在每一年的节日中除了春节，我最喜欢的就是端午节了。因为在这一天我不仅可以吃到香香甜甜的粽子，而且还能亲自动手包一包粽子。

说到端午节，我先来跟大家讲一讲端午节的来历吧。这一天，人们为了纪念爱国大诗人屈原，因为屈原在五月初五这一天给皇帝提个意见，皇帝听了，怎么也不同意他的意见，他就很生气，在五月初五这一天，他走到江边，投江入死。人们在这一天，就划着船在河面上寻找屈原的尸体，可是，怎么也找不到屈原的尸体。就把包好的粽子一个一个的投进江河里，不让鱼虾把屈原的尸体吃掉，让鱼虾把粽子吃饱，就不会把屈原的尸体吃掉。所以每年五月初五是端午节，这一天有赛龙舟，包粽子的习惯，就延续下来，是为了纪念大诗人屈原的。

今年的端午节，我也很想体会体会这种气氛，便向奶奶要求，让她教我怎样包粽子。包粽子，首先要把粽叶洗干净，在热水中泡软。再准备好枣子、绿豆、肉等做馅，就可以开工了。先把长长的粽叶折叠，围拢来，做成一个窝，中间放进调配好的糯米和粳米，包出棱角。然后把陷放在米里，和在一起揉匀，最后把粽叶包着的粽子做成四角的形状。奶奶告诉我，这包粽子的功夫全在最后一道工序，你的粽子包得好不好，就看四个角是不是匀称，是不是有型。我开始学的时候，总是把四个角弄歪了，不是成了六个角，就是揉成一团球了。奶奶就不止一次看着我的“杰作”发笑：“这，这能叫粽子吗？你让细线系在什么地方啊？”我在想粽子包出四个棱角是方便用细线系着挂起来的，怎么这世界上就没有圆粽子呢？经过千辛万苦，我的粽子总算包好了。放到锅里煮的时候，我不停地打开盖子，嘴里还念着：“好了没有、好了没有。”把家里人逗得哈哈大笑。终于粽子出锅了，我狼吞虎咽的吃着自己包的粽子，心想：我的粽子虽然难看，但太好吃了！

这真是难忘的端午节呀！

The animal is the friend of our human beings. We live in the same earth. Animals and human beings can’t be separated from each other. But some animals are getting less and less. From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn’t. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.

I spend a lot of time on the homework.. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. then I listened to the tape, it was nine o’clock. then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime! I’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!

I’m unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker, so I’m very unlucky.

I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!

I’m worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term, I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram! I must to do banting!

But most important, I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse, the monkey……in the sea. Now I’ve done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.

Our class will go to have a physical examination in Peoples Hospital on Saturday, 10th May. Well meet at the hospital gate at 7:45.. It is not far from our school. Its about fifteen minutes walk.You may either walk there or go there by bicycle.

The examination will begin at 8:00. We are not allowed to eat or drink anything before the examination. Keep quiet there and listen to the doctors and nurses. After the examination you may go home.

Today is the first day of te new term. I got up early and checked my wintcr vacation homework before going to sclool.

While I was busy clearing up the books, Father came in with a glass of milk in his hand, Drink it up, boy .Father said to me gently.

I was in such a hurry that Ipaid no attention whether the milk was hot or not. I drank a mouthful and cried with the sound of the broken glass. What’s the matter.? Father asked anxiously. You didn’t tell me the milk was so hot. I got a blister through being scalded. Oh, it’s my fault. Are you Ok? I was so angry with Father that I saidNo. I won’t be scalded again. Then I put all I wanted into my bag and wanted to go to school without breakfast. But I was astonished at what I saw when I turned around. Father was cooling the milk by pouring it from one glass to the other again and again. Don’t worry. It’ll be Ok soon. It’s bad for your health without breakfast. Father said with a smile of apology. Tears came into my eyes. How rude I was just now! How regretful I was! I took the glass from my father’s hand and drank it up without a stop.

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. it falls on the twenty- fifth of december and has the same importance as chinese new year to people with english backgrounds. the celebration is for the birth of jesus christ, who is the son of god in christianity. now days christmas is no longer only celebrated by the christians, but by most people from all over the world.

