The celebrations is a time for protection (防护) from evil (邪恶) and disease (疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品), and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应), Chung Kuei. 忙完了一个学期，刚开端停下来还有点不太适应。在平时学习时，每天都跟大家相处在一起，固然我们也会俏皮，但分开他们太久，心里仍是惦记着他们 回家已经有好多少天了，在这几天里，我也在想这个寒假我将如何渡过了，是憧憬年那样呆在家里看电视，或是到同窗家里串串门子还是做点其余的。但一想起这些，就想起了刚放假时校长给咱们布置的寒假功课，可能在别人看来很奇异吧，校长怎么还会安排寒假作业，实在校长是让我们在寒假里多看书，多学习，为来期做好筹备。其实这样也挺好的，让我们当前的工作制订目的，为了将明年的工作做得更好。当初天天在家里看看书，练练字，也感到本人的寒假生涯挺空虚的。
