1、“地球一小时”是什么?

“地球一小时”由世界自然基金会(WWF)于2007年在澳大利亚发起，现已成为一个全球参与规模最大的开源性环保行动。地球一小时倡导公众、政府、企业等社会各界在每年3月最后一个周六晚上8点半到9点半，关掉不必要的灯和其他耗电设备，以表达对气候变化的关注。2014年，地球一小时席卷了全球超过162个国家和地区、7000座城市，吸引了数亿名支持者。

2、其他国家怎么共度地球一小时?

1)澳大利亚

地球一小时最初发起国澳大利亚，预计在28日当天全国将有1000场地球一小时主题活动，推动民众关注气候变化对日常生活，尤其是农业和食品安全上的影响。

2)印度

印度将搭建一个线上可再生能源资源库。公众和商业机构在其上可获得可再生能源知识、政府政策和补贴信息，以及提供可再生能源家用或办公室用产品的供应商清单。

3)菲律宾

菲律宾在为电网覆盖不到的社区提供照明太阳能灯具，以替换污染且使用成本昂贵的煤油灯。马尼拉的奎松圆形纪念广场在当天熄灯后，“尊巴舞”舞者们将为人们带去一场气候变化主题表演。

4)法国

法国民众将与WWF全球总干事马可•兰博蒂尼(Marco Lambertini)一起，见证埃菲尔铁塔熄灯一刻，并可在地球一小时线上支持平台上参与气候行动倡议，为2015年巴黎气候谈判鼓劲。

5)瑞典

地球一小时将在瑞典全国1000所学校中开展气候变化与可持续生活方式教育活动。

6)乌干达

2013年，乌干达推出史上第一个2700公顷的地球一小时森林。今年，地球一小时通过众筹平台为森林周边社区提供养蜂和育苗设备及培训。

7)厄瓜多尔

2015年地球一小时在厄瓜多尔将继续以联合国教科文组织世界文化遗产——加拉帕戈斯群岛为基点，向全国民众推送气候变化信息，推动气候行动。

8)哥伦比亚

地球一小时通过全球众筹平台正在为100个渔民家庭提供环保渔具和可持续生计培训，保护在哥伦比亚太平洋沿岸流域生活着海龟等世界最濒危的物种，促进当地渔民社区发展。

国土资源部办公厅日前发布通知指出，按照“十二五”期间地球日主题宣传活动要求，结合当前国土资源工作重点和社会关注热点，确定201x年地球日活动主题为“珍惜地球资源，转变发展方式——节约集约利用国土资源共同保护自然生态空间”。

人类生活的地球已有46亿年的历史，地球丰饶的资源和多姿多彩的自然景观为人类生存与发展提供了必不可少的条件。人类在漫长的历史发展过程中，依靠开发利用自然资源繁衍生息。在增强生产力、提高生活水平的同时，对地球的索取日益变本加厉，不可再生的资源在迅速消耗，大片原始森林、矿产资源消耗巨大，以及工业化的快速发展，也影响着周围的环境，废水、废气、废物的排放，使地球上的水源、空气和土地遭到了严重的污染。造成生态系统失衡，环境恶化，灾害频发，水土流失加剧，人类面临着巨大挑战。所有这一切都在向人类发出警示：人类在破坏地球环境的同时，也在毁灭着自己。人类只有一个地球，尊重地球就是尊重生命，拯救地球就是拯救未来。
