我积极参加了其它会议活动，得到了些许锻炼，在领导和师兄、师姐的教导下，我的思想素质有了进步;工作能力有了提高;文化函养有了提升;实践能力了有增强…学习是无止境的，我要奋力拼搏，尽我的最大努力去做到最出色。

虽说命运掌握在自己手中,但有时付出了不一定有回报,如果我没有入选，也不会就此灰心，我会下去总结经验教训，弥补不足.
