有用，我试着忘记右腿，效果真的不错，慢慢地，就忘记了累。其实，这也是一门不错的课，也就是说，很多东西，看起来似乎很难，永远都不能到达目标，但真正实践了，就会发现，其实再难的事做起来也会变简单，即：凡是都要有勇气走出第一步。俗话都有说：“车到山前必有路，人到桥头自然直”.因此，今后不管是在学习上，还是已踏入社会，我们在应对困难时都不能退缩，只要踏出了第一步，也就等于成功了一半。

这么看来，军训真的是很可怕，那是不是就没有一点快乐呢?当然不是啦!我们每一天休息的时间还蛮多的，那欢乐自然就不少啦!在休息时，教官们会让我们坐在一齐，教我们唱军歌。教官们也会自己表演才艺，陪我们玩。这就是“恶魔的温柔”。休息的时候，感觉到很亲近，其实，我们都一样，毕竟军人也是人嘛。我喜欢教官教的《军中绿花》这首歌。尤其对于正在军训的我来说，对于这首歌更有感触。

也许对于真正的训练来说，我们的军训是微不足道的，但这十天我们的收获也是不少的。十天，让我明白群众的感念，明白团结的重要性。当然，今后，我们也要记得要有吃苦耐劳的精神，不怕苦，不怕累……

军训已经结束了，但我们的大学生活才刚刚开始，今后，还有很多挫折在等着我们，我将牢记这十天的课，并将所_用到生活的每个细节，勇往直前!

超级郁闷的一天，真为自己在这个方阵训练而感到悲哀!真的是不比不知道，一比吓一跳，现在才知道梅教教得有多少好了!

早上还兴高采烈的自愿参加方阵训练，想为大学军训画上一个完美的句号，可实际根本就不是我想的那样!真不知道他们这几天是怎么训练的，连踏乐都不会，软绵绵的。教官还一直叫我们听音乐，找重音，我想说的是光找到有什么用，踩都不会踩，火大火大!头还向右看着呢，教官就让我们起步走，而且还是一天之内好几次，无语无语!

每次喊错口令都说自己老了老了;自己示范正步换齐步也不会;光让我们来回走，也不告诉我们哪里不好，哪里需要改，这有什么用啊，还不是错的;让我们走正步不用踩音乐，直接走，那不是会越走越快嘛，我踏着节拍走所以比她们慢，就被她们打手了，迈不出步了，那教官还训我;明明正步走得像开飞机一样，还说走得很好，让我们鼓掌，我都感到自卑，这么没追求。(这些不是我个人意见，而是从22排过去的人都有的想法)

曾经幻想军训能树立以及巩固同学之间的感情;曾经幻想我们能与教官打成一片;曾经幻想这令人欢喜令人忧的军训能让我们的历史牢记这一天;曾经幻想……也许是幻想的数量太多，让老天认为我是在得寸进尺，所以他收回了他曾想让我美梦成真的念头。

有人云：期盼太多就成了奢望，而奢望往往都是可望而不可及的。这即是幻想。所以，因期盼太多最终得了个失落的我其实是自找的。太阳依然烧灼着我们这些汗流浃背的人们。“稍息、立正、站好”的声音依然一声比一声洪亮。教官严厉的眼神依然监视着，希望在不惊动老师的情况下能稍稍放松的我们。

在这严厉的训练中，并不是每一个人都能坚持到最后的，看着那些体弱的同学因为身体的不适应而逐个退出训练，我想，这就是我们因为肯定与赞同“身体是革命的本钱”这句话的时候了，开始更加认真的对待教官为我们付出的一分一秒。叫苦叫累的同学更是不计其数，也许是因为两个月的假期让我们过的太懒散了，而对这些在行动上限制了自由的训练有些不习惯，但绝大多数都是因为体力不支而终止了训练的。

孟子曰：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”的确，现在的我们都是父母的心头肉，他们哪里舍得让我们吃苦啊，我们这些小皇帝在家没受过什么苦，所以现在的锻炼是必要的。

一天下来，那样阳光的我们全部都变的面黄肌瘦，软弱无力，但是每当我一想到那尽力参加会操比赛的我们与我们超越自我的表现，那些苦，那些累全部都荡然无存。这一切都要归功于教官，不是他，原本懒散的我们怎么会团结起来，共同努力，向会操的成功又迈出了一步呢?

