But just because weve been communicating for a long time does not mean that we

are always successful or that we can’t improve our communication skills. How can

we convey successful communication? Well, there are several useful tips may help

you to improve your communication skills.

First of all, listen and respond thoughtfully to others. You should spend

more time listening to others instead of boasting yourself. Some of us are very

egocentric, which means self-focused. If you spend too much time talking about

your own stuff, the people around you may think you are a tedious and annoying

person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

feelings. Try to be a good listener, when you express yourself, thinks about it

carefully before you really say it.

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

interacting with others. You can do that too, if you have enough patient and

determinations.

——阅读量大了，对语法和单词的掌握必然会更加熟练，通过阅读来理解和记忆单词语法比死记硬背效果好得多。阅读水平上去了，写作水平自然会跟着提高。

在平时，应该多读一些英语材料，这是泛读。不过今天我主要围绕考试来谈，也就是落实到怎么样做阅读理解。我自己做阅读理解可以分为四个步骤，我曾经把这四个步骤教给很多同学，只要能按照这四个步骤做下来的，一两月之内，英语成绩基本都有很大的气色。

第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

但是，在平时练习中，也这样做收效不大。因为只阅读一遍，看个半懂不懂，糊里糊涂的选择几个选项，然后对一下答案。这样我们花了时间，实际上没有什么收获初一学生英语学习总结初一学生英语学习总结。花了很多时间做了很多英语题目，却还是停留在原来的水平。所以说在平时练习中，既然做了一篇，就要吃透一篇，理解一篇，收获一篇。这样即使在某一篇文章上花的时间多一些，效率却比流水一样的做很多篇阅读理解要高得多。

怎么个多花时间呢?

第三步，要对照参考答案。但是不能简单的知道正确答案就完了。对于自己做错的题目，包括那种没有把握但是“蒙”对了的题目，要认真的对照原文，理解清楚为什么这个选项才 是正确的。这个过程，就是再重新阅读文章和理解题目的过程。

第四步，在把问题都梳理清楚以后。我们要再回过头来认真的读一篇文章，这个时候可以查字典，理解一些生词的意思(注意：不要去背诵没有在课堂上学过的新单词!)在此基础上，保证自己把这篇文章的每一句话都彻底理解了。把每一句话的意思和语法结构都要弄清楚。 这样四个步骤下来，我们对于这一篇阅读理解才算彻底吃透吃通了。这样，本来12分钟就可以搞定的一篇阅读理解，可能要花差不多半个小时。但是，这比我们花半个小时做三篇阅读理解的效果要好得多，因为你真正收获了、进步了。按照这个方法，每天哪怕只做一篇阅读理解的题目，一两个月坚持下来，我们的英语成绩必然会有很大的提高。

星期天一大早，姥爷和姥姥到街上购物上，家里只留下我（当时上二年级）和妹妹。呆着真没意思，干点什么呢？我望着姥爷那只小黄鹂出神。突然，我像发现了什么，拉着妹妹指着小鸟说：“这只黄鹂身上脏兮兮的，咱们给它洗个澡吧！”妹妹拍手叫好！“哥哥，用水管子洗太费水了，不如用喷水枪和针管吧！”我听这个主意好，连忙吩咐：“你去准备‘武器’，我准备‘药’。”说完，我搬来了一盆水，准备“战斗”。

儿时，一翻开那多姿多彩的童话故事，眼前就会浮现出白雪公主的纯洁，皇后的恶毒;渔夫的善良，妻子的贪婪……一篇篇精彩的故事，至今还依旧深深地印在我的心上。它使我辨认了方向，让我看到了世上的美与丑，善与恶。

童年，翻开那本充满书香的《十万个问什么》，是它教给我知识，使我明白了含羞草“害羞”的道理、企鹅的不怕冷……《小学生诗词80首》是我的宝贝，它不仅让我认识了许多诗人，还使我背诵了许多诗句。有时候，我会不时吟诵一曲：“东边日出西边雨，道是无情还有情。”就因为这样，我常常受到了家人的夸奖，真是无比兴奋。

书，就像一盏明灯，照亮了我前进的道路，书永远是我的精神粮食。

自从踏入小学，我就已不再看幼稚的童话故事。现在，我喜欢上了中国的四大名著。《西游记》书中淋漓尽致的介绍了孙悟空的天资聪敏，思想跟行动都敏捷如风;唐僧善良仁慈;猪八戒贪吃懒惰，重视物质享受;沙僧纯朴善良。一提《三国演义》，自然就会想到刘备，孔明，张飞……但我最佩服的人是“?天子以令诸侯”曹操，他才气纵横，文韬武略，令我钦佩无已。《水浒传》和《红楼梦》，各有各的特色，宋江的为人仗义，李逵的心粗胆大，率直忠诚……在我的眼里，这一百零八位梁山好汉都是折不扣的英雄。而《红楼梦》，曹雪芹用他的“神笔”创作出了这部著作，《红楼梦》的故事情节扑朔迷离，让我如痴如醉得沉浸在故事中去。

古人常云：“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉。”从中可见，古人对书可谓情有独钟。确实，读书能得到许多的知识。

书籍是全世界的营养品。伟大的诗人杜甫说过：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”这些名言警句时时刻刻在激励着我。那一本本散发着油墨芬芳的好书，就像一块快强劲有力的磁铁，只要我一翻开仔细阅读，就会被牢牢吸引住了。

成长的脚印里饱含了亲情的关爱。难忘记忆里儿时的童稚。骑在父亲脖子上撒欢儿，倚在妈妈膝上数天上的星星。睡觉时缠着他们讲大灰狼的故事，半夜里被吓醒了，钻到妈妈的被窝里，让妈妈紧紧搂住，生怕被它叼去。不会忘记，在生病时，送到面前的一片片药片，一杯杯开水，一声声问候，那是同学们悉心的照顾。更不会忘记，在取得成绩时，老师送来欣慰和赞许的眼神，考试失败了她又送来鼓励的目光，增添了我与挫折斗争的勇气。所有关怀我的人都与我同欢笑，同呼吸。

生活中也有挥之不去，甩之不尽的少年烦恼。我希望做一只展翅欲飞的雏鹰，翱翔在自己自由的天地。当我提出自立，可是迎来的却是父母“你还小，等你长大了”的话语。无奈的我就在这一次次的拒绝中期盼成熟的希冀。繁重的学习生活压得我喘不过气，我真想向老师提出减负的建议，可是我不敢，胳膊拧不过大腿，小小的我又怎能拧过强大的老师?我想反抗，却又无力反抗。烦恼、孤寂，不被理解总是困扰着我。

我的脚印里也充满着艰难的选择。时光真的是十分可贵，可惜的是我曾经蹉跎了岁月。上中学时，同学们已懂得了“一寸光阴一寸金”的道理，都在拼命学习。只有我还在虚度美好的光阴，每天在金庸的江湖中和游戏里度过本该努力的生活。成绩对每个人都是公平的，当同学们手捧沉甸甸的硕果时，我却躲在角落里黯然落泪，后悔，沮丧。老师告诉我：“业精于勤，荒于嬉。只有付出了，才有收获。失败了，爬起来，做个生活的强者。”我懂得了这个道理，于是再次融入莘莘学子的行列，优异的成绩让我重新赢得自信。正确的选择让我更明白了，人不能第二次在同一地方摔倒，否则你会摔得更惨的道理。
