我们又来到海边游泳，海水一浪接一浪地扑到我身上，啊!真舒服!海水把海边的沙冲走了，脚踩在沙滩上，软绵绵的，感觉真好!

我们在海边捡了很多贝壳，形状各不相同，有大的、有小的、有三角形的、有栯圆形的，颜色多种多样，美丽极了!

吃过晚饭后，我们又到沙滩捉螃蟹，发现了一只小小的螃蟹，我迅速的用手把它捉住了。啊!真的是大收获，我们一共捉到六只螃蟹。 我们就高高兴兴地回到酒店了。

这次旅游使我学到了很多知识，也是我最高兴的一次。

练字其实是一种很好的休闲方式，它既可以让一个毛躁的人安静，也可以让一个人的字更加漂亮，我就觉得练字挺好。有时是觉得练字很讨厌，很烦，为什么别人不厌倦呢，因为他们用心练字了。暑假里，我在家练字，别人在外玩，我很羡慕，可是我认为练字也是一种愉快的“游戏”，我喜欢练字!

我的英语不是很好，因此爸爸妈妈在暑假期间给我报了一个补习班，想到他们那么努力的为我，我也要更加学好英语才可以。

数学可是我的老大难，令我厌倦不已，但是在暑假里妈妈每天忙忙碌碌，又要上班又要教我学数学，

My school is at Haimen Town. It is very big and beautiful. There are forty-three classes in it. When you come to our school, you can see the modern teaching building. first thing you would probably do is to call home and have one of your children

forgotten things or have had to drive all the way back home to get it. If your

car breaks down, you automatically call for help instead of having to walk to

find a pay phone. Cell phones have certainly made our lives much more

convenient.

Cell phones have also changed the way that people interact with each other.

When we call someone, we are actually calling the person and not a place. This

enables us to be more spontaneous when making plans as you rarely get a busy

signal and unlike a land line telephone, someone is always home. Cell phones

also enable us to call if we are going to be late for an appointment, although

this has led to cell phone users running late more often than those who do not

have cell phones. These users seem to have adopted the attitude that appointment

times are not concrete and use their cell phones to renegotiate their arrival

time.

One of the greatest disadvantages of the cellular phone is the fact that we

do not talk to strangers when traveling anymore. In the past, several people

waiting for a bus would engage in a conversation while they were waiting. People

who traveled the same routes every day might develop friendships along the way.

Recently, the haze weather has increasingly been serious and this

phenomenon triggers the widespread concern towards air quality. In my view of

the point, the best way to improve air quality is to tax the owner of private

car.

There are reasons accounting for my view. To begin with, there is no

denying that gas emission of private car is a great evil of air pollution.

To tax the owner of private car will make some contribution to cut down gas

emission and improve air quality. Furthermore, the tax also has a great impact

on decreasing the rate of car’s increase. Those who have a plan to buy a car

will take the tax into account and some of them have to give up their plan. If a

lot of people can use public transportation instead of private cars, the air

quality will not be so rotten. In addition, taxing for private car is also a

warning of environment protection. The notion of environment protection will be

brought to public again and an increasing number of people will be awake to the

importance of air protection and environment protection and make effort to

protect it. Finally, the government can use the tax as funds of improving the

air quality, which will be a great help to raise fund.

Taking above into account, I believe that taxing the owner of private car

is the best way to improve air quality. Certainly, we can carry out other

methods to improve it at the same time, such as planting trees, developing

public transportation and so on. I advocate that all of us should take pains to

protect our environment and we will lead a better life.

1984年，我在党旗下庄严宣誓，成为一名光荣的共产党员，党旗在我心征文。2008年，我从工作岗位上正式退休。这一年，是我人生的另一个起点。回顾退休十几年走过的路程，得到过无数次各种表彰，也受到不少冷嘲热讽，但我始终认为作为一名共产党员，只有为人民服务的义务，没有离岗之日。有时，我也曾想放弃，但最终还是坚持下来，因为我始终没有忘记自己是光荣的中国共产党党员。

退休前，我是区政协提案委主任，每年都收到许多关于环保的提案和建议，但因涉及部门和环节太多，最后都被搁浅。对此，我一直记挂在心。2004年，退居二线的我看到买菜的人们手里都提着好多塑料袋，不禁萌生了一个念头———制作并免费发放环保袋，为减少"白色污染"尽一份力。一次偶然的机会，我在一家服装加工场地上，发现许多废弃边角料，正为环保袋的制作材料发愁的我喜出望外，装了整整四车，才将这些边角料运回家。从此，我开始了制作环保袋的漫长历程。之后，我又自掏腰包买过一些花色过时的布料、买过花边做布袋装饰……随着我制作公益环保袋的"名气"越来越大，一些朋友、亲戚主动送来自己家里的废弃布料，支持我为环保出力。