20_年3月16日 星期日 天气晴朗 心情一般

最近几天天气都是出奇的好，在内江若不是三伏天是决计少见这样的好天气的，天气变好，人的心情也会受天气的影响，今天依旧是7：30起床(周末刻意给自己的优待)，先在床上大概计划了一下今天的日程安排，便迅速的起床了，洗漱完毕带上两本vfp参考书以及《土力学与地基基础》作业本离开宿舍，前段时间因为心思不在这上面，以至于有些题因为疏忽或忘记而遗漏了，应该是早得完成的。

早餐依旧是面条、三个包子、一个鸡蛋，均衡搭配，身体健康嘛!然后来到图书馆，外面依旧很多来学校西区礼堂开会的大小官员们，学校停了不少的高中低档的小车，其实我个人是很反感这种无休止的会议的，我不太认为这些人在一起能够商议出多少大的举措来，因为回忆中据说很多的人不在状态，这种形式主义充斥着我们生活的这个时代，不能改变的我们只能试着接受与适应。

悠闲踱步的我突然看到车流中的一个亮点，所有人都开着车来，唯独有一人是乘坐出租车，我不知道他是没自己的车还是可以低调，但我还是比较推崇他的心态的，下车后的他仍然是怡然自得，和身边的人有说有笑，流露出一种威严与气质，在大力实施的反腐倡廉的洪流中在此人身上得到了完美的体现。

今日图书馆人不是太多，一改往日座无虚席的状态，今日天气如此明媚，据说白马桃花盛开，丰富的.活动吸引了无数的人前往，或许学子们都被吸引去了吧，同样是来到熟悉的书架下取下那本书，这次我是直接带到二楼去找了一个相对安静的地方阅读，读了一篇之后，突然有种想要出去的冲动，说走就走，将书整理好，取下身上一切束缚放在上衣的口袋中，将衣服搭在椅子上就出去了。

出来之后，初春的阳光照在身上暖暖的，沿着河边漫无目的的行走，三桥的那个老爷爷每天都会在桥上放风筝，有人坐在桥上垂钓，自然我知道他们钓的不是鱼，而是一种心态，假如我有一天老了，是还是像如今这样疲于奔命还是有这样一份怡然自得的心态呢?当然未来太远，我也来不及也没办法思考，只有做好现在的每一件事，为未来的一切做好充分的准备，实现那个梦想是我如今唯一追寻的。如果可以，我希望一直这样走下去。

走着走着，已经一个小时了，再回到图书馆已是9：00左右，此刻心情也是极好，看书也是极为有效率。我得出一个结论，在看不下去书或不想做某件事的时候，先暂且放下，即使去做也只能事倍功半，得不偿失，心情也会受到压抑，去做一些喜欢的事吧，音乐、运动、打打球......当你有一个好心情再回来你会发现效率顿时有了，这就是我们俗称的事半功倍。

11：50去四食堂吃饭，打得凉菜回寝室吃，开门月月在门后下了我一大跳，原来他是在做俯卧撑，对的身体是革命的本钱，吃完饭睡了一觉，1：30出去，下午要给一个高二的同学补课，因此我得先去备课，无论怎样都得尽到自己的责任，我带的学生不少，从大一到现在少说有十个了，每一个学生我自己都会掏钱买一些辅导资料和打印些许复习材料，从不会向他们或家长报账，因为从他们身上我看到了我以前的影子，我是真心想把他们每一个人教好，作为过来人我也深知他们父母挣钱的不易，虽然或许这些对于他们来说不算什么，但我只求一个心安，权当是在做好事吧，有时候我觉得自己挺傻的。

补课的地点是在三教，这孩子比较聪明，许多东西一点就透，只不过缺少点拨而且不善于总结，再就是练得题少了，我针对她的特点为她制定了一套辅导计划，效果是明显的，看到她因为明白一些题目灿烂的笑容，我也特别的开心，觉得很有成就感，其他的得失并不那么重要，每次的两个小时都会因为想要给她多讲一些就拖到了2个半亦或是三个小时，但这些无妨，还有一年他就要参加高考了，能多帮助一些就多做一些吧。

