时间似流水般飞速逝去，一个寒假转眼间就过去了。唉，新学期就要开始了。又要趴在书山上，泡在作业还中了。但是与老师同学又要在一起生活了，我感到十分激动与开心。

新学期就要开始了，起跑线上的你是否准备好了呢?我可以很自豪的说，i‘mready(*^__^*)嘻嘻……

首先，上次期末的成绩令我感觉还ok啦，但我是绝对不会骄傲的啦!虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后嘛!小孩子都懂啦，我也不能太out哦，所以我得继续努力，争取上全年级的200名，全班上前十名。【别误会，全年级1300多名，全班790多人呢。】

其次，我体育方面不是特别好。为了德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，我要坚持锻炼身体。就甭提我的体格有多差劲了，围着200米的操场跑三圈，腿就没知觉了。这也太不给力了吧!我虽不是什么胖子，但作剧烈运动之后真的很喘。我一定要坚持锻炼。说起来容易做起来难，但我一定督促自己绝不会像上次一样第一天就贪睡了十分钟。唉，家丑不可外扬，告诉你了，你可千万别说出去哦!

关于读书方面，我从小就又每晚睡前读两页书的习惯，我要坚持下去。让妈妈再买几套书，这样有助于我提升自己的文学修养。

this in every human endeavor. Outstanding sportsmen spend all their time

practising. Their endurance is beyond imagination.

The same is true of businessmen who build up fortunes. What we usually see

are their achievements, but once we go behind the scenes we will find that they

have put in a lot of continual steady efforts. We all have read of great

musicians, writers and inventors who have created or discovered breakthroughs in

human achievement. Invariably they have said that they owe all their success to

perseverance. As to college students, quite a big number of then, have become

successful language learners through perseverance, however, a certain group of

them, just stop half way and their previous efforts turn out to be

fruitless.

Of all the countless examples the saga of Colonel Saunders is perhaps one

初中三年，初一是关键。在这一年里要让孩子养成认真、勤奋、踏实学习的好习惯。这是最后两年乃至于到高中学习的基础。在这基础的一年里，不知各位家长是否反思一下，我们作为家长应该做的事情是否都做好了呢?毕竟孩子上高中我们不可能都去陪读，而初中特别是初一是很有必要的。所以，我建议家长有必要在初一剩下这几个月里多抽出一些时间，监督孩子学习。如果孩子在您的监督和严格要求下，学习习惯养成了，以后再也不用操心，包括以后离开您上高中，上大学。即使您少挣了点钱，即使您少打了几场扑克，即使您少看了一会电视，即使您每晚少睡了几个小时的觉……可这些跟您孩子一辈子的前途相比较，您不觉得这点付出很值得吗?

孩子，毕竟要自觉学习是很难的。所以当孩子不懂得珍惜学习机会，不能认真对待自己的前途时，我们作为父母、老师的，应该有这个权利和义务提醒、教育他们，免得他们长大后后悔莫及!

召开家长会的目的就是让你们了解现代教育形势，了解你们子女在学校的情况，为人表现。作为班主任，下面我就从以下四个方面来和大家谈谈：

一、班级情况

本学期，班级添置了多媒体，添置了窗帘，班级的布置更加美丽、舒适，这要感谢全体同学出钱、出力，共同建设我们的班级。特别要感谢的同学有：担任值日班长的同学：铭萱、咏晴、兴凌、诗雅、颖仪，他们帮助维持班级的秩序;担任小组长的同学：芳彦、鲁敏、玉琦、嘉威、怡軒、漫媛、炀铭、莲莲，他们帮助检查同学们的作业;担任科代表的同学：颜咏晴 施靖铧， 伍兴凌， 陈宝龙 许婉如，丁莲莲，张晓丹，刘炀铭，刘怡轩，他们帮助布置作业，出小测题目;这么多的同学担任班干部目的是尽量让每一位同学有担当责任的机会，一件事要做好不容易，每天做好更不容易;一直在做班级板报和班容布置的同学：李贇、咏晴、铭瑄、晶莹、嘉怡、颖仪…………………等人，让我们班级获得了许多一等奖。还有经常帮助把上期黑板报洗掉的同学：承泽、柄坤、梦宽…。总体上来说，这是一个很温馨的班集体。但因为要读书，所以有一些不和谐的情况：有的同学不完成作业，有的同学上课发呆，有的同学小测经常不过关。这些是实实在在学习中的绊脚石，它们反映出同学们不良的学习习惯。

本学期最牛的同学是咏晴同学，在钢琴比赛过了十级之后，能够在书法依然夺冠，她获得晋江市泉州市书法比赛一等奖。

二、期中考的情况：

这次期中考考前我和同学们定下的目标，在考试那几天同学们都很认真，但平时不够扎实，因此许多学生还是和A级差一点点。

总体来说：综合比率在年段第6名。这个得来不易，因为是从全A率，及格率，平均分等进行综合计算。仔细分析一下，全A率很不好。也就是说孩子们有认真读书，但是不够勤奋。全部靠在B级以上的有30位同学，但是A的仅有6人。说明从小学到中学的转型还没有做好。

