Waste management is a big problem for Australia. Australian population continues to grow and we need to use more and more resources and creating more waste. Wastes are substances that have no further use and if disposed of in land water or air can harm humans or the environment. If we have 23 million people in Australia that’s mean we need to waste about 113.4 million rubbishes per week. That’s a really huge number. And then I want to tell them about which strategies they need to be using to make a positive impact on waste management. If we still waste that lot may be one day all the landfill are full and we have to found a new place to set the rubbish and at that time we will be really regret.

The survey result also showed that there were a number of different types of waste thrown out in each household. Just like I think before most of them are food waste (29%) and the following are plastic (21%) garden waste (18%) paper product (15%) glass (10%) miscellaneous (5%) and the last one is aluminium (2%). As you see food waste still pretty much but we can’t do anything to that right? Therefore we need to improve our waste management by recycling the paper product glass and aluminium rather putting them in the garbage. That will be helpful for reduce landfill and save resources. May be that just a really small number for the rubbishes waste but that will make landfill have a lot space to put other rubbish.

In the survey people were asked to rank which strategies they would be prepared to use to help better manage waste. Most people said use products that can be reused or recycled is the first one the next highest rank is choose to buy goods that have less packaging and join an environmental group establish a worm farm to reduce food waste and put rubbish in a bin not on the ground. The least popular choice is Volunteer to help on ‘clean up Australia day’. These choices show u people want to do something more easily to do and don’t need too much time to spend to do.

I think Australian people need to do one thing good and that does will be fine just need to improve our own waste management by recycling the paper glass and aluminium. If Australian government will check all the time and wanning people that will be more easily. Thank for reading.

在这瓜果飘香、金风送爽的收获季节,我们迎来了第32个教师节,今天我们在这里隆重召开全镇庆祝教师节暨教育工作会议,主要是全面总结上学年的工作,表彰奖励在2014-2015学年中取得优异成绩的学校、老师和先进教育工作者,安排部署新学年的主要任务,进一步动员全镇各级各部门和广大教育工作者统一思想、坚定信心、振奋精神,再鼓干劲、立足新起点,勇挑新重担,全力加快教育强镇建设步伐.值此佳节之际,我代表万泉镇党委、政府,向辛勤奋战在教育一线的广大教育工作者、以及受到表彰的先进集体和先进个人,表示崇高的敬意和衷心的感谢!

后面,县教育局赵局长还要作重要讲话,希望大家认真领会,抓好贯彻落实.

