Every day when I come home, she always jumps up to me happily, with her tail moving. She seems to be my best friend. As time goes by, the relationship between us becomes closer and closer. Therefore, I think her as an important member in my family. I really have the pleasure of her company.

Since we went to school, we have been educated to be polite, no matter to

the young or old people. People follow the manner rules and have a nice

communication between each other, but some people ignore the rules and they

treat their rude behaviors as something cool. Today, people advocate the

individuality, so the young generation wants to do something different and catch

peoples attention. For example, they dont care other peoples feeling and

criticize others as they like, or just interrupt when other people is talking,

they just show what they want to say and they believe they are special and cool.

This is very rude behavior that they dont respect others and have the wrong

idea about individuality. We can do something special on the base of respect

others and follow the rules, or we are just the rude people.

There is an old Chinese saying: Top students come from strict teachers.

Perhaps affected by this saying for a long time, we believe it right. However,

as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

room decorated. And a skilled worker was bricking up the wall. Seeing large

cracks between the bricks, she questioned why. The worker told her after this

summer, the bricks would become bigger, and those cracks would disappear.That is

not only decoration, but also communication. The principle is the same.

我们班的教师节除了平淡就是平常。但我还是有点莫名的开民，因为，说不定老师今天心情好，就给我们少布置点作业呢。呵呵!

下午，我来到学校，本以为教师节风波已经过去了，但……并不是这样。第一节品德课，当品德老师收到同学们的礼物后，一下子开心地从普通话变成了方言，但是还不忘加上一句：“你们考个好成绩，就是最好的礼物。”同学们突然不说话了，老师呢，则照常开始上课，但这节课，老师一直都是面带笑容，至于我的礼物嘛，我本来是要下午带来的，但是，可怜的它又被我遗忘在了商店里，没办法，谁叫我记性不好呢。

金风送爽、硕果飘香。今天，我们隆重集会，共同庆祝第32个教师节，并对一年来我县教育战线上涌现出的先进集体和先进个人进行表彰和奖励。今年的教师节对涞源来说，又是一个喜庆的节日。今年我县教育工作再创佳绩，高考本二以上上线人数692人，上线率达到50%以上，李金倍同学以649分的成绩，荣获保定市文科第二名，被清华大学录取，一大批涞源学子进入浙江大学、人民大学、复旦大学等全国名校;职业教育对口升学本科上线54人，上线率达40%以上，继续保持全市先进行列;中考优生数量大幅提高，董增攀同学荣获保定市中考状元。基础教育、幼儿教育以及民办教育均取得长足进步，我县已连续六年夺得“全市教育工作先进县”荣誉称号。

在此，我代表县委、县人大、县政府、县政协和全县27万人民，向辛勤耕耘在教育战线的广大教师和教育工作者致以节日的问候!向受到表彰的先进集体和先进个人表示衷心的祝贺!向所有关心支持涞源发展和涞源教育事业的各界人士表示衷心的感谢!

今天这次会议既是一次表彰先进的庆功会，也是一次鼓劲加压的动员会。希望广大教育工作者在成绩面前戒骄戒躁、再创佳绩!希望广大同学刻苦学习、茁壮成长，取得更加优异的成绩，为家乡争光、为涞源添彩!

刚才，路生县长宣读了县委、县政府《关于对2015-2016学年度在教育教学及尊师重教工作中成绩突出的先进集体和个人进行表彰的决定》;受到表彰的先进集体和先进个人代表作了很好的发言，听了以后很受感动，也很受启发。总体感觉，我们的校长和教师队伍素质很好，精神风貌很好，只要有一支优秀的校长和教师团队，涞源的教育事业就会越来越好。