这期间，我因患有严重的腰椎间盘突出症，在缝纫机前坐久了往往不能弯腰。前几年右脚又不慎受伤，只能单脚踩缝纫机。不少人劝我好好歇着，少做点或者不要再做了，但我不愿放弃，只要能为环保公益事业出点力，累一点但仍然很欣慰。

退休以后，我又利于业余时间和文艺特长，当起了业余歌手和草根主持人，每年演出多达五六十场次。借助文艺演出主持人的平台，我把慈善文化传播到千家万户，把构建和谐社会蓝图的信息传入万千群众心中。多年来，我积极参与慈善义工活动，累计服务时间达6000小时以上。公益活动占用的时间多了，照顾家庭的精力就少了。公婆卧病在床时，上海的年迈双亲身患绝症时，母亲多次严重骨折需要照料时，我都未能陪伴左右……爱人问我，你是要公益还是要家庭呀？我笑着说，老公，你辛苦了！我要家庭，但更爱公益。因为我是一名共产党员。

与所有工薪家庭一样，我们的家庭经济收入不算困难也谈不上富有。特别是双双退休后，收入减少了，遇到买房等大开支也只能向银行贷款。但是，对于需要支持的公益事业，我总是"该出手时就出手",未曾有过丝毫的犹豫和退缩。2008年退休至今，我每年捐出两个月工资，累计捐款12万元。前年，我毅然将获评"最美瓯海人"所得的5000元奖金，交给区慈善总会，设立了"老宋微基金",爱心济特困，扶贫助老幼。

2012年开始，我开始担任瓯海老年大学关工委主任。2013年，我被团市委聘任为"温州市未成年人社会观护中心成员".作为一个母亲，我深知孩子的前途对一个家庭是多么的重要。我发动老年大学学员捐款捐物，与瓯海看守所、民工子弟学校、泽雅中心小学等单位结对，逢年过节送去生活和学习用品，范文《党旗在我心征文》。我言传身教，引导失足青少年服从管教，争取早日获得新生。2015年，在瓯海看守所成立了"宋大姐帮教室",我成为"失足少年"的合适成年人（代理家长），还给他们补贴生活费和服装，引领其重上正道。一位帮教对象小张在微信中说：宋奶奶，你比我亲奶奶还关心我噢。

我的业余兼职还有很多，虽然辛苦，但很快乐！我把这些职务，都看成是一份沉甸甸的责任。当然，党和群众也给了我很多荣誉：全国、省"关心下一代先进个人"、省五星级义工、市"三八红旗手"、"优秀巾帼志愿者"、"优秀报告员",区"优秀共产党员"等等，这一切成为我今后不断努力的动力。我要用点滴奉献去证明自己无愧于共产党员的光荣称号！

我刚坐下，立即就像磁铁一样，被电视机吸住了，直到妈妈把电视关掉，我才去做作业。刚做完英语，我就拿起一本《环游地球80天》，看了一会，我就被它迷住了，内容和书名都那就是说吸引力。

看完这本书，已经晚上六点了。呀!真遭糕，我的作业还没写完，作文一个字也没写呢!我急急忙忙地列提纲，起草稿，还没动笔就被妈妈叫去吃饭。等我起好草稿，已经二十一点半了。我的眼皮也开始打架了，可作文还没写好呢!我只好强忍着困倦，打起精神写下去，二十二点半，我终于写好作文了。我想了想，一天的时间这么快就过去了，如果不抓紧，就得火烧眉毛似的“开夜车”…..

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

新的学期马上就要到来了，因此，我应该给自己制定一个学习计划来提升自己.

首先，我决定做好的家庭作业比以前更仔细点，和关注那些我不是很了解的知识，其次，我应该扩大阅读面并，并把理论和实践联合在一起.最后，我应该学会适应，变得更积极更乐于助人.

这就是我新的学期计划.

Friends are important for us, everyone has their own friends, we share sorrow and happiness with our friends. We are making new friends now and then, but it is hard to find the genius friends, the trust between friends are hard to build. If the trust exists, friends can talk anything, they are willing to show who they are in front of their friends. While if the trust doesn’t exist, the friendship is not real deep, people will ask you when they are in trouble. The real friendship is built on the basis of trust. My best friend will never ask me to do thing all the time, instead, she cares about me, and comforts me when I am upset. That’s a real friend.

朋友对于我们来说很重要，每人认都有他们的朋友，我们和朋友分享喜怒哀乐。我们会时而不时地交朋友，但是交到真正的朋友很难，朋友间的信任很难建立。如果信任存在，朋友间可以讨论任何事情，他们愿意在朋友面前展示真正的自己。

然而如果信任不存在,友情就不会很深，人们只会在他们有困难的时候才叫上你。真正的友情是建立在信任的基础上的。我最好的朋友永远都不会一直叫我去做事情，相反的，她一直关心我，当我感到烦恼时，给予我安慰。这是真正的朋友。
