进入醋蒸房，刚进去仿佛没有什么，顺顺利利的呼吸，但越往里走便越感受到难受，到了最里面时，只要大口呼吸一下便能感受到几滴眼泪掉下，于是我们如早晨的捕食者一般，神速的向出口跑去，到了出口，猛地大口呼吸两口，才有了一些好转，但也令我惊讶，我们在这里只呆了几分钟的时间便十分难受，而长期在那里工作的人，一呆便是一天，都安然无恙，我们不得不佩服这些劳动者们，正是应为有他们，才能将我们的醋文化永久的流传下去，永久的保留下来，通过几个小时的实践，我们也应该想到以前的劳动者们，他们运用这些极为简单的东西制造出这些生活离不开的东西，可见以前的劳动者们的智慧。

下一站，历史纪念园，进去以后，便能感受到周围的环境一下全变了，每个人将自己的笑容都收藏了起来，全部变为了严肃，因为大家知道，在这里。有无数为了我们今天而抛洒鲜血，留下汗水的革命者的尸体，他们不存在了，但永远的活在了我们每个人的心中。

Zhang Ying is my good friend. She’s in Class1, Grade4 in Tianjiao Primary

School. She’s a model student. She’s smart and she’s helpful, too. She often

helps teachers and young students at school. She is good at Chinese, math,

I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China. Everybody likes it because its a family get-together. You see it is called"Mid-Autumn Day", so it often comes in September or October. It is on the 15th of the 8th of the lunar month. Now, lets say something about this interesting festival.

Firstly, Id like to say something about the moon. I like it very much because I want to be an astronaut in the future. That day the moon is round, big, just like a beautiful plate hanging on the blue cloth. When I see the moon, I will remember the ancient myths——the godess Chang Er and her little rabbit are playing under the tree which Wu Gang grows. I will also think about Armstrongs first moonwalk. My home town is in the center of Xuzhou which was a quiet and beautiful place. In the past, there were many animals. They were lovely and nice. The air was fresh and there were many birds fly in the sky.

With the development of industry, water pollution is becoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. When we read newspapers, we often come across the word pollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to usbecause. it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

It is such enthusiastic love of life that puts a sparkle in our eyes, a lilt in our steps and smooths the wrinkles from our souls.

那天，仿佛一切都变得紧张起来。天上的白云都“聚”在一起，好像怕被太阳公公出来教训它们一样。花儿也含苞欲放，头都紧紧地缩在一起。

在一次语文课上，老师突然就要抽查背书。到我后面的那个人时，我紧张极了。我屏住呼吸，不停地翻看着课本，心里默默地念着，生怕记错一个字，一动也不敢动，只清楚地听到自己的心在怦怦跳。

我的心在无规律地跳着，真像一个调皮的小男孩在跳着蹦床一样，一下、两下、三下……这调皮的小男孩越跳越快!我多么希望心跳能缓慢下来，可是心跳好像不搭理我，还是一个劲地跳。如果说我的身体是一块玻璃，心跳是一块石头，那玻璃早就碎了。

到我背书了，我脑子竟瞬间一片空白，什么都不记得了，仿佛被邪恶的紧张给诅咒了，把我的记忆全都给掏空了。结果，可想而知了……

这时，我的心跳变慢了，变沉重了，从小男孩变成了一个文静的小女孩，在缓慢地弹着优美的钢琴，我不再紧张了，而是失望与后悔……

下课时，我仰望天空。天上的云分布在各个角落，空气也变得凝重了。我在心底给自己打气：紧张并不可怕，成功是留给有准备的人的。所以今后，我一定要严格要求自己，熟练掌握，才能打败紧张，取得成功。

性格决定成功 Disposition Decides to Man’s Success

As we all known, the man who wants to be success should have a good disposition. As the saying goes, “disposition decide to everything.” I remember a famous motto: there are no two identical people in the world, but the success people are similar in many ways. Exactly, good disposition is the foundation of success. From my point of view, I deemed it success should also rely on these factors: diligent, confident, humor. It can help us to open the door of success.

虽然不再经常注视着，不管怎样改变，我总还是喜欢窗外，即便是臭味熏天的公厕，我还是喜欢那些行色匆匆的人流;即便是一叶障目的大树一角，我还是喜欢看它它四季一点一点的变化;即便是纷乱的垃圾堆，总还是喜欢注视着，找一些意想不到的惊喜。可我还是最喜欢窗外是一片蓝天或者绿草，那种视觉上的享受对我来说便是最大的恩赐，只是再也找不到那些空旷了。

那些流逝的年华，都一点一滴的刻在了窗口么?每次盯着窗子，浮现眼前的总是那些迷离的过去，那些片段那么清晰，却在指间触碰的那一瞬便烟消云散，再回想，却怎么也找不到源头。往事如烟便是这样么?于是一次又一次地对着窗口含泪说：“你要学会坚强。”只是再转身那一阵微笑时，我便知道，一切都还只是现实，我依旧什么也没学会，还是在用笑掩饰自己的脆弱。

再也分不清窗外究竟是风景还是自己的心，只是每次总是想看看，然后便走神了。窗外究竟意味着什么呢?至少对我来说意味着什么呢?

Recently our class had a discussion about whether we should help

strangers.Different students have different opinions.

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and

helping others is helping ourselves.We may come across some trouble and need

others help some day.If everyone isnt willing to help us just because we are

strangers to them，its hard to imagine what our world will be like.

However，some are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring us

trouble.Sometimes we are just misunderstood and even have to pay the cost of

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Just as the famous saying goes，"Thanksgiving is a spiritual treasure. Since we were born, many people have helped us more or less and we should be grateful for everything that other people have done for us. Nowadays，as young men，we always take our parents love and care for granted, without any gratitude to our parents.
