第二天，大家都躲在树丛中，想看个明白。树在哪里去了，过了一会儿，大家就看到了事情的整个过程;终于明白了。有一只鸟儿不忍心看着自己的家园遭受破坏，自不量力的冲了上去，结果人类毫不犹豫的一斧头结束了它短暂的一生。有了这个先例，再也没有一只鸟儿再敢轻举妄动。攻击人类。

又过了几天，一只啄木鸟搬到了这个森林。有一天它碰上了一个伐木工人，应为他的脑袋很长，以为里面有虫便去啄。那个伐木工人在做他的发财梦，并没有发现啄木鸟。过了很久啄木鸟都没有发现虫子。后来它才知道那个不是木头而是人类的头。

他们认为他们大胆的设计是成功的。于是他们让伐木工人进行掠夺性的开发，让建筑师们疯狂地建房。本来生活得悠闲自在的地球不再觉得自己活得轻松。机器们没日没夜的吼叫让地球感到心烦意乱，建筑时飞扬的尘土让地球喘不过气来。于是，地球开始悲伤，开始流泪，泪水淹没了很多的城市。但化妆师们不理会这些，他们只是一个劲地干他们的。他们不但要给地球理头发，做衣服，还要给她“涂脂抹粉”。本来碧蓝剔透的脸蛋，被他们的脂粉一弄，变得浑浊粗糙起来。不仅如此，他们还给她抹上一层厚厚的油彩。地球并没有因为他们的打扮变得更加美丽，相反，还失去了以前的清醇。她再也忍受不了了，她开始发怒，她呼啸，她流泪。当化妆师们被地球的泪水冲到老远时，他们才明白她们给地球的妆太浓了，浓得让地球快要停止呼吸。他们意识到他们不是在装扮地球，而是在折磨地球，并且他们并未使地球因他们的存在而焕发出更迷人的色彩。

你们知道吗?水资源的严重短缺正威胁着我们和后代的生存，不良的用水习惯是造成水危机的祸根之一。别小看那瞬间的流水，请改变不良的用水习惯!我们在洗手、洗脸、擦肥皂的时候，千万不要开着水龙头任清水长流，因为一分钟就会浪费10--18升水。关上水龙头再擦肥皂，你可以更安心地把手洗干净。

同学们，你们肯定很羡慕那些拥有私人轿车的人。你知道吗?骑自外出才是环保时尚。因为自行车不像汽车那样需要大面积的停车场，而且，它不需要燃料，在使用过程中又不会排放污气。相反，轿车既不可以节约汽油，又要增多汽车尾气排放带来的大气污染，还要造成道路的堵塞。

我们还要知道，珍惜纸张，就是珍惜森林与河流。你可能并没有直接砍伐森林，但你是否想到，木材是造纸的主要原料，浪费纸张就等于加入了砍伐森林的行列。我们不能随便扔掉白纸，要充分利用纸的空白地方。用过一面的纸可以翻过来打草稿，或制作成笔记本，过期的挂历还可以做包书皮。还要拒绝那些随处散发的宣传纸，因为制造这些宣传物不但会浪费大量纸张，而且会破坏市容环境。

维护安宁环境，也要我们从自己做起。生活噪音来自生活的每个角落，我们人人都应该调整我们自身的行为。在公共场合，要小声言谈，不要高声喧哗，这样既保持安静的环境，又体现出自身的修养。

在现代化生活中，充斥着许多一次性用品：一次性筷子、一次性桌布、一次性牙刷、一次性笔……一次性用品给我们带来了短暂的便利，却使生态环境付出了高昂的代价，它们加快了地球这样资源的耗竭，同时也给地球带来了垃圾灾难。同学们，请少使用一次性用品，多使用耐用品，因为像一次性白色快餐盒是“白色污染”的祸根之一。据统计，全国铁路列车厂一年消耗8亿多只快餐盒，其中近50%被丢弃在铁路两旁，所以我们应该自备餐盒。还有一次性筷子，这可是在加速对森林的毁坏呀!请不要认为一次性筷子既方便卫生，使用后又不用清洗，一扔了之。这样做是不对的，我们应该少用它，或重复自己用过的一次性筷子。

倾心同护蓝天碧水，携手共建生态世界。其实，保护环境的行动是多种的，希望大家能建立起环境意识，让环保走进我们的生活。