5：00送她离开学校。临走之际，给了她一份我替她制定的学习计划，希望她能坚持下来，听着她感谢的话语，心里甜滋滋的。

图书馆看了一会儿书，5：50去食堂吃饭，路上看到班主任和他的家人以及学院的几个老师，打了招呼，最初以为他们是去白马玩了，再回图书馆又看到班主任在天一广场，聊了一会天，才知道他们一行是去大自然玩了，是没浪费这样好的天气。

再去图书馆看了一小会儿书，小月月也在我隔壁的桌子上看一本叫作《藏地密码》的书，据说还不错，八点半和月月回去，月月去找班主任请假，明天考科目二。回到寝室先洗了一个澡，按了指纹，全身舒畅无比。将换下的衣服发好，明天有时间就洗了。

9：20倒下一杯水，继续一天的总结。

寄语：我没告诉你会有怎样的困难，因为不想你就此退缩;没告诉你会有怎样的方法去调适，因为一切都要靠你自己。我只说那一个态度：坚持!

晚安，世界!

20__年9月1日，一个梳着马尾辫，戴着眼镜的女孩拖着行李箱走进了她梦寐以求的大学。

女孩走进校园，就看到鲜花把校园点缀得五彩斑斓，生机盎然。一座座别具风格的教学楼，在翠绿的树儿和娇羞的花儿装饰下，更平添了一份勃勃生机。校道两旁的花草树木随风摇曳，飘来一股幽香，送来了一阵青草的新鲜，令人陶醉其中。图书馆、地理生物园、艺术馆……处处洋溢着浓厚的文化气息，充满着诗情画意……女孩相信在这里，她一定会学有所成。

女孩走进阶梯教室，教室里坐满了人，大家都在静静地等教授来上课。这时，门被推开了，进来了一位胖胖的、头发花白的老教授，他上的是女孩最喜欢的课——历史课。教授今天讲述的是《三国演义》，他用抑扬顿挫的.语调讲述诸葛亮如何神机妙算，利用草船借箭，最后协助周瑜，火烧赤壁，打败曹操。女孩听得如痴如醉，仿佛穿越到古代，身披盔甲，手执金戈，纵横沙场……

下课了，同学们来到了艺术馆，参加了各自的社团活动。女孩走进了自己参加的爱心社团，这是一个由大学生自发组织的项目，主要帮助孤寡老人。放学后，女孩和她的同学一起来到李奶奶家帮忙洗衣、做饭、打扫卫生，还给李奶奶讲了好多社会趣事，李奶奶常常被逗笑。李奶奶逢人就夸这些大学生比亲孙女还亲。

照顾完李奶奶，天已经黑了，大家都赶着回学校做功课。女孩还要写一篇演讲稿呢，因为过几天她就要参加一次演讲活动，这可是她最喜欢的一次活动呢!夜深了，同学们都睡了。天上的星星眨着眼，陪伴着这个勤奋的女孩。女孩还在桌前写着写着……女孩想象自己充满自信在演讲台上的样子，她相信自己一定会拿到好成绩的……

这个女孩就是长大后的我，这就是我心中的大学生活。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。我相信我一定能实现我的大学梦。

军训，第一天。

轻松的午休结束后，轰隆隆的雷声划破了宁静的天空，所有的作息时间统统被打乱，导致今天的状态没有想像中的那么紧张。但下午的军姿练习却也让我们尝到了一点点苦头。我想起了年段大会上段长提到的一段话：在别人都能做到的时候，我们要做好;在别人都能做好的时候，我们要做得更好。是的，只有事事严于律己，我们才能做到最好。

吃晚饭的时候，我真正体验到了团队精神，知道了什么叫做部队的“集体”。原本十人一桌一块儿吃饭，却只到了九个。尽管我们肚子饿得咕咕叫，也只能咽下口水，看着饭菜，闻着香气，等待着另一个人的到来。这就是集体主义，这就是纪律，这就是真正的团队精神。

总之，今天虽然有点乱，但过得很充实。至少，我算是真正懂得了集体主义。
