游戏还能快速提高我们手和脑的配合能力。“Temple Run神庙逃亡”是一款众所皆知、家喻户晓的跑酷游戏。玩家需要控制人物时而跳跃，时而卧倒，逃离魔兽的追捕，逃离神庙。游戏中，玩家不但要收集金币，还 要灵巧地躲避障碍物、悬崖等。我玩这个游戏初期，总是因为反应力慢，或双手没有协调好而坠入深渊。可是，经过我的不断练习，渐渐地，我能够跑很远了。我在 “神庙逃亡”里练出来的反应能力在我打乒乓球时得以运用。看图猜成语游戏也能锻炼我们的思维，积累更多的成语。

玩游戏的好处显而易见，但是如果沉迷游戏，那一负面影响也不容忽视。一是玩多了游戏坏眼睛，眼睛是心灵的窗口，我们还处在童年，但是不少的同学已经 因为玩太多游戏而带上了小眼镜。还有许多同学深深地沉迷于游戏的虚拟世界中，难以自拔。他们荒废自己的学业，夜以继日的玩游戏。有的还因为没钱买游戏币而 铤而走险，去偷盗、抢劫。这些都是因为没有良好的自我控制能力而造成的。

游戏是利，还是弊，在于你的自我控制能力。适当玩游戏，可以帮助我们放松放松心情，敏捷思维。但是我们一定要有节制，有节制、有良好的自我控制能力是玩游戏的资格。假如你根本控制不了自己玩游戏的时间，那你就别玩游戏了，因为你没有资格。

我们生活在一个新的时代，这里出现了一些闻所未闻的新名词，如：上网、QQ，伊妹儿等。这些都是电脑上的词。如今，电脑已经成了我们生活中不可缺少的一部分。电脑可以帮我们查阅资料，获取更多知识，但是，如果沉迷上了网络游戏，可不是什么好事。

一个叫小军(化名)的人，成绩一直很好。有一段时间，有人发现他的学习成绩直线下降，而且每天上课都心不在焉，目光变得呆滞。原来小军迷上了网络游戏。从此以后，他每天都不完成作业，一放学就到网吧上网。时间久了还经常晚上都不回家，家长只好去学校附近的网吧揪回来，然后不许他再去。终于有一天，小军下定决心，他要到一个家人找不到的地方去。他偷偷从家里拿了几百块钱，骑上自行车，用了整整一天的时间来到了江阴，住进了网吧。一天24小时，除了吃饭睡觉，他几乎一直在上网。小军的家人在他失踪的那一天就把他常去的网吧找了个便，但连人影都没见着。

小军的钱已经花光了，可他仍不愿离开这里。只好卖掉了那辆自行车，又上了几天网。但他再次身无分文时，小军忽然恨起了电脑，他想起了以前的美好生活，想起关心他的家长、老师和同学。小军从这次教训中沉底明白了网络游戏的危害，最后他竟自己从江阴走回了无锡，脚上磨出了好多水泡。小军重新回到了学校，发奋图强，把成绩提了上去。

这是一个真实的故事，小军是我哥哥的一个同学。这个事例告诉我们，网络虽好，但如果不正当地使用它，就会成为一个定时炸弹，随时可能爆炸，让我们失去自己。