去年以来,全镇上下始终把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位,坚持“以德育为主导,以教学为中心,以质量求生存,以特色求发展”的办学思路,以“立足课改,发展教师,成长学生,提高质量”为办学目标,严格执行精细化管理,积极推行课堂教学改革,狠抓学校安全管理,将“教师素质提升工程”与学校日常教学管理相结合,落实学生“营养加餐”工程和“教育信息化普及工程”.全面推进文明校园、平安校园、和谐校园及“学习型”校园的建设.强化内部管理,努力营造人文氛围,大力争先创优,在广大教育工作者的辛勤耕耘、共同努力下,全镇的教育事业呈现出了良好的发展态势.一是大力改善基础设施条件.万泉中学争取资金48万元,自筹资金20多万元建成270平方米的水冲式厕所,学校筹资30万多元进行了教学楼粉刷、门窗更换,进一步改善了学校的办学条件.学区在力所能及的范围内,筹措部分公用经费改善办学条件.累计投入32万多元完成了田坪、王岔、霍李等学校校园、校舍的粉刷和修缮,改善高川、田坪、高岔、史沟等学校的办公设备及住宿条件,购置办公桌椅21套,购置单人床23张;中心小学教师周转宿舍及学生食堂工程已全面竣工,即将投入使用;镇中心幼儿园、徐城小学、高川小学的行政村幼儿园均已开始招生,改变了全镇学前教育的不足甚至空白.二是着力提升教育教学质量.万泉学区上年在教育局年终综合考核中位列18个教委第三,在小学毕业水平测试中取得类四县十二的成绩.并被教育局授予“学校安全工作先进单位”、“小规模办学先进教委”、“精细化管理示范校”等称号.万泉中学在全县中考中,共有343人参加毕业会考,普通高中录取226人,录取率65.9﹪,较去年上升12.3﹪;九年级中考综合质量评估居全县同类学校第五全县第九,较去年上升2个类名次.尤其是九年级政治学科,位居同类校第一名,全县第一名.女子篮球队获全县第四届中学生篮球运动会中初中组亚军,学校评为2014年教育系统“学习型单位”和“我的梦,中国梦”全县青少年书信文化大赛优秀组织单位.三是全力巩固教育教学改革成果.一是继续在全学区开展“定等晋级”活动,将转变教学方式,改变课堂模式,优化教学过程,追求高效课堂,提升教师素质,促进专业化发展作为课堂教学“定等晋级”活动的指导思想.目前共开展了8轮定等晋级活动,全区147名专任教师,达到a级43人, b级55人,c级32人, d级17人.万泉中学确立并践行“依托课题促课改,凭借课改提质量”的校本教研理念,成立了“名师工作室”和“校本教研室”,投入1.5万多元用于课题培训及申报经费,今年申报的10项课题全部立项,其中省、市级各5项,有2项市级课题通过鉴定验收.二是把听课评课做为开展教研教改的一项有效途径来抓.学区推行“走动管理,推门听课”活动,本学期以来学区班子共听课120余节,组织公开教学8节,六年级学科研讨会3次.力争让每个教师都亲身体验备课、讲课、听课、评课、议课的全过程,从中总结经验,互相借鉴,取长补短,从而达到了共同提高的目的,今年在县教育局组织的课堂讲赛活动中,史映霞老师获得了二等奖,李敏老师获得了三等奖.万泉中学坚持深化课堂教学改革,着力提高课堂教学效益,积极、稳妥开展“四标”课堂教学模式实验.在全县第六届课堂讲赛中,参赛10位教师中8人获奖,获奖率居全县最前列,有1位教师获得平凉市2014年中小学课堂教学讲赛第一名,有1位教师获“庄浪名师”荣誉称号,有2位教师获 “庄浪县学科带头人”荣誉称号,有3位教师获 “庄浪县骨干教师”荣誉称号.有3位教师获全国数理化竞赛“优秀指导教师”.四是努力增强教师队伍建设.多年来,在老师队伍建设上,我镇不甘落后,向上积极争取新分配教师指标,不断输送新鲜血液,有效解决村级小学教师缺编、教学质量下滑的问题.认真落实教育局“教师素质提升工程”,加强师德师风建设,以“刹歪风、正行风、强队伍、树形象、抓质量、促发展”为主题,紧密结合《万泉学区课堂教学工作常规》,从转变教师工作作风和教育观念入手,严格落实教师考勤与绩效工资挂钩制度.通过不懈努力,每个教师的意识有了明显改变,工作纪律明显加强,工作作风有了明显改进,精神面貌有了明显改观;服务水平、业务能力得到明显提高.

回顾我镇教育工作的发展历程和所取得的优异成就,凝聚着全镇各级各部门高度重视、真抓实干的决心和信心,饱含着广大教师和教育工作者呕心沥血、默默耕耘的心血和汗水,倾注着社会各界关心教育、支持教育的期望和关怀.特别是长期以来,广大教师和教育工作者以无私的奉献精神、饱满的工作热情、高尚的职业道德、过硬的业务能力,在平凡的工作岗位上勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业,任劳任怨,默默奉献,涌现出了一批全镇人民普遍尊敬和广泛赞誉的优秀教师,今天受到表彰的就是全镇广大教师的杰出代表,正是我们有了这样一支新老交替、薪火相传的教师队伍,才创造了万泉教育蓬勃发展的今天,也必将托起万泉教育更加辉煌的明天.