On the twenty- fourth of december everyone gets excited for it’s the day before christmas which is called christmas eve. the children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “santa claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” the younger kids actually believe that santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. food like short bread and beer are prepared for santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Rise and shine on christmas morning! the children are always the first ones to wake up, some even do at four. present wrappers everywhere! they look into their presents with a big smile on their face and oh dear….i hope no one’s disappointed. i feel sorry for anyone that got pink underwear. children play while dinner is prepared by the adults. the christmas dinner are usually eaten together by relatives. the tradition of christmas pudding and roosters are usually eaten with deserts afterwards. the rest of the day is usually games and fun before the good days all come to an end.

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. When I have to go back, I am always reluctant to go. I really feel happy living in the country.

In 2014, a show called Where Are We Going, Dad was popular around China, in the show, five famous stars and dads with their children went to the countryside to experience the life.

This is the first time for the audience can look at the celebrities’ children, the kids are so lovely that all the audiences love them. Now a new show which is similar to the mentioned show becomes a new hot topic, but this time, half audience love the stars’ kids, the ones who don’t like them think that the kids are not as lovely as the ones before, even look ugly. So the audience speaks bad words in the Weibo, showing their dislike. As an outsider, I think it is so cruel to the kids, they are so young and innocent, they don’t know about the world, why should they deserve those vicious words.

am 13 years old now. Yesterday was my birthday. My parents had a birthday

party. I invited some friends to the party.

In the morning my mother got up early and began to cook. My father helped

With the rapid development of the society, people can live a better life in

general. So because of the improvement of people’ s living standard, more and

more people own cars. Traffic jam comes to life. While people in order to be

punctual, they often ignore the cars crossing on the road. This behavior will

easily bring traffic accidens. On the other hand, the car owner also want to be

on time and then regardlss the traffic rules, which is also easy to have traffic

accidents. Both the driver and people themseves’ behaviour leads to accidents.

Those accidents may take people’s lives away. It’s so terrible. Therefore, for

the sake of life, the driver and the pedestrian should obey the traffic

regulation as we have only one life.

As human beings, we communicate throughout our lives for various porpoises.

But just because weve been communicating for a long time does not mean that we

are always successful or that we can’t improve our communication skills. How can

we convey successful communication? Well, there are several useful tips may help

you to improve your communication skills.

First of all, listen and respond thoughtfully to others. You should spend

more time listening to others instead of boasting yourself. Some of us are very

egocentric, which means self-focused. If you spend too much time talking about

your own stuff, the people around you may think you are a tedious and annoying

person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

feelings. Try to be a good listener, when you express yourself, thinks about it

carefully before you really say it.

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

interacting with others. You can do that too, if you have enough patient and

determinations.

A Happy Day

Today is Saturday， my family and I go to have a picnicin the park， I feel so excited， because our family does not have the activityfor a long time. At first， I go to see the park and play for a while， then Icome back to my parents， and join them. I play games with my parents， theylaugh happily. Today is a happy day for me.

Everyone needs a friend, because we are not the only one in the world. We

need someone to talk to and share our happiness and sorrow. Last night, I saw a

movie, the protagonist’s friend asked him what was a friend, and he gave the

answer that a friend was someone you can talk about your secret and you would

share food with. It is a child’s opinion, and it is simple and real. A friend is

I like dogs, because they are man s good friends. They can do many helpful things to us, such as guarding our houses, greeting guests, helping the police, and so on. Some trained dogs can even lead the blind people and save people s lives. So they re treated as our family members. I hope someday dogs will be in great harmony with human-beings.

春天的雨是柔和的，只见春雨在竹枝、竹叶上跳动着。那雨时而直线滑落，时而随风飘洒，留下如烟、如雾、如纱、如丝的倩影，飞溅的雨花仿佛是琴铉上跳动的音符，奏出优美的旋律。

天空上，怎么是五颜六色的，使人眼花缭乱?啊，原来孩子们在放风筝呀。在蓝天白云的照耀下，各种各样的风筝在自由自在地飘舞着，飞升着，多么使人心旷神怡的景象啊!
