第一次知道星巴克是几年前从读者上看到一篇文章《我奋斗了18年才能和你一起喝咖啡》。后来从我的表哥那里也听了一些星巴克的点滴。他很喜欢星巴克，喝咖啡的首选场所就是星巴克。从他那儿引起了我对星巴克日渐浓厚的兴趣，充满了向往。但当时的感觉星巴克距我很远，那是小资中产一类人才去的起的地方，心中萌生一个念头，如果我能去那里工作就好了。
大约半月前，一次逛街时看到星巴克位于人民路的店，当时在心中积聚好久的想法促动我走进去，因为太想能够在那里工作了，所以什么都没有准备的情况下，就走了进去。
进去的时候看到店员正在整理咖啡架子上的东西，是一个女孩。我主动地对她打招呼：“你好!”然后她带着很真诚很亲切的笑容回应：“你好!”那个笑容让我永远难以忘记。
接着我到了前台，找到了店长。对他说出了我想来星巴克工作的想法。他很热情地接待了我，还请我喝了星巴克的圣诞咖啡，那是我第一次在星巴克喝咖啡，特别高兴。可能是太兴奋了，竟然忘了问他的名字，但他的亲切随和给了我特别深刻的印象。从他那里我得知了星巴克在大连的几家店，以及初步对星巴克的了解。这次的星巴克之行让我对星巴克更加充满了向往，于是从网上大量查阅了星巴克的资料。了解星巴克之后，想成为星巴克伙伴的这个想法就更加根植于心中，成了我的梦想。
我很喜欢星巴克的文化。我知道星巴克创建于1987年，董事长是霍华德?舒尔茨。星巴克的经营理念中员工位于首位。提供完善的福利和薪酬制度，并且非常注重员工的栽培和辅导训练，给每个员工成长发展空间和公平的机会。这是我最喜欢星巴克的地方也是我选择星巴克的原因。同样是服务生的工作，在星巴克却是一份事业和荣耀。我认为我的价值我想要的东西能在星巴克里得到。我是一个很好学很上进，愿意付出努力的人，而星巴克这个载体很适合我。
朋友们经常说我是一个像向日葵般的人，脸上总是带着笑容，乐观，说看到我的笑容会使人想起春天。我认为我的资质很好，很适合星巴克，性格开朗热情，为人善良正直。我知道星巴克需要的正是热情正直的伙伴，这是做服务行业的人的必要素质也是基本素质。星巴克是很好的成长空间，我愿在星巴克不断成长不断提升自己。
在小资中流行一句话，“如果我不在办公室就在星巴克，如果我不在星巴克就在去星巴克的路上。”
如果我能在星巴克工作，对我而言就是“如果我不在家就在星巴克，如果我不在星巴克就在去星巴克的路上。”即是工作也是生活，二者和-谐地结合起来难道不是很美妙的事么?
我知道星巴克是一个很Happy的团队，我很想融入这个团队中，我想成分这个Happy团队中的一员，我想为这个Happy团队增添一个Happy的元素。