客观审视我镇教育发展现状,必须清醒地认识到,当前全镇教育工作仍然存在不少困难和问题.从全镇的经济社会发展来看,经济欠发达、发展相对滞后仍然是我镇的基本镇情,长期影响和制约全镇教育持续快速发展的深层次问题还没有从根本上得到解决.主要表现为:一是教师队伍素质还不均衡.幼儿、音乐、小学英语专业教师严重短缺,骨干教师培育不容易,数量特别少,小学教师专业、知识和年龄等结构性矛盾突出;二是部分教师综合素质不高.缺乏法制意识、大局意识、进取意识和改革意识,观念陈旧、劲头不足、作风不实,缺乏吃苦精神,起不到学高为师、身正为范的示范引领作用;三是学校管理水平仍然滞后.一些校长和学校管理人员平时重建设的心思多,抓教学的手段少,对教学工作疏于研究,缺乏激情;部分教师教学不用心,工作不安心;部分学生的行为习惯和自律意识较差,无故辍学、逃学、甚至打架等丑恶现象时有发生,没有得到有效遏制和禁止.教育已经成为加快发展的基础和支撑,成为构建和谐的关键点和突破口,是最大的民生工程.教育办不好,群众不答应.因此,全镇各级各类学校要深刻认识和把握当前的教育形势,抓紧研究解决存在的困难和问题,采取有效的措施,努力推进全镇教育事业科学发展、跨越发展.

同志们,教育是国计、也是民生,教育工作怎么重视都不为过.当前,全镇各项事业的发展正处在攻坚克难、赶超突破的关键时期,加快建设全面小康社会的任务异常艰巨.我们要更加清醒的认识到,没有教育发展的“优先”,就没有经济社会发展的“领先”,没有教育的“卓越”,就没有县域发展的“跨越”. 新学年、新起点、新征程,我们必须以更加良好的状态、更加务实的作风、更加开阔的视野,抢抓机遇乘势而上,勇于攻坚开拓进取,奋力开创全镇教育事业发展新局面.在今年全县的教育工作大会上,县委、县政府提出了当前和今后一个时期全县教育工作总的要求是:以党的十八大、十八届三中、四中全会和习近平总书记系列讲话精神为指导,以办人民满意的教育为宗旨,大力弘扬领导苦抓、教师苦教、学生苦学、家庭苦供的“四苦”精神,大力实施名学校、名校长、名教师、名学生“四名”工程,进一步改善办学条件,进一步加强教师队伍建设,进一步加强教育管理,进一步提高教育质量,统筹推进学前教育、义务教育、高中教育、职业教育、继续教育均衡发展,力争“十三五”全县整体办学效益、办学水平达到全省先进水平,主要办学指标达到全市领先水平,全面建成全市教育强县.

大力弘扬“四苦”精神,是基于对全县重教兴学传统和优质教育品牌的发扬光大.过去,我们在极其艰苦的条件下,全县上下本着“再穷不穷教育、再苦不苦孩子”的信念大抓教育、苦供孩子,广大教师献终身于教育、还深情于人民,一届又一届学生寒窗苦读,创造了庄浪教育辉煌的过去,奠定了如今坚实的基础.现在,我们的经济条件和生活水平有了大幅提高,更应该大力弘扬领导苦抓、教师苦抓、学生苦学、家庭苦供的优良传统;更应该在继承中汲取精神动力、激发奋进勇气,创造更加优异的教育成绩,把庄浪教育品牌擦得更亮、举得更高.领导苦抓,就是要求各级党委和政府进一步把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位,教育主管部门和各级学校领导班子进一步增强责任感和使命感,集中人力,投入财力,拿出魄力,用上心力,大幅提升全镇教育质量.教师苦教,就是要求广大人民教师进一步发扬无私奉献精神,潜心教书,精心育人,以桃李满天下的志趣和作为,无愧于人类灵魂工程师的光荣称号.学生苦学,就是要求各级各类学校进一步加强学生的思想教育、养成教育和挫折教育,磨练他们学习的意志和韧性,增强他们成才的愿望和动力.家庭苦供,就是要求各级各部门和各类学校充分理解群众对优质教育资源的渴求,对子女成才的期望,加强与家长的沟通和配合,共同尽好教育职责,培育优秀人才.

大力实施“四名”工程,就是要认真贯彻落实县委十五届十七次全委(扩大)会议精神,结合我县教育事业发展的现实需要,大力实施以培育一批知名学校、知名校长、知名老师、名优学生为主要内容的“四名工程”,充分发挥名校典型示范、名师名校长带动辐射、名学生激励引领的作用,努力提升庄浪教育品质.