首先，表扬本次获得年段特等奖的同学，他们是：莲莲，咏晴，哓丹，兴陵，宝龙，一等奖的有：佳鹏，依依，靖铧，二等奖的有：婉如，颖仪，亦霖，李贇，炀铭。

其次，表扬进步的同学，与上学期期末考试相比，本次考试进步50名以上的有：

芳彦，珊妮， 颖仪, 婉如，嘉超，诗雅，周丽波，许子濠，莲莲，梦宽，

三、本次期中考反应的问题

1、 偏科现象。

比如班上有两位277分以上的同学就因为地理或历史考了82分或80分，考到了233名，而同样分数的同学是在47名。270还有两个4A3B的同学，那更是落到了三百多名。另一位同学就因为英语考了不及格，相差将进300名。因此，希望家长朋友们认真分析手中的这张成绩单，如果是倒在语文、数学、英语，那要非常重视，注意在平时加强学习。如果是政治、历史、地理、生物，那应该是太不应该，许多孩子可能是对学科有兴趣偏差，甚至对老师有偏见，导致他不喜欢读这学科，希望家长能注意与学生沟通。各科若有不及格现象的同学，大都是态度问题，态度决定一切。若你的孩子有学科不及格，一定要注意引导、督促、沟通，因为出现这样的问题的孩子，恐怕以后会厌学，而一旦厌学，后果不堪设想。

2、学习习惯

所有的同学都很辛苦，所有的家长都很辛苦。生活很不容易。可是，坐在同样的教室里面学习效果怎么会差这么多?我们用班规来约束同学，用综合素质评估来约束孩子的行为，总体上同学们都能做好。在作业方面一直出现不完成作业和抄作业的现象。因此，在这学期我不得不把不完成作业的同学及时用短信通知家长。为什么要这样做呢?因为作业是昨天晚上应该完成的，而早读我们一般都有安排不同学科的读书时间，比如语文、英语、政治、历史等，如果再让学生站到外面完成作业，那么他又会失去了早读学习的机会，若是罚抄，本来就做不完的作业，那更是做不完了。不良的习惯主要表现在早读到班级后不能立即抓紧时间早读，上课思路不能跟着老师走，发言不够积极，课后作业没有真正弄明白，没有合理安排自己的时间计划等等，这些严重影响的个人学习的成绩。在中学，学生应该有学习的主动性，一方面可以预习老师没讲过的内容，另一方面也可以复习老师已经讲过的知识，如果只是理所当然的认为作业做完了就没事了，这样的话成绩很难提高。如果老师经常发信息说孩子作业没有完成，小测没有过关，请您一定要高度重视。我们准备每周发一张家庭联系卡，请家长记得过目。

三、给家长的建议：

前个月，遇到一位已经毕业的学生的奶奶，那个学生在去年考到香港的一所大学。 看到一个学生能在大学实现自己的梦想，我也感到很高兴。但是，说实在话，我也教出了许多普通的学生。也就是说同样一个班级孩子受教育的结果是不一样的。毋庸置疑，一个孩子成才有多方面原因，但毫无疑问，家庭教育是首要的。真的要得益于好的家庭教育。他奶奶说一句很实在的话：孩子说他的肚子也是妈妈的。也就是说妈妈把他该吃什么也都考虑排得很好。有这样一种现象：孩子在同样的年龄段里，同时走进同一所学校，在同样的班级里学习，授课的时间是相同的，教育的环境是一致的，然而接受教育的效果却截然不同，这种分化的原因，并不在于学校教育质量，而在于家庭教育的配合上。有这样一个比喻，老师好比医生，父母好比护士，医生开药后，护士的护理就显得尤为重要。学校教育永远离不开正确的家庭教育，假如没有良好、正确、合理的家庭教育相配合，再好的教师、再好的学校也不可能产生好的教育效果。为此，我们给家长的建议是：

1、给孩子真正的爱。每个家庭不一样，但我希望，我们在孩子教育上不仅仅是让孩子吃饱了。大文学家高尔基曾说过一句话“溺爱是误入孩子口中的毒药，如果仅仅是为了爱，连老母鸡都能做到这一点。”溺爱是一种低本能的爱，真正的爱是理智高尚的爱，吃喝拉撒睡是爱，教子吃苦教子成才更是爱。

现在，我们的孩子大多在十三岁左右，心理学家给这个年龄段的孩子叫第二次断乳期。到底十三岁怎么啦?我们不难发现，一方面孩子因书本知识结构的提升、难度的加大而无所适从，显得紧张焦虑;另一方面，孩子的生理、心理发育突飞猛进，成了“小大人”，处处想充大，却又固执己见，特别希望得到别人的理解与尊重。如果家长不了解这些特点，还采取“小儿科”时候的简单、粗暴，显然是不合适宜，也根本解决不了问题。

2、要掌握孩子特点，有的放矢的进行教育，在教育上更应讲究方式方法，态度不能粗暴，语言不能过激。家长要尽量抽时间与孩子们在一起，经常与孩子沟通，学会平等地与孩子一起看待他们成长中遇到的问题。平时要和孩子多交流，询问学习情况，不能等成绩出来了，问题出来了才想到去关心孩子。比如，孩子回到家随便问问;今天学校有什么新鲜事?你的同桌有换了吗?喜不喜欢他?你的数学老师讲课有什么特色?