下面，我讲三点意见：

一、加快涞源脱贫致富和跨越发展，必须大力推动教育事业率先突破

百年大计，教育为本。教育兴，则百业兴;教育旺，则百业旺。明末清初的大教育家朱舜水讲“敬教劝学，建国之大体;兴贤育才，为政之先务”。教育越来越成为事关长远、关乎未来的决定性因素。从涞源的发展看，贫穷依然是我们的基本县情，涞源是“国家扶贫开发工作重点县”，还是“燕山-太行山集中连片特困地区重点县”、“河北省环首都扶贫攻坚示范区重点县”，现在仍然有7.22万贫困人口。涞源贫穷的根儿，就是穷在缺乏人才。习近平总书记讲，革命老区、贫困地区要脱贫致富，从根儿上还是要把教育抓好。全县上下对此要有清醒的认识，脱贫致富奔小康，靠天靠地不如靠自己，抓教育就是抓“拔穷根”的工程，要着力培养有知识、有文化、有理想、有远见的新时期涞源人，不断增强自我“造血”功能，让涞源人自己主宰发展的命运，让涞源人活的更有尊严。

一要始终坚持将教育作为一把手工程。全县各级各部门要站在政治和全局的高度，牢固树立“人才第一、教育为先”的思想，始终坚持把教育事业作为基础性、先导性、全局性工程来抓，拿出抓经济工作、抓项目的精神和劲头来抓教育。特别是在座的乡镇党委、政府负责人，要定期研究教育问题，责无旁贷地支持教育、理解教育、关心教育和帮助教育，能说的话要说，能做的事要做。各级干部要当好教育工作的后勤部长，少讲空话，多干实事，要经常深入学校，倾听广大师生的意见和呼声，为他们排忧解难，为他们解决实实在在的困难和问题。

二要始终坚持营造最优的教育环境。全县各级各部门要牢固树立“教育事情优先办理，教育问题优先解决”的理念，凡是有利于教育事业发展的事，要想方设法多开“绿灯”。发改、财政部门要全面落实教育经费保障机制，逐步提高义务教育公用经费水平;综治、公安、市场监督管理、卫生、安监局等部门要依法履行责任，加大校园及周边环境的整治力度，严惩侵犯师生权益的不法行为，切实守护好校园净土;各级媒体平台要大力宣传教育工作的方针政策、办学亮点和发展成果，宣传优秀教师的先进事迹，在全社会营造理解教育、关心教育、支持教育的生动局面。

三要始终坚持全民支持教育的优良传统。没有全社会的支持和参与，教育的发展就无从谈起。涞源历来就有尊师重教的优良传统，要把这一传统保持下去，发扬光大。要进一步广泛动员社会各个方面、各个阶层的力量，特别是民营企业家，积极支持全县教育发展，深入开展三联济困、亲民爱民、教育济困、金秋助学等各类助学活动，努力集聚学校、家庭以及社会各界共同参与、共兴教育的正能量，在全社会上下形成尊师重教的浓厚氛围。

二、树立全新的教育理念，奋力打造一流的教育质量

教育事业办得好不好，最鲜明的标志就是要有一流的教育质量，就是要输送大批的涞源学子走进大学的校门。一谈到衡水，大家首先想到的是衡水的教育抓得好，涞源也要这样，也要打造一流教育质量。应该说，经过几年的积累、几年的奋斗，涞源的教育质量已经有了很好的基础，为此，我们要树立新的目标，就是要在全市争一流、全省创先进、全国有影响，这就是我们今后的奋斗目标。实现这一目标，需要我们强化全新的教育理念。

一要强化均衡发展的理念。教育作为最大的民生，必须努力实现公平公正。涞源地域面积大，人口居住分散，区域发展差异大，校际之间差距也很大。要更加重视教育的公益性和普惠性，优化配置各种教育资源，促进公共教育资源向薄弱学校、向农村贫困地区倾斜，逐步缩小城乡、区域、校际教育发展差距。要进一步优化师资力量配备，激励和引导优秀教师向基层农村、偏远山区流动。特别是要统筹解决好进城务工人员、困难家庭子女平等接受教育问题，着力解决好留守儿童、残疾儿童教育问题，让所有孩子都能充分享受公平教育的阳光雨露。