怎么贯彻落实这次会议精神呢?概括起来说,就是要求全镇上下特别是镇教委和中学持之以恒、坚持不懈地去抓好“两支队伍”建设,努力做到“四个强化”.

抓好“两支队伍”:

一是校长队伍.校长是整个教育管理链条中最为关键的一环,一个好校长能带出一个好班子,带出一批好教师,带出一个好校风.全县各级各类学校校长都要从严要求自己,认真履责,全面尽责,争做“五好”校长:一要个人品德好,不断加强自身修养,准确定位角色,讲原则、顾大局,遵规矩,守本分,以学立身,以德治校,做好师生楷模.二要精神状态好,始终坚持脚踏实地、敬业奉献的工作态度,一心扑在教育上,在平凡的工作中创造不平凡的业绩.三要管理水平好,集中精力研究教育教学方法,潜心谋划学校的发展,创新教育观念,理清办学思路,努力增强学校发展活力.四要办学理念好,以先进的学术理念、深厚的人文思想、独特的办学风格治理学校,带好队伍,抓好质量,打造学校的品牌和特色.五要追求目标好,把振兴教育作为自己的神圣职责,善于研究,勇于创新,办一流名校、育一流英才.今后,镇教委要把这五个方面作为评价校长的基本标准,创新校长选拔模式,改革校长任用机制,切实加强对校长队伍的考核和管理,把那些忠于党的教育事业、社会责任性强、敢于管理、善于管理的教师选拔到校长岗位上,对工作没有起色、暮气沉沉、质量下滑、管理松散、校风不正、群众意见较大的校长和学校班子,要坚决予以调整,决不能误人子弟、贻误教育.

二是教师队伍.教育的核心竞争力是教师.今后,我们要把打造一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质、专业化教师队伍,作为全县教育工作的重中之重.师德高尚,就是要为人师表、教书育人.镇教委和各级各类学校要把师德建设摆在首要位置,加强和改进教师思想政治教育、职业理想教育、职业道德教育、法制教育和心理健康教育,不断完善师德师风考评机制,加强教师队伍管理,将教师职业道德修养和教学实绩紧密结合起来,与实际利益相挂钩,端正其思想、规范其行为.广大教师要模范履行“学为人师,行为世范”的职业精神,淡泊名利,甘为人梯,以崇高的人格魅力感染学生,以渊博的学识魅力教育学生,以高尚的师表风范引导学生,教育学生学会生活,学会做人.业务精湛,就是要加强学习、提升能力.教师是知识的传播者、智慧的启迪者.教育主管部门要不断完善教师补充机制,严格资格准入,努力引进一批德才兼备、能力过硬的高素质人才;要加大教师培训力度,把树立本地典型和学习外地经验结合起来,每学年、每学期有目标、有计划、有重点地组织开展交流研讨和外出学习培训活动,重点培养一批教育教学骨干、能手、学科带头人,全面提升全县教育教学整体水平.广大教师要进一步增强学习的紧迫感,树立终身学习的理念,更新知识结构,探索教育规律,推行教学改革,努力提高教书育人的本领,以严谨的治学精神、科学的教育方式,把宝贵的知识传授给学生,把自己的聪明才智奉献给教育事业.充满活力,就是要锐意进取、开拓创新.镇教委要把大力推行素质教育作为现代教育的发展方向,搞活教育体制,激发教学活力,确保教师队伍人尽其才,才尽其用.广大教师要以发展的眼光看待教育,把教研教改贯穿于教育教学的全过程,努力在教材教法上进行改革和创新,在培养学生创新精神和实践能力上下功夫,激发学生兴趣,开发学生潜能,培养出更多的创新型人才.结构合理,就是要充实力量、梯次搭配.教师队伍的结构决定师资力量整体效能的发挥,也决定着学校的发展能力.今后,要进一步改革教师队伍管理制度,建立健全重能力、重实绩、重贡献的教师职称评审和收入分配激励机制,创造有利于教师队伍建设的制度环境.

