感恩是一项重要的处世哲学，是生活的大智慧。人生在世，不可能事事顺通。对于各种失败和不幸，我们要豁达大度，勇敢地面对，并想办法解决。面对困难，我们是懊恼抱怨、沮丧气馁，陷入绝望，还是对生活满怀感恩之心，跌倒后再爬起来呢?英国著名作家威廉·萨克雷说过，“生活是一面镜子，你对它笑，它也会对你笑;你对他哭，它也会对你哭。”如果对生活感恩，你的生命将充满灿烂的阳光;如果一味怨恨，终将一无所获。我们成功时，有千万个理由感恩生活，而失败时，只要一个借口就会表现出忘恩负义。

I think we should even be grateful to life whenever we are unsuccessful or unlucky. Only by doing this can we find our weakness and shortcomings when we fail. We can also get relief and warmth when we are unlucky. This can help us find our courage to overcome the difficulties we may face， and receive great impetus to move on. 茶余饭后去散步是我每一天的必修课。漫步在小区的花草旁，呼吸着清香的空气，与花鸟作伴，欣赏着玫瑰的浓郁，百合的高洁，晚饭花的奇特，还有玉兰的娇美，美人蕉的绚丽，我会轻轻地对自我说：“生活真是美的。”我用真诚感受身边的五颜六色，用热情欣赏周围的姹紫嫣红。我不由自主地从内心发出：“我，属于大自然！”

清晨，院子里还是寂静的，唯有一声声清脆的鸟鸣杂在清凉提神的晨风里，远远传来。

空中无家的云朵四处游荡，我记忆的云朵也在纷呈明灭。

每天早晨，父亲都会拉起仍在熟睡的我去楼下散步。

寒风呼呼的搜刮着世间的万物，不管是枝头的绿叶;墙角的野草;包括独在异城他乡的我。

天空阴沉沉的，就连聒噪的小孩儿们也闭上了嘴，低着头，急忙往家赶。而我，一个人，在这并不熟悉的城里，独自闲逛着：可这并不是我所情愿的，父亲发了脾气，把我赶出了家门。只见两三个凶神恶煞人朝我走来，我察觉到了不对劲，立马扭头就跑，可毕竟比他们瘦小得多，很快便被他们追上了。

那些人相视一笑，立马把我踹到地上，一拳，两拳，三拳，他们的表情，是狰狞，是冷漠，又或是发泄后的一种痛快感?我无助的望着身旁来往的行人：一位小孩拥着他的父亲，父子俩温馨的走着……

这无疑给我火上浇油，本就失落的心情更加糟糕。我很累，我很无力，我很痛苦，就在这生与死之间的地狱中，不断徘徊着。蒙蒙胧胧间，我仿佛看到了一个男人，把刚刚打我的那些人全都赶跑了，那男人的背影，是那样熟悉……

那天我到他家，跟大奶奶说明情况后，大奶奶让我到楼上去听课。到楼上后，我看到叔叔正坐在沙发上看电视，我支支吾吾地解释着，他什么也没说，关掉电视下楼了。我一愣，小声嘀咕道：“叔叔是不是觉得太麻烦，不欢迎我……”

我打开手机才上了一会课，就听到上楼梯的脚步声，那脚步声有点沉重，还伴着沉重的呼吸声，我的心绷紧了，是不是叔叔要来赶我走……随着脚步声越来越近，我越来越紧张，不禁向楼梯口望去——一张桌子闯入眼帘，后面叔叔吃力地搬着，他把桌子放在阳台附近，又到房间里找了条适合高度的凳子，一切安排好后，他转身向我说：“在沙发上听课写字不方便，到这来吧，还可以晒到阳光。”

我一惊，顿时觉得这个外表冷漠的叔叔其实是个很暖心的人呢，我连连点头，带着书坐到了桌前，桌子很老了，但很大气，我回头望向叔叔，道：“谢谢叔叔!”叔叔摸摸我的头说：“快点上课吧。”我听着课，心里就像这洒在桌上的阳光般温暖。以后我的每一天都是以向大奶奶和叔叔问好开始。每次来到书桌前都能看到叔叔为我准备的暖手袋。在这场灾难前洋溢着家人间的温暖。

在春节期间，疫情不断严重，许多医护人员义无反顾地冲在一线，他们在战场上吃着年夜饭——盒饭，战场上洋溢着坚定无畏的温暖;武汉许多餐馆都关门，而有一家餐馆24小时不打烊，随时为医护人员送餐，让他们吃上暖呼呼的热饭;还有许多匿名人士捐献口罩，社会上洋溢着平凡而又伟大的温暖。

疫情下，这点点的温暖就像冬日的暖阳，温暖着我们的心田，这也让我们坚信疫情一定会过去，我们一定会迎着春日的暖阳拥抱新的一切!

There are two people watching outside the window. The first man can only see the rubbish, because he is a pessimist. He always complains about his life, as he always regards that God is not equal to him. While facing difficulties, hes always frightened. Therefore he often loses his chances to win. Reminding his old days, hes very regretful. Once his father had placed him at the entrance of the road and told him to be careful while choosing his life. But he has chosen the wrong way.