二要强化品牌发展理念。名师靠名校培养，名校靠名师铸就。办学办校必须增强品牌意识，着力打造在全省乃至全国叫得响的教育品牌。一所学校一旦形成了品牌，一切有利资源、要素、政策都会随之而来，就会进入一个好生源、好成绩、好老师的良性循环。要努力推出一批在全国有名、全省有位的一流学校、一流教师、一流校长，让人们一提到涞源，首先想到的是涞源的教育事业办得好，涞源的孩子考入名校的多。在这方面，县一中要带头，一中要率先打造成保定一流、河北有名的品牌学校，把涞源更多的孩子输送到大学特别是名牌大学。这是县委、县政府给予你们的厚望，也是全县27万人民的深切期盼。

三要强化创新发展的理念。教育事业发展的出路在于改革创新。要积极探索创新办学体制、办学模式和培养方式，大力实施素质教育，实施符合涞源山区特点的教育路径，努力形成充满活力、富有效率的教育机制。基础教育、高中教育和职业教育都要创新发展，特别是职业教育与涞源经济社会发展的关系最直接，要紧密结合我县主导产业，采取多种办学模式，实行产学结合，依托产业办专业，办好专业促产业，培养大批急需的高素质、高技能的适用人才。同时，要加大发展学生党员力度，为全县广大农村培养一批有思想、有知识、有能力的后备干部，真正把职教中心办成涞源培养农村干部、科技致富能手、科技致富带头人的“黄埔军校”。

四是强化规范发展理念。教育上讲规范发展，核心是严格管理。学校是一片纯净的土地，教师是一支榜样的团队，必须方方面面讲规范，特别是在从严治党、从严管理的新常态下，更要严格管理教育团队，不能出现不该出现的问题。要在教育系统内部构建一种“风气正、责任明、赏罚严”的基础秩序，建立激励竞争机制，将教育工作的各项任务目标，层层分解，落实到人，充分调动广大教育工作者的积极性和主动性，始终保持教育事业发展的活力和竞争力。

三、打造德才双馨的教育团队，为全县教育蓬勃发展提供坚强保障

如果说教育是国家发展的基石，那么教师就是奠基者。教师是人类灵魂的工程师，是太阳底下最崇高的职业。新时期下，要认真落实习近平总书记提出的“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心”的“四有”要求，不断争取更大的进步。这里，对大家提四点要求，与大家共勉。

一是师德为先。教师是教育之本，师德是教育之魂。作为一名教师，就要像莲花一样高洁，不被世俗所染，守住一方净土，淡泊名利，宁静致远，永远保持人民教师的清风正骨和道德情操。全县广大教育工作者，无论是一线的教师，还是管理者，都要把修身立德作为最基本的职业要求，内外兼修，涵养品质，时时处处净化自己的心灵、检点自己的言行，坚守职业操守，规范从教行为。特别是在日常工作生活中，要慎言、慎行、慎独、慎微，言行举止要大方得体、仪容仪表要端庄整洁，符合教师身份，真正做到“学高为师，德高为范”。

二是本领为重。韩愈讲，师者，传道、授业、解惑也。“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来”。这就要求我们的老师，要始终处于学习状态，把学习当作一种责任和追求，当作一种生存方式和生活态度，努力成为教书育人的行家里手，做专家型校长、做学者型教师。特别是我们的校长，要始终把业务作为第一本领，把教学业务作为首要职责，不仅要领导教学、指导教学，更要精通教学、善于教学，少一些应酬吃喝，多一些学习研究，努力做业务型校长、专家型校长。

三是学生为本。爱是教育的灵魂，没有爱就没有教育。教育事业的一切工作都是为了孩子。以学生为本，就是要一切为了学生，为了学生的一切。现在的学生大都是独生子女，农村家庭的孩子普遍也就两个，都是家长们的掌上明珠，特别是作为贫困山区县，有大量的留守儿童，对这些学生，我们的老师，我们的校长要加倍呵护，加倍关爱，一定要以强烈的责任心，把自己的情感倾注到每一个学生身上，做到学习上关心、生活上关心、身体上关心、心理上关心、安全上关心，让我们教育的每一个孩子都能健康成长，真正做到“一个都不能少”。