3、要全面而准确地估计自己的孩子。这种评估不能过高，也不可过低，农村有句古话叫“庄稼看人家的好，孩子看自已的好”，在自己的孩子很小的时候，怎么看都觉得很聪慧的，但到上学后，一比较就看到了差距，再到中学阶段就心灰意冷，这就是对孩子智力估计不准确造成的。作为孩子的父母，一定要看到“人外有人，天外有天”。

转眼间，我已置身于这个偏僻的小山村，耳中还回荡着妈妈的叮咛：“这段时间你跟外婆住，要听外婆的话，知道吗?”再回首，爸妈的身影已然在视野里模糊，映入眼帘的是一片毛茸茸的绿毯。

天上的流星转瞬即逝，就如时间一样一去不复返。如今的我已在这世上生活了十四多个春秋，阅览了这五彩缤纷的世界，结识了无数多个朋友，感叹了这世间的悲欢离合。

遥想当年，我还只是一个沉默寡言的小女孩，而今的我，早已脱去了那层厚茧，变得成熟了，变得乐观了。

同时，我又认识到了一个患难与共的朋友。与她相处的这段时光，我非常开心。每一天都有说不完的乐子。也许，这才是我最想要的友谊吧!

她，有着一双大大的眼睛，总是忽闪着智慧的光芒。鼻子挺俏，嘴唇微薄，一头乌黑的头发扎成马尾放在后面。听我的描述后，也许你会觉得她是一个文静的女生，可恰恰相反，她就好比披着羊皮的狼，性格开朗奔放，这也是我性格的变化的原因之一。

时光划过，犹如指间的沙，你不去握紧，它很快就会流光。

我又一次一如往常地坐在教室中属于我的角落，看着熟悉平常的一幕幕，值日生小声抱怨着，不情愿地挥动着扫把;课代表们四下张望搜罗着昨日没有完成作业的同学;几个睡晚的同学拿着手中的早餐，避开班委的目光，警惕着老师，埋头飞快地啃几口又抬头像受惊的野兔似的“侦察”附近的情况，一点风吹草动都会使他们吓得一跳一跳;几个爱打闹的同学穿梭于各个座位，打闹不停笑声不断。

目光扫了扫四下地板，拾起几张废纸片，又整理了一下桌面，这才取出了书本，开始进行早读。宁静的早晨隔三岔五爆出一点笑料。上午的课程有条不紊地继续，总是那几个同学不时插上几句话，为略有枯燥之感的课堂添上一点活力，然后吃了老师的白眼才心满意足地做着笔记，那些个答不出问题的人，紧张得面红耳赤，附近的人不断提醒着，看那副模样简直比本人还着急。

下课也没有丝毫的改变，还是同样的人喊着同样的话飙出了教室相互追逐，几个男生围绕着自己心仪的女生打转，接着被其闺蜜一语道破来意，尴尬地躲到一边被“好兄弟们”调侃;同样的几个人拿着同样的杯子用同样的比例不停地拨动着饮水机的两个开关;同样的人走着同样的路来到我身边笑着打我一拳。

周复一周轮回到了现在，当我坐上了期中考的座位，才忽然想到，我似乎在昨日才踏足初中的校门，但在不久后却即将分离，仅剩的半个学期也不会例外得像上半个学期一般逝去。看到了作文题目我的眼前突然浮现了这些普通得不能再平凡的一幕幕，在上课开小差，下课忙打闹之间，竟然已经到了现在，小学的生活如于脑后，那紧迫的中考岂不是近在眼前?

我们来到公园，只见公园里灯火辉煌，人山人海，热闹非凡。对着公园门口是一座由八条龙组成的巨型花灯，灯光闪烁，异常壮观。在七星池里，一个美丽动人的莲花仙子高高地站在鲜艳的莲花上，好像在祝福人们健康长寿!我还看到一个月亮造型的花灯，制作精美，吸引了许多人围在它的周围观赏。一棵高大的树上挂满了蜜蜂、蝴蝶造型的花灯，微风一吹，飞来荡去，仿佛在告诉人们“春天来了，春天来了”。还有许许多多制作精美，造型不同的漂亮花灯，吸引着人们竞相拍照，留下一张张永久的纪念。

多么令人难忘的2008年元宵节，多么幸福的夜晚。走在回家的路上，我不禁抬头望去，只见一轮明月高高地挂在天空，是那么的透亮，我仿佛看到了嫦娥仙子抱着她心爱的玉兔正津津有味地欣赏着人间这热闹的元宵之夜。
