On October 6th, 2013, I went Xiao Meisha with my fellows to spend a nice seaside holiday. On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. 中国是一个历史悠久的文明国度，从古至今就有尊师重教的传统美德，民间就有“一日为师，终身为父”之说。教师职业是崇高而神圣的。春秋初期的政治家管仲就说过：“一年之计，莫如树谷;十年之计，莫如树木;终身之计，莫如树人”。可见，培养人才是根本性的长远大计。

任何一个人的成长，都离不开教师的培养教育。教师教给学生做人的道理，启迪学生的聪明，传授给学生知识本领，为学生解答疑难和困惑。教师职业又是艰苦而辛劳的。教师淡泊名利，甘为人梯，呕心沥血，尽职尽责。因此，教师获得人们和社会的尊敬是当之无愧的。

科学技术是第一生产力，人才是要害。而学校教育又是人才培养最基础、最重要的一环。我们学院的领导班子和全校教职员工要进一步增强责任意识，以创建“一流高职院”为目标，全面贯彻党和国家的教育方针，遵循高等职业教育的内在规律和特点，以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，坚持产、学、研结合的道路，为国家经济社会的发展培育出更多更好的有特色的高技能人才。要进一步深化教育教学改革，加快精品课程建设和特色工程建设步伐，不断提高办学质量和办学效益。当前，重点要认真落实《2003-2007年教育振兴行动计划》，求真务实地制订学院“十一·五”规划。通过制订这一带有全局性的计划，进一步明确学院改革与发展的新蓝图。第二，希望大家进一步加强学习，把学院建设成一个学习型大学。闻名教育家陶行知先生曾说过：“教师应当学而不厌，才能诲人不倦”。作为教师，必须先加强学习，充实自我，才能有教学之乐而无教学之苦。要认真学习邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想，不断提高政治理论水平和政治修养;要抓紧学习教育科学理论、现代科学技术和市场经济等方面的知识，切实把握现代教育理念、教育方法和教学手段，善于发现和总结教育规律，提高教书育人的能力;要面对社会发展和人民群众对优质教育的迫切需求，勇于并善于改革教育内容和教学模式，不断调整完善知识结构，重视培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。第三，希望大家进一步重视师德建设，努力提升学院文明水平。

学校是社会主义精神文明建设的窗口，学校教育在国家道德建设、提升社会文明程度中发挥着非凡的作用。非凡是我们教师，其一言一行对学生具有重要的影响。所以，大家一定要遵守师德规范，言传身教，切实承担起“人类灵魂工程师”的神圣职责。要忠诚于党和人民的教育事业，以培育人才、繁荣学术、发展先进文化和推动社会进步为己任，对自身的道德、人格要有更高的要求，自觉为人师表，做道德的表率。同志们，百年大计，教育为本;教育大计，教师为本。振兴教育，希望在教师。我们的事业光荣而又艰巨，希望我们的教师以教育改革和发展为己任，永葆默默无闻、无私奉献的本色，永远成为志存高远、师德高尚、教艺精良、身心健康、严谨笃学、与时俱进的好教师，为教育事业贡献自己的聪明才智。

今天是第32个教师节，鹤壁市委、市政府把全市优秀教师和教育工作者代表请来召开座谈会，共同欢庆教师节，共商教育发展大计，意义十分重大。在此，我代表市委、市政府向全市广大教职员工致以良好的节日祝愿!向关心支持我市教育事业发展的各界人士表示衷心的感谢!

教育是民族复兴的基础，是实现中国梦的重要基石。近年来，市委、市政府始终高度重视教育事业发展，把教育摆在优先发展的战略位置，在全社会的共同关注支持下，我市各级各类教育事业取得了长足的发展，正如刚才市教育局的负责同志所讲，全市教育事业发展的态势是好的，成绩是有目共睹的，这是全市上下密切配合、共同支持的结果，更是广大教职员工辛勤耕耘、奋力拼搏的结果。长期以来，广大教师奋战在教书育人一线，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，把自己最宝贵的青春年华奉献给了三尺讲台，为教育事业发展倾注了满腔热血、付出了艰辛劳动，在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的业绩，为全社会树立了光辉的典范，受到了全社会的尊重和赞誉。

刚才市教育局负责同志和各位代表畅所欲言，既谈成绩，又谈问题和建议，难能可贵，体现了对我市教育事业发展的高度责任心。从刚才大家的发言来看，我市教育事业发展中仍存在着一些问题：比如，公办幼儿园数量偏少，难以满足需求;城乡、校际之间办学条件有差距，“择校”问题依然存在，“大班额”现象比较突出;一些地区和学校教师编制不足、待遇不高，等等;这些问题需要引起我们的高度重视，并在下步工作中改进解决，努力为我市教育事业发展营造更好的条件。

关于教师数量不足问题，希望编制部门按照上级有关政策，结合我市实际，合理确定各校教师编制;人事部门要根据教育发展需要，按照编制及时补充新教师;教育部门要考虑用好现有教师，使教师能够向缺口较大的地区和学校合理流动;财政部门要适时提高生均经费标准，帮助解决代课教师工资等问题。关于义务教育发展不均衡问题，去年淇县、淇滨区和鹤山区顺利通过了国家义务教育发展基本均衡县验收，今年山城区要进行验收、明年浚县将进行验收，目前部分学校的一些硬件还没有达到要求，

