I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China. Everybody likes it because its a family get-together. You see it is called"Mid-Autumn Day", so it often comes in September or October. 选调生入职，使我从“做题家”走在了成为“做事家”的路上。我相信擅长解题考试的“做题家”，不仅能用年轻人的朝气蓬勃为村里注入活力，也能“脚下沾着泥土，心中装着人民”，为村里办实事、办好事。我带着“书生意气”来到基层，立志用心、用行做好“做事家”。

从“做题家”到“做事家”，需要脚踏实地、尽职尽责。“做题家”解题是“小题先做得分易，大题不会就放弃。哪怕不会也要蒙，七十几分很得意”。而在基层，需要转变解题态度，人民之事无小事，每一件小事都体现在答卷中，因此更要加倍努力把事做好，比如在解决办证难问题时，要挨家挨户上门宣传，白天上班没人，就晚上下班过去，工作日没人，就周末过去，不能有丝毫懈怠。同时，面对群众“急难愁盼”问题，不能靠蒙靠猜，比如在进行受灾家庭补助时，要调查清楚所有的受灾家庭、受灾金额，然后有针对、有梯度发放补助款，绝不让受灾群众吃亏。