四是奉献为要。“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”。“春蚕、蜡烛”是对教师形象的比喻。就是说教师是奉献了自己，给学生以温暖和希望，照亮孩子前进的道路。希望全县教师继续以“桃李不言、下自成蹊”作为人生最大快乐，用真心、真情、真诚关爱每一名学生，开启学生智慧，陶冶学生情操，真正成为学生健康成长的指导者和引路者。“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”。作为园丁，作为人师，只有把全部精力和满腔真情献给教育事业，才无愧于教师这一神圣的职业。

同志们，国运兴衰，系于教育;三尺讲台，关系未来。希望全县广大教育工作者继续发扬真抓实干、开拓创新的奉献精神，同心同德，扎实工作，努力争当人民满意的教师，努力办好人民满意的教育，为加快建设“经济强县、中等城市、生态涞源”做出新的更大贡献!

近年来，在推进经济社会转型跨越发展的进程中，市委、市政府始终高度重视教育发展，加大投入力度，校安工程全面完成，青少年活动中心等一批教育基础设施建成投用，办学条件明显好转;深化教育改革，规范教育管理，建成特色小学58所，优质初中14所，中考各项指标稳居运城前列，高考二本达线人数从2008年的586人增加到2012年的1432人，连续五年实现增长，年均增长率达23.2%，职业教育跻身省级重点，民办教育蓬勃发展，教师素质全面提高，教育质量大幅提升，全市教育事业上了一个新台阶。这些成绩的取得，凝聚着全市广大教育工作者的心血和汗水，饱含着全社会的智慧和奉献。对此，市委、市政府是满意的，人民群众是称赞的。

刚才，副市长李琦同志对下一阶段的教育工作作了详细安排，希望大家认真贯彻落实。下面，结合会议精神，就如何加快我市教育发展，我讲三点意见，即：突出一个核心，建强两支队伍，营造一种氛围。

一、突出一个核心，就是要突出提升教育教学质量这个核心，办人民满意教育。质量是教育的生命线。全面提升教育质量，是建设教育强市、办好人民满意教育的根本要求。全市上下要牢固树立质量意识，把提高教育质量作为办学的第一要务，用质量取信于民，用质量取信于社会。一要深化改革激活力。坚持用改革的思维、创新的办法来定位教育、谋划教育、发展教育。要创新管理体制，建立完善科学的教育教学评价机制和考核激励机制，努力营造积极向上、竞争有序、有利于优秀教育人才脱颖而出的良好环境。要深化人事制度改革，尽快形成人员能进能出、职务能上能下、待遇能高能低的人事制度，全面激活教育发展活力。二要整合资源优布局。要深入调查研究，摸清全市学校布点情况，综合考虑各方面因素，从有利于孩子成长，有利于提高教育质量，有利于推进教育事业的高度出发，科学调整学校布局，合理配置教学资源，对规模小、生源少、条件差、质量低、群众意见大、具备撤并条件的薄弱校进行整合，形成布局合理、资源互补的教育发展格局。三要均衡发展显特色。学前教育要注重早期益智，注重情感陶冶，注重习惯养成，完善幼儿成长档案，克服幼儿教育小学化倾向，促进幼儿健康成长。义务教育要面向全体学生，推行素质教育，减轻学生负担，夯实成才基础。高中教育要突出打造精品，不断提升质量，力争跨入全省先进行列。职业教育要扩大规模，提升效益，创造品牌，结合全市产业结构，合理设置专业，创新办学模式，提高就业能力，为全市经济社会发展提供人才和智力支持。四要加强教改提质量。要借鉴先进地区教育改革的成功经验，正确处理素质教育和教学质量的关系，创新教育观念，推进课程改革，改进教学方法，结合实际，大胆尝试，在课堂教学、校本课程、品德教育等方面开展教研教改活动，以教研促教改，以教改提质量。

