初一是打基础的时期，为初中三年做安排，初一是培养学习习惯，适应初中生活，为以后学习打基础的时候。所以初一的知识点不多，虽然作业多一些，但没有明显的落差感，没有明显的分数差别。随着时间推移，这些不起眼的问题慢慢凸现，比如到初一下学习，有人的因式分解已经基本掌握，而有人却不知道平方差是什么;有人希望杯拿了金奖，有人难题不会，简单的算错;有人作文写得很好，有人却还在发愁错别字连篇。在初一开始的阶段，注意发现问题并解决问题非常重要：

1、要快速进入“主动学习、计划学习”的状态。这一点主要是指学习要养成习惯，要主动地寻找自己的不足，要积极地制定学习计划。比如听完课后要有意识的做些练习，并将不会的问题及时向老师请教，在接下来的学习不断地联想与前面知识的联系，并在不断的练习和考试中寻找自己的不足，并有意识的去弥补错误。主动学习是在强调学习的主体，学习的主体是学生本身，不是老师，更不是家长，所以孩子自己才是这项工作的总监，要主动地思考问题，寻找不足，制定计划，而不是无止境的陷入每天大量的作业中，做作业的本质是在强化课堂的知识，学生要意识到这一点，如果把它当成一种包袱，不但效率低，也会变得没有方向。制定学习计划，也是一种意识，比如今天回到家，只有两个小时的时间可以学习，那不妨拿出5分钟做下计划，前半个小时做什么，接下来的40分钟做什么，什么作业先做，什么后做，今天最好把哪科重点强化一下。刚开始做这些可能都不大习惯，但是坚持一段时间后，这就变成一种习惯了。

2、要养成好的书写习惯和思考习惯。卷面清初一新学期寄语范本楚工整、步骤齐全不仅能给阅卷老师留下好印象，更重要的是清楚的步骤能培养清楚的思路，能培养思路的严谨性和连贯性。如果东一步，西一步，或者三下两下就把想当然的把答案写下来，时间长了，题目稍微复杂些就会无从下手，而长期锻炼的清晰的步骤至少会告诉你这类题通常第一步思考什么，入手点是什么。

3、如果以上两点做的没有问题，初一最应该做的就是多学点东西，为后两年分担些内容。到了初三，很多人从竞赛中走回中考，毕竟中考是最重要的，但是初一和初二就不同了，中考还早，多学点没亏吃，以语文为例，在初一多学习一些基础性内容比如语文课网校内的《语文知识地图系列》，打下扎实的语文基础，对初中和高中的学习都非常有利，尤其是语文成为高考第一学科之后，更是凸显语文基础知识的重要性，很多家长都看不到这点。另外一点，就是不要盲目追进度，有人说初一的寒假可不可以把初二的内容学习下，可以，但一定要谨慎，如果初一的还没学利索，初二的又没怎么懂，等到了初二，哪都好像学过，哪也不扎实，就得不偿失了。

4、初一是心理变化的初期。当然也是很重要的时期，学生在这一年会遇到和想到很多问题，成绩的好坏，与同学的关系，与老师的关系，加之自尊心和好奇心的增长，处理问题容易偏激或者选择逃避，这时需要家长的指导，委婉的告诉他问题的处理方法，让他慢慢的、健康的成长。不过家长不要太婆婆妈妈的，无关痛痒的、粗暴的、抱怨的、表面的、反复的教育有时适得其反，呵呵，这时候想当个好家长，还真不容易。不过话说回来，这时候学生经历点烦恼，经历点痛苦，才能使一个人进步和成长，蜜罐里永远不会长大的。

最后一点，实事求是很重要，会就是会，不会就是不会，让孩子要自己去积极地想办法解决问题。实事求是对孩子以后做人和做事都很重要。

What a beautiful day!But we couldnt stay there for a long time.So I decided that I must study hard and then go into the universities in Dalian.

期末时老师布置的“期末总结”和“期末考试总结”中多少会有写给老师看的成分，去掉其中的废话和拍马屁的话，再为自己作一份更实用的总结是非常有必要的。

时间过得真是快，忙忙碌碌的一学期就这样过去了。在这一学期中，我有了一些进步，同时也暴露出了自己的一些弱点与不足，在这里进行一下总结。

首先是期中和期末考试。期中语文考试考得相当烂，我认为这主要是因为我复习得太不充分，作文和基础失分太多，而且比较浮躁，还没有进入考试的状态，导致了考试失利。期末考得也一般，因为我认为我应该能考出更高的分数来的。数学考得还可以，计算题期中期末都没丢分，这一点我认为自己比以前有了进步。期中英语考得一般，但如果跟期末比的话就考得太好了——如果我期末英语能考和期中一样的成绩，我的三科总分就是282分了，应该是年级前几名——原谅我，白日梦是人人都做过的。但现实和理想的差距总是很大，托英语的鸿福，期末考试我才得了268分，顺利的没上270分。“悲痛欲绝”、“扼腕叹息”、“捶胸顿足”、“欲哭无泪”，这些词都不能形容我算出总分时的心情。

