My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom

二、 活动过程。

日前，餐桌上浪费的粮食数量巨大，遏制“舌尖上的浪费”成为社会共识。我班结合厉行勤俭节约、反对铺张浪费的精神，在开学第一周开展了“厉行节约，反对浪费”为主题的班会活动，让学生在潜移默化中接受传统美德的影响。勤俭节约是我国劳动人民的传统美德，大到治国、平天下，小到修身、齐家，都离不开勤俭节约，正所谓“历览前贤国与家，成由勤俭破由奢”。

在这次主题班会活动中，我校各班开展了形式多样的活动，学生首先观看了一段名为《中央推厉行节约反对浪费，节约大量社会资源》的视频。接着又围绕“厉行节约，反对浪费”这一主题开展了讨论会。支持节约的同学认为勤俭节约是我们中华民族的传统美德使我们国家变得更加强盛;而支持浪费的同学认为现在人们的生活水平高了，有资本可以浪费。最终同学们达成共识：钱财虽是个人的，但资源却是全人类的，事关民族生存和长远发展，岂能不“一粥一饭当思来之不易，半丝半缕恒念物力维艰”?同学们还例举了学校和家庭中的浪费现象，并总结出了许多节约能源的方法，如：离开教室、宿舍及时关灯，及时关闭水龙头等等。学生通过此次班会活动，教育了自己和身边的同学。大家都表示：要从身边的每一件小事做起，带头节约能源，保护能源，以实际行动为建设节约型校园作出贡献。