希望财政部门要考虑给予一定的支持，确保顺利通过验收。关于学校规划建设相对滞后问题，规划部门要在做规划时，充分征求教育部门和人民群众的意见，使城乡规划建设和学校规划建设能够同步进行;目前淇滨区承担的学校建设任务很重，尤其是南部片区的学校建设需要加快，淇滨区政府要积极想办法解决，必要时市财政可以考虑给予支持。关于入园贵和公办幼儿园偏少问题，过去3年全市新建、改扩建了85所幼儿园，今年还将有2所公办幼儿园建成，应该说学前教育总体改观较大，但与群众期盼还有一定差距。希望编制、人事、财政、教育等部门加强合作，尽早把建好的幼儿园全部投用，尽量满足适龄儿童入园需求。关于职业教育投入不足问题，政府将在进一步加大职业教育投入的同时，积极利用社会力量办学，出台政策，吸引更多的民间资金参与职业教育发展。关于普通高中负债问题，去年市政府帮助研究解决了部分债务问题，今年还将继续想办法解决。

以上是我结合大家反映的问题，提出的一些原则性意见。市政府计划在本月召开一次专题协调会议集中研究解决，请市教育局会后将大家的意见建议进行汇总梳理，分清轻重缓急，分清共性和个性问题，抓紧协调有关部门认真研究，拿出具有建设性的解决方案，供市政府决策。

一会儿，魏书记还要作重要讲话，下面我先讲三点意见。

一要加大投入，创造良好环境。各级政府在政策制定、工作部署、资金投入等方面要优先考虑教育，适当向教育倾斜，在政策范围内，该投入的资金投入到位，该给的编制给到位，切实把尊师重教的措施落到实处。教育部门要关心好教师的工作和生活，尤其是农村边远山区和贫困地区的教师，及时为他们排忧解难。相关部门要认真履行职责，加强沟通配合，形成关心教育事业、支持教育发展的强大合力，为我市教育事业发展创造更好的外部环境。

二要改革创新，提升教育水平。教育部门要围绕“两个承接”、“两个突出”和“两个试点”等改革重点，落实好市委确定的改革任务，突出义务教育均衡发展、职业教育发展等工作，积极借鉴、大胆探索、开拓创新，加快推进教育教学改革。尤其是在职业教育发展方面，要在服务地方经济发展上下功夫，面向产业、面向园区、面向企业，创新职业教育发展模式，加快培养一批实用型人才，为全市经济社会发展提供强大的智力支持和人才保障。

三要弘扬师德，提高育人本领。教师是教育的第一资源，是发展教育事业的关键所在，没有高水平的教师队伍，就没有高质量的教育。希望各位教师都要做一个有学识的人、有爱心的人、有境界的人，努力做一名人民满意的教师;也希望各位校长都能够做教育思想的引领者、教学教研的指导者、教师成长的促进者、管理艺术的探索者，努力办好人民满意的学校。宣传部门要注意发现和宣传教育工作中的正面典型，使教师在岗位上有幸福感、事业上有成就感、社会上有荣誉感。

同志们，国运兴衰系于教育，教育发展决胜未来。推进教育健康快速发展，是时代赋予我们的光荣使命，是人民寄予的殷切期盼，让我们共同努力，不辱使命，为推进鹤壁教育事业又好又快发展而努力奋斗!

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. We’d better call on everyone aroundus to lead a low-carbon life, as it may make a difference to the environment.

Thus, it’s high time that we did something to improveour surroundings. Everybody should raise the awareness to protect our motherearth. Let’s appeal to more people to join us.

All in all ,there’s no doubt that keeping the balanceof human and nature ,we will benefit a lot.

Today is Monday; I wake up at 6 o’clock in the morning. Then I have my breakfast at home and take the subway to school. I am quite excited about this day, because our chemistry teacher will teach us to do an interesting experiment. This experiment is about how to create soap. Last week, the chemistry teacher promised that we would have something fun in this week. Making our own special soap is the mission in this class.

今天是星期一，我早上六点就起床了。再吃过了早餐之后，我搭地铁去学校。对于今天要做的事情，我很兴奋。因为我们的化学老师要教我们做个有趣的实验。这个实验就是如何制作肥皂。上个星期，化学老师向我们保证这周会做个有趣的实验，而创造出属于自己的一块肥皂就是这次课的主要内容。

今天早上，妈妈一叫我起床，我就一蹦三尺高，因为今天要看元旦联欢晚会了!

我一进教室，就很开心。我们一吃完早饭，就开始了元旦联欢晚会，董老师准备给我们放动画片，有A、B、C、D这几种选择，董老师用了最常用的办法——统计，来看该放那个动画片，我和我的同桌都选的B，最后，统计结束，选B的同学最多，但薛老师说：“我们先开联欢晚会吧!”我们都同意了!

元旦联欢晚会要开始了，一开始，徐浩 给我们表演了第一个节目——吹葫芦丝，有两首曲子，一首是“荷塘月色”，另外一首是“金孔雀轻轻跳”我听得可入迷了，要是妈妈也给我报一个葫芦丝兴趣班，那该多好啊!

第二个节目是我们班的龚 涵，给我们表演的英文歌——彩虹，虽然很简单，她却唱得很有节奏，很有感情!

接下来，可就不是单人表演了，薛老师给我们放了音乐，有的跳拉丁，有的就跳我们班最火的江南Style。

虽然，元旦联欢晚会很短，但我还是很开心!