但我更加明白，要化悲痛为力量，冷静地从中吸取教训，今后不再犯相同的错误，否则一次次考试、“渐欲迷人眼”的分数就毫无意义了。我分析了试卷，并找到了我和鲁洋之间的差距。我发现我听课的效率比他要低，在课堂上也不够积极。在下学期中，我一定要改正这些不足，努力缩短我和他的距离，在期中、期末考试中超过他，争取在下次同步班分班时进入一班。

期中考试之后的改选，我被老师任命为宣传委员。我总觉得我做不了什么，只是排版，自己掏钱买东西，查找资料，设计文字，晚上留下来陪伴，或说是监督板报小组工作。但就是这些事，我也努力做到最好。

曾经，在发下月报表后，我绝望的看着自己的成绩，惊讶老师在看过我可怜的分数后为什么还会对我给出这样的评价。

曾经，我很诧异为什么每次考试前都有人说我会得第一。

但是现在我明白了，那是老师和同学对我的信任与期望。我在大家的鼓励中慢慢长大，在殷切的希望中坚定地走下去，信任的目光将是我每一步前进的动力。

初一上学期过去了，我不知道应该怎样描述我心中的感觉，是喜，是悲，还是惊讶，或是空虚无奈，兴许正是这许许多多的情感混合成的一种奇妙的感觉。回望过去的一个学期，又或是回首过去的一年，到底是收获了的喜悦，还是失败了的哀伤呢?或许我们所能说的也只是“又是一个美丽的春秋，又是一个逝去的年华，我们又在不知不觉中长大了一岁。”

细数这个学期的事情，我不知道应给怎样说明这些事对我的影响，但我可以说的是过去一年我的确成长了。我最近看了一个故事叫做《钻石就在你身边》。这是流传在印度的一个神秘而发人心醒的故事。农夫阿利在听说了钻石的巨大价值后，一意孤行要去寻找钻石矿，然而最终在寻找钻石的旅途中死去了，再也没有回到自己的家里。然而，故事并没有在这里结束，多年后，租用了阿利屋子的人很意外的在他家后园的河中找到了久违的钻石。如果当年的阿利踏踏实实的再自己家中的话，如果他不是好高务远的去寻找埋藏在远方的不知名的巨大宝藏的话，或许他就真的能遇到生命中最灿烂的“钻石”。与其去寻找远方的宝石，寻找那渺茫的希望，如大海捞针般的徒劳，为什么我们不看看自己身边的宝藏，实实在在地努力和付出。为什么我们总这么固执的认为美丽的风景只在远方，真正的钻石就不在身边?

我觉得这两个故事很能告诫我自己，或许也能说出一点问题。有些时候，好高务远的我们抱着不切实际的梦想，在自己的世界中编织着一个个欺骗自己，欺骗他人的谎言。无论如何，我们要抛弃那些关于远方的，关于未来的幻想，而是踏踏实实地为自己的成绩，为自己的理想，为自己的远方，一点一滴地努力，一步一个脚印的向前。海纳百川，我相信自己，也相信“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。”

晚餐过后，我和爸爸、妈妈开开心心一起开车去顺峰山公园看花灯。我们来到顺峰山公园大门前，欢迎我们的是一座栩栩如生的“凤凰”。“凤凰”的两旁还有两朵花，两朵花里还有金色大字，左边的是万事胜意，另外一边是如意吉祥。“凤凰”还一时闪蓝光，一时闪红光，一时又变色，色彩缤纷，变幻无穷，充满节日喜庆气氛。我们开车进去，发现车多得可以摆一个迷宫都行了，想找一个车位停都有点困难。我看见顺峰山公园不但停车位是快停满了，就是公园里人数也多得惊人，人山人海。我发现游人中有的是我们学校的同学，有的是从千里迢迢赶过来的外地游客，还有的是附近的居民来到这里跳舞健身。大部分的人都是来看元宵花灯的，只有少部分是坚持锻炼的居民。

广场前面就是花灯展示区，五彩缤纷的花灯在夜色中闪耀着迷人的光彩。这次花灯不仅环保，而且五光十色，光彩夺目。我们发现今年的花灯响应了环保低碳，全部是用废物利用精心制作的。就拿“一帆风顺”来说吧，用了废报纸和旧绳子拼出一艘帆船，比喻今年顺顺利利，得到了人们的喜爱，所以得到了银奖。我最喜欢的花灯还是“蛇年平安”的花灯。它是一个苹果形状的网状灯笼，中间有一条蛇突出一个舌头，造型特别可爱。那个灯笼用的材料是竹子等环保材料，做得那么精美别致，创意无限。长大以后我一定要像做“蛇年平安”花灯的人一样，学会环保，用无限的想象力做一些环保的小制作，支持环境保护，做一个有道德有创意的文明人。