“四个强化”:

一是强化质量立校这一根本,大力提升教育教学水平.质量是教育事业的生命线,是教育工作永恒的主题,也是人民群众关注的焦点,办人民满意的教育,最根本的一条就是努力提高教育质量.全镇广大教育工作者,要树立强烈的质量意识,以过硬的教育质量办学立校,以名师名校名学生的不断涌现持续提振全镇教育声望、增加教育强镇内涵、满足群众对优质教育的期望和需求.一要夯实基础抓质量.教育有它的周期性,教育质量的形成是一个长期的过程,没有幼儿、小学的质量,就没有初中的质量;没有初一、初二的成效,就没有初三的辉煌.要认真研究教育工作的内在规律,坚持从课堂教学、起始年级、薄弱学科抓起,防止和纠正只抓初中、不重视幼儿和小学,只抓毕业年级、放松中低年级,只抓小学毕业测试和中考、轻视其它科目的问题,促进教育质量持续提升.二要注重过程抓质量.教学质量的提高不是一蹴而就的,也不是一年就能抓上去的.要坚决消除急功近利的思想,牢固树立全面发展的教育观、质量观和人才观,坚持向过程要质量,向细节要质量,把符合教育规律的教学管理贯穿到每一门学科、每一节课堂.三要深化课改抓质量.各级各类学校要认真落实各项教育改革措施,根据学前教育、义务教育的不同特点,优化课程结构,健全课程体系,全方位推进课堂教学改革,着力构建特色鲜明、成效明显、适合校情的课堂教学模式,全面开发学生的创造思维和创新能力,有效提高课堂教学的质量和效率.各学校领导班子成员要经常深入课堂听课,组织开展教学观摩评比活动,杜绝教学管理浮在面上、教研教改流于形式,坚决防止教学管理行政化、教育教学程式化.四要完善考核抓质量.镇教委要根据县上教育主管部门的要求,认真研究制定适合各类教育特点、符合素质教育要求的考核评价体系,把教学成果、教育质量作为考核学校、考核教师的主要标准和依据,与教师的绩效工资、职称评定、评先选优挂钩,充分调动各级各类学校、广大教师和教育工作者抓质量的积极性,促进全县教育质量整体提升.

二是强化教书育人这一职责,着力加强学校“三风”建设.教育工作是一项长效工程,心浮气躁不行,华而不实更不行.镇教委和各级各类学校要把教风、学风、校风建设作为“四名工程”的重点来抓.一要严教风.广大教师和教育工作者要以培养人才为己任,不从事第二职业,不搞有偿培训,以敬业的精神、饱满的热情、过硬的能力全身心投入到教育教学之中,努力做学生的良师益友.要严格要求自己,自觉加强道德修养,不仅要注重教书,更要注重育人,既当知识的传播者,又做各项政策的模范执行者和推行者,言传身教、表里如一,树立良好的教师形象,努力做学生求知做人的楷模.二要抓学风.要加强中小学生思想教育工作,引导学生树立正确的人生目标,以积极向上的态度对待学习,刻苦钻研,立志成才,靠知识改变命运.要创新教学理念和教学方法,培养学生的学习和思考能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,不仅要让学生学到知识,还要学会动手、学会动脑、学会生存.特别要把端正考风考纪作为促进学风的有效手段来抓,教育学生诚信考试、公平竞争,以严格的考风促进形成良好的学风.三要正校风.教育要发展,学校是关键,校风是关键.良好的校风是长期的文化积淀,对学生的成长起着潜移默化的作用,是提高教育教学质量的重要保证.各级各类学校要在校风建设上狠下功夫,坚持从严治校、从严治教、从严治学,以良好的校风改教风、促学风,努力建成一批“名学校”,培养一批“名校长”、“名教师”和“名学生”.

