‘铃铃铃……’开始发卷了，我抬头望望她，见她坐在那里，一副紧张的样子。我心想：这次肯定胜券在握了。这时，她也回头望了我一眼，瞬间收起了紧张的神色，给了我一个自信的微笑，仿佛在说：“放心，你这次肯定超不过我”。在答卷的过程中，因为有了对手，所以每一次落笔都异常小心;因为有了对手，所以每一计算都格外仔细;因为有了对手，所以每一个答案都绞尽脑汁。

交卷时，看她那坦然的样子，我也收起了心中小小的紧张，故作轻松的说：“这次一定能超过你!”

运动会赛场上，紧张的气氛随处可见。毒辣的太阳要把大地都烤焦了，塑胶跑道上，不知多少运动员洒下汗水。‘砰’一声枪响，运动员都向终点的方向跑去，我又一次和她在赛场上正面交锋了!长跑，考验的是耐力而不是速度。最后一圈时，我真的坚持不住了，她轻松的跑过我身边说：“真差劲，看来我要换一个强一点的对手了”。这句话，激起了我的斗志，又一次奋力的向前冲去……。

虽然还是输给了她，但是我至少完成了比赛没有遗憾。

“哈，这次又是我赢了，怎么样?请客吧!”她不服气的说道：“那又怎么样?以后，我们还会有更多比试的机会，我不会再让你赢了!”对，没错，未来还会有更多的机会、更多的挑战;更多的失败和成功，但是，我不惧怕，因为有了对手，即将拥有的就是成功。

到了最后，每一次比试，享受的往往不是结果，而是过程。那一次次的失败和成功的过程让你感到激动，感到热血沸腾。

有人说秋天是凄凉的、萧条的，有人说秋天是令人欣喜的。秋天到底是什么样的呢?

秋天田野里沉甸甸的稻子像是一个犯错的孩子，羞涩地低头面对着大地母亲，可那些颗粒饱满的小宝贝却迫不及待地想看看这个充满神奇的世界。

秋天田野里颗粒饱满的玉米探出了一个个好奇的小脑袋，这些小脑袋似乎在等待着什么。“来了，来了，终于来了。”只听一个小颗粒大喊起来，哦……原来它们在等秋姑娘啊!啊!玉米的世界多神奇啊!

秋天田野里有快要生产的大孕妇——豆荚。它的肚子鼓鼓的，身体长长，肚子里一共有3到4个小宝宝不等。哇!大孕妇要生产了，只听“砰”的一声，小宝宝就离开了妈妈的肚子，来到了这个陌生的世界。

秋天的果园里有苹果、橘子、葡萄、香蕉、石榴……其中我喜欢葡萄，一串一串，每一串都有无数个小脑袋，每一个小脑袋都见证了春天的温暖、夏天的炎热，现在它们又见证秋天的丰收，我相信，它们就是这秋天果园里丰收的最好见证者。

秋，是令人欢乐的、激动的，孕育希望的季节，我爱秋天!

当古人懂得将物体发出的声音编织成有序的篇章时，音乐也就产生了。从曾经单一的拟声到如今纷繁的乐曲，音乐无时无刻不散发着其独有的韵味与美丽，令人们如痴如醉。

音乐是美的.，是人们传达思想的一种方式，也是人们表达心境的一种途径。不同的人演奏出的音乐之美是不同的。开朗者奏乐有其轻快活泼之美;豁达者奏乐有其深远清爽之美;悲伤者奏乐有其阴郁低沉之美;忧郁者奏乐有其深沉缓慢之美。正是因为音乐可以传达人们的心境，奏出那不同的美感，俞伯牙何尝不是为了知音者而鼓琴，才演绎出了那高山流水之美。

我不懂得如何去奏出那音乐之美，但我愿意做一位能欣赏音乐之美的听众，不以那粗俗的眼光去践踏圣洁的乐章。我喜欢听音乐，因为每当你静心去倾听每一首音乐时便会有不同的感觉油然而生，使你仿佛进入了音符舞动的世界，乐音环绕，远离了世俗的喧嚣，远离了社会上的明争暗斗，远离了你所背负的一切沉重的责任的包袱。因此，有的音乐似水，品之无味却有良多益处;有的音乐似咖啡，味苦却闻香，尽显潇洒与随意;有的音乐似酒，愈陈愈烈，狂放而落寞;有的音乐似茶，有清香却也宁静。

音乐美，可以给人带来许多好处。我喜欢听优雅的钢琴曲，也喜欢听班得瑞轻柔的旋律。每当轻柔的曲子响起，音乐便舒缓着人们急躁的心灵，好的音乐是人们心灵的洗涤剂，可以荡涤掉内心的丑恶，只留下真、善、美。若说音乐是无用的，孔子又怎会一心向往礼乐之邦，而今又怎会出现“乐以教和”这一说法呢?

音乐之美，美在其饱含真切的思想，饱含着最原始的自然情感，承载着人们心灵纯洁的一面，也承载着生命平淡的一面。

With the development of technology, today we live in the world with high technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once they dont have smart phone at hand for a while, the seem to be lost and feel something miss in their life. When I talk to my friends at table, I find them always play smart phones or check on the text all the time. Though we sit face to face, the distance between us is so far. The high technology brings isolation between people. Some people dont often visit their parents and friends, for they believe that a call can solve all the things. Communication in face to face is far more important than a call. It is time for some people to put down their smart phones for a while when they are communicating to others.
