Not long ago, our school organized a charity walk to raise money for

children in poor areas.

It was on Saturday, 23 rd October. We walked from the school to the centre

I cant agree more with the author. With the development of science and technology, more and more fantastic electronic gadgets come into being, which dazzles people. People cant resist the temptation to buy and update them since these gadgets become outdated too quickly.

I have a lot of favourite electronic gadgets， one of which is a video MP3. As well as carrying my favourite music， a video MP3 player can play up to 150 hours of movies and TV programmes. However, it cost me 2，000 yuan. Besides, the loud volume will damage my hearing if I overuse it.

If I want to buy a necessary electronical gadget, the first factor that should be taken into consideration is whether its practical.

Today is Dragon Boat Festival. Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival in China. It is also the most solemn and characteristic festival in our local area.

我以诗为伴，翱翔在中华上下五千年的蓝空之上。

我乘鹤穿越至唐，看见了美好的诗，听见了悦耳的诗。透过一页页力透纸背的《春江花月夜》，我看见了午夜乘舟的张若虚。那晚，我看见了春、江、花、月、夜融合的场景。“春江潮水连海平，海上明月共潮生”映刻我心。随后，我听见了悠扬的琵琶声。抬眼望去，张若虚早已消失，换作白居易和他的朋友，还有那身着藕色罗裙的身影——“大珠小珠落玉盘，嘈嘈切切错杂弹”。

我又化为一个豆蔻年华的少女，翩然来到北宋。我的诗词朋友，将我引向了黄州。哦，那日正好是仲秋佳节，苏轼喝了酒，大醉，面色通红，他步伐蹒跚进了门。我透过那朴素菱花格纹的窗子，瞧见了他落寞的样子。他的眼睛却显出不羁的光芒，望向那轮满月。他低声吟道，“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”

手中的诗又变幻了色彩，跨过五代十国，拂过元、明的戏曲和话本，我来到了清末，此时已是兵荒马乱。我看见了康有为数次公车上书的艰辛过程，光绪帝不甘沉沦的力争上游，还有以慈禧太后为首的顽固派的百般阻挠。无奈之下，戊戌六君子惨遭斩首，谭嗣同在狱中仰天长笑，“我自横刀向天笑，去留肝胆两昆仑!”

诗停止了更变，它变成了一本厚厚的书，落在了我的手掌心。

翻开这本书，我看到了游子的思念、爱国者的痛心，人民的血汗、历史的更迭，看到了良辰美景、大好河山，还有四季转换、世间百态……

诗是心中的歌，是泉水的泠泠作响，是鸟群的嘤嘤成韵，是时间的自弹自唱，是人生的泼墨写意与重彩华章。

我以诗为伴，脚踏在这诗发源的土地上。

Taking The Exercise

Today, as the development of the electronic products, people like to use

the electronic products very much. They count on these products because they are

so convenient and funny. So people pay a lot of attention on the electronic

products, and most people even don’t like to go out and they spend all the day

playing the computer games.

Staying too much time indoors is not good for people’s health, they need to

walk out of the house and take the exercise. It is advised that we should take

exercise for an hour everyday. We can take the jogging early in the morning or

in the evening. We not only can take in the fresh air, but also can see the

different scenery.

If we take the regular exercise, we will keep the strong body and when are

old, we can go any place we want to.

参加锻炼

今天，随着电子产品的发展，人们很喜欢使用电子产品。他们依赖于这些产品，因为电子产品不仅方便，也很有趣。因此人们把注意力都放在了电子产品，大部分人甚至不喜欢外出，整天呆在家玩电脑游戏。

呆在室内太长时间不利于人们的健康，他们需要走出室内，参加锻炼。据建议，我们应该每天锻炼一个小时。我们可以在早上或者傍晚慢跑，不仅可以呼吸新鲜的空气，也可以看到不同的风景。

如果我们坚持有规律的锻炼，就能保持强壮的身体，当我们老了，还能去任何想去的地方。

迎新辞旧举国欣，怎奈妖毒始汉滨。突如其来的新型冠状病毒，凝固了新年的喜庆，滞留了无数人的脚步。当我们局促室内，恐慌地关注疫情的动向时，有一批人却毅然走向疫区，用信念、责任、血肉之躯抵挡新型冠状病毒的肆虐，守护每一位新冠肺炎患者的健康。

疫情爆发初期，人们的防犯意识薄弱，针对性医疗物资十分紧缺，大量的感染者潮水般涌向医院，医护人员常常超负荷工作。一天休息赶时间不足四个小时，有时累了困了，医护人员就躺在地板上或两三个人蹲在墙角旁互相倚着肩膀一眯眼就睡着了。有的医护人员在等电梯时本想坐在长椅上休息一会儿，没想到刚坐在长椅上就睡了过去，即使他这么累，在被同事叫醒后又立即投入了抗疫工作中，与病魔斗争，与死神赛跑。在2019年的最后一天里，奋战在一线的杨文凯医生，在走出电梯时因超负荷工作两次摔倒，结果摔掉了两颗门牙。后来有人问他当时的情况时，他却打趣地说：“在电梯里时感到有一点不舒服，但没在意，没想到出电梯后嘴里来了个‘开门红’。”有网友见到后点赞评论道：“你笑起来真好看，像春天的花一样，所有的烦恼所有的忧愁统统都吹散!”我在网上还看到有位医生由于连续加了好几天班，回到生活区倒头就睡，连防护服都顾不上脱。身边的同事心疼地说：“看他那么累，都不忍心叫他。”

抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎中的医护人员不仅要守护感染者的身体，还要负责干预他们的心情。由于病号的特殊性，当医生忙完了治疗方面的工作时，还要负责他们的生活起居。最让我难忘的是一位河南的支援者在隔离区遇到了一位河南籍的感染者，忙完对他的治疗后，年轻的小医生唱了段河南豫剧缓和了病房内压抑的气氛，让患者在非常时期感受到了乡音带来的温暖。一线医生在没有任何统一调度的情况下使出浑身解数干预病人的心理。繁重的工作让防护面罩在他们的额头上、鼻梁上、脸颊上留下了深深的勒痕，但一位90后的男医生骄傲的说：“这些痕迹是刻在我们身上的赫赫战勋!”疫情当前，工作最辛苦、最危险的就是他们，他们与患者近距离接触，无时无刻不在关注患者的病情，希望患者早日康复。面对采访，他们说，一线需要我，患者需要我，我是一名医生，守护是我的职责!

他们为大家舍弃小家，为社会牺牲个人。也许这就是医护人员勇于担当的精神写照吧!大时代为他们点赞!

没有人生来就是英雄，总有人用平凡成就伟大，有迎难而上白衣天使的守护，冬天定会过去，春天一定来临。