二、建强两支队伍，就是要建设一支事业心强、责任心强、创新意识强、管理能力强的教育管理队伍和一支业务精湛、爱岗敬业、结构合理、活力四射的优秀教师队伍。一是抓校长，创品牌。一个德才兼备的好校长，就能创造一所人民满意的好学校。教育部门要加强学校班子建设，引入竞争机制，力争把那些政治素质高、管理能力强、群众基础好的同志，选拔到领导岗位上来。要继续实施名优校长培育工程和名牌学校创建工程，努力培养一批在全市、全运城乃至全省有影响的名优校长，全力打造一批办学水平高、教学质量高、人民群众评价高的名牌学校。校长作为学校的管理者，要沉下心来认真钻研教育规律，明确办学理念，制定长远规划，深入思考教育管理，积极推行教育改革，努力成为专家型、学者型校长。

World Environment Day is started from 1972, which is established by the United Nations General Assembly for raising global awareness to take actions to protect the Nature. The establishment of World Environment Day shows people’s the cognition and the attitude to the environmental problem, and expresses our human beings’ desire of pursuing the better environment. Every year the United Nations Environment Program proposes a theme, and the 2014 theme of this day will focus on ‘Small Island and Climate change’ and the slogan is “Raise Your Voice Not the Sea Level”.

世界环境日，起始于1972年，它是联合国为了提高全球的环保意识而创建的。环境日的创立展现了人们对环境问题的认识和态度，表达了人们对美好环境的追求渴望。每一年联合国环境规划署都会提出一个环境日主题，而的主题主要着重于小岛屿与气候变化，今年的口号是“提高你的呼声，而不是海平面”。

World Environment Day can be celebrated in lots of ways, for instances, planting trees, doing some recycling, participating the clean-up campaigns and so on. Certainly people can also do something simple, like going to work by bus instead of private cars. As for my teachers, my chemistry teacher is my favorite teacher. She is a woman with sweet smile, not so tall, but she built a tall imagination in my heart. Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

The Lunar New Year

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. Farmers kill pigs, sheep, cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses are cleaned; couplets are posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at the gate.

On the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fireworks to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year, almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. 这几天陆续有好消息。与教师节有关的当然是温花半天时间去一所中学听课，胡亲自向教师表示节日祝贺，国家对六十年来在教育战线做出贡献的全体教师表示敬意等，而与此有关联的喜事就更多，比如国务院通过农村养老保险的有关规定，国家终于承担起本该承担的部分责任，这将大大消除社会不公现象，大大提升党和政府的威信，大大提升国家的形象;事业单位绩效工资改革也正式启动，事业单位的工作人员终于可以凭借工作绩效获得相应报酬;而且有消息说，珠三角再次出现民工荒，表明我国经济已经企稳回升，社会财富将得到增加;还有，发改委官员已经正式谈到要向富裕阶层征收房产税对问题，这对于无房户和刚刚走上工作岗位的青年来说，无疑是好消息，完全可以大大的遏制炒房者，增加他们的住房持有成本，从而使房价回到一个合理的水平。

自然，也有与我直接相关的好消息，就是我的学生在经过几个月的风风雨雨后，也先后找到适合自己的工作岗位，王婷终于告别广告公司，去了青岛早报，李杨也随心如愿的到连云港电视台做了记者，庄敏芳在张家港网站做了编辑，杨晓宇去北京当上了出版社编辑，这是最让我开心的事情，我衷心祝福我的学生心想事成，幸福快乐，为社会多做贡献。

借庆祝教师节的机会，值此建国六十周年即将到来之际，我衷心祝愿祖国民族团结，社会和谐，经济繁荣，人民民主，公平公正，让强势群体得到有效地遏制，让弱势群体得到有效地保护，这是我作为一个新闻学教师在教师节里想说的话。