三是强化学校管理这一举措,不断创优教育发展环境.管理就是效益、管理就是质量.没有科学、高效、精细的管理,就谈不上办学行为的规范、育人环境的优化、教育质量的提升.一要明确教育管理责任目标.从严落实今天会议签订的各级目标管理责任书,进一步明确县上教育主管部门、镇教委和各级各类学校的年度目标、重点任务,切实把加强教育管理、改进学校工作、提升教学质量的责任靠实到分管领导、职能部门和各级校长身上,推动全县教育教学管理提层次、上水平.二要健全教育教学管理制度.逐级、分层面地建立全面系统、目标同向、步调一致、导向鲜明的学校制度体系,进一步加强日常教育教学的管理、检测和跟踪,强化制度的约束力和导向力.镇教委要及时和县上教育主管部门衔接沟通,充分发挥行业领导、业务指导和政策引导的职能,与教育教学督导机制相结合,建立班子成员主管和分片包干联系学校制度,把综合督导与专项督查、定期检查与随机抽查紧密结合起来,从队伍建设、德育工作、常规管理、综治安全等方面全面考核评估学校工作,引导各级各类学校健康发展、快速发展.三要突出抓好学校安全管理.镇教委和各级各类学校要从内部管理入手,突出食品卫生、交通、消防等重点领域,建立覆盖所有工作环节的安全责任体系,制定重大事故应急预案,将安全责任分解到具体人、落实到每项工作、每个环节,全面加强人防、物防、技防和校园安保等安全工作;要注意排查化解各种矛盾纠纷,防止群发事件,维护校园与社会的和谐稳定.

四是强化优先发展这一战略,努力形成齐抓共管合力.教育是一项基础性、先导性、全局性的事业,关系国计民生、惠及子孙后代.全镇上下要真正把教育摆上优先发展的战略地位,要把支持教育事业发展作为份内职责,加强协调,加大对教育事业的支持和帮助力度,进一步优化办学环境,努力形成关心教育、支持教育的强大合力.要了解熟悉教育工作,带着感情办教育,着眼长远抓教育,经常进学校门、问学校事、解学校难,每年为教育事业办几件看得见、摸得着的实事、好事,全力支持教育事业发展.全社会都要重视人才、尊重知识、尊重老师,真正形成“党以重教为先,政以兴教为本,师以爱教为责,民以支教为荣”的良好风尚.

各位老师,同志们,推进教育事业科学发展,办人民满意的教育,使命崇高、责任重大.让我们以更加良好的状态、更加务实的作风、更加开阔的视野,求真务实,开拓创新,锐意进取,不断开创全镇教育事业发展新局面,为全镇经济社会又好又快发展作出新的更大的贡献!

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days.

Each Chinese pay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring

festival， the migrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded

home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different

attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth.

The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young

gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel

overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family

about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning

our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear

new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in

celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the

near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my

parents have to come to stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important

part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to

celebrating it with the traditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave

behind.

We need to follow all kinds of public rules, such as the manner rules and

the traffic regulation. If we break the rules, then all the work will be out of

order and everybody will suffer the loss. But few people just ignore the rules

and waste other people’s time and money.

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.

My father is a hardworking man and he is very kind.I love him very much.Every morning he gets up earlyto makeus breakfast. In the evening, he is alwayscome back home late. At weekends, he oftengoes outwith me and my mother for fun. He is a man of few words, but he often says to me "A little learning is a dangerous thing". I will always remember hiswords.

Once Chairman Mao said one is never too old to learn, his famous words inspire people to keep learning all their lives. Since we are small, we study at school, then we have to learn until we are at college, after graduate from college, we finish our education in the school.

Then the new stage comes, we start to work, making money, learning knowledge seems unnecessary to us.

This is totally wrong, we learn all the time, even we are out of school, we have lessons from life.

Life is a big topic, we have to learn it all the time. We have to deal with trouble, learning to make friends and accept fail.

All these things we will not learn at school, we have to learn by ourselves, we are students and teachers. If you think you finish learning after school, you are narrow minded.

当我们还小的时候，我们在学校学习，然后直到大学前，我们都要学习，大学毕业后，我们完成了在学校的学习。然后新的阶段到来，我们开始工作，挣钱，学习知识似乎不必要了。

这是完全错误的，我们一直学习，即使不在学校，我们学习生活。生活是一个大主题，我们不得不一直学习。我们要处理麻烦，学着交朋友和接受失败。所有的这些东西我们都不会在学校学到，我们必须自己学习，即是学生也是老师。如果你觉得你出了学校后就完成了学习，你的思想就很狭隘了。

This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for

five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so

excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw

there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The

students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked

around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was

so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so

creative, it reflected the students’ wisdom. Though we were busy with our

subjects most of the time, some students still kept on their hobbies and made it

their talent. I should learn from them and develop some interest.
