I always hear about my friends complaining, they say their income is such low that they cant not make ends meet. At first, I would pity for them, but in the long run, I find their work is so easy, they just sit in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, they even don’t need to go out for business. Lily, common name for the Liliaceae, a plant family numbering several thousand species of as many as 300 genera, widely distributed over the earth and particularly abundant in warm temperate and tropical regions. 今天是十月一日国庆节，是祖国第59岁的生日。很高兴，为了庆祝国庆佳节，爸爸特意带我们一家人去仙湖植物园游玩。

今天是个好日子，阳光明媚，天高去淡，秋风气爽。一路上，处处可以看见彩旗飘扬，“欢度国庆”四个大字随处可见，洋溢着快乐的节日后气氛。

仙湖植物园，是深圳八大景点之一。我们坐公交车从福田出发，经过一个小时路程就到了罗湖区莲塘仙湖。我们一下车，就去排队买门票，大人20元，小孩或学生半票10元。

我们买好票，随着众多的游人一起走进大门口，坐上大巴观光车士就出发了，观光车走在蜿蜒的山路上，看见一片片绿荫荫的各式树木，行走十多分钟就到了第一景点--弘法寺。我们随着游人一起来到三楼烧香拜佛，还在愿望塔前扔硬币，还给我买了一块我喜欢的玛瑙玉石戴上。

接着，我们又坐上观光车出发了，先后经过了湖区、盆景园、沙漠区、桃花园、化石森林、古生物博物馆、回归林、雕像园、裸子植物区、药用植物区、听涛阁、揽胜亭、两宜亭、龙尊塔、天池、天上人间、荫生植物区、苏铁园……我们在积压个景点游览，把一幅幅美丽的景点用数码相机拍摄下来。

最难忘和最刺激的景点是：深圳古生物博物馆，里面古代恐龙化石，又长又大，活灵活现，我与恐龙赛跑，我得了第一名，吓得最后出了一身大汗。

仙湖植物园内分成三大景区，由庙区、天上人间和仙湖构成。在仙湖的周围，是由连绵不断的高山环绕，山上都种着由郁郁葱葱的世界各地品种的珍贵植物。湖水清澈见底，湖上很多游船供游人自由自在的游玩，湖里的有许多金色的小鱼，充满着生气。犹如人间仙境一般。

深圳仙湖植物园是以旅游为主，科研科普为辅的风景植物园。种植植物多达三千多种，整个园内建筑风格为古典园林式，林茂木秀，倚梧桐山雄伟，借水库之秀丽，空气清新，环境优雅，有“世外桃园”之美称。爸爸还说：仙湖就是一个天然的氧气吧”!

今天我玩得真开心，忘不了美丽的仙湖植物园，更忘不了今天是个好日子——国庆佳节。

步入初中，认识了许多同学和老师。我有很多个老师，每个老师各自的性格特点也不同，比如数学老师，喜欢执着;历史老师，和蔼可亲……

During the National Day this year, our whole family went to climb a Taishan, it is an unforgettable experience.We eat breakfast, the car came to the Taishan back -- tianzhufeng scenic area. Chinese is the necessary subject for students to learn. Even though some

students learn Chinese all the time, they know little about Chinese culture.

Today, the world is crazy about learning mandarin. A lot of foreigners are

interested in Chinese culture, and they learn the traditional thoughts from

Chinese great minds, such as Confucious. They also learn Tai Chi and they love

it. On the contrary, many Chinese students are not interested in our culture,

and they feel bored to learn. We should learn and get to know our culture well.

It is our duty, or someday we will be kicked out and lag behind others. In the

future, China will take the lead on economy.

Many people, sometimes myself included, tend to judge a person by his

appearances.

I was afraid of my uncle who has a scared tattoo on his arm till my mother

told me a “story”. When I was a three-year-old naught boy, I always ran around

the neighborhood with my toy saber. Unfortunately, one day I hit a wild dog by

accident. The dog became crazy and tried to bite me. It was that time my uncle

appeared and protected me with his strong arm. However, this accident left a

scar on his arm. My uncle went to get a tattoo in order to cover up the scars.

From that moment, he is my hero in stead of a bad looking uncle.

So we need to go beyond peoples looks and focus on more internal spirits

in order to truly judge a person.

We take a holiday of 7 days because of the National Day.As we all

know，October 1 is the National Day of China in Gregorian calendar.

In the holiday I went to visit the Yellow River Forest Park togeter with

three of my classmates.It was very boring when staying in the bus for a long

time，which made me doze off all the time，and at some time，I nearly struck my

head on the chair in the front of me.After two hours journery by bus，we finally

got to the park.But to my disappoint，there was nothing interesting here，except

some quiet normal things. Compared with the my school I stayed in，here was very

noisy and messy.

Though the park is beside the Yellow River，the air is still a little smelly

because there are a lot of animals such as horses，cocks and so on here，which

make lots of wastes every day while few people clean them. In a word，the park is

not so good as I had expected，and I felt unsatisfied about it.

Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese traditional festival. It falls on the

fifth day of May in the lunar calendar. A day before this festival, my mother

and grandmother began to make zongzi. Of course, I would act as assistant. But

it turned out that I was more of a hindrance than a help. When they finished,

they started to cook them. This process needed a long time, because I could have

them in the next day. Zongzi was very delicious. On the day of dragon boat

festival, our family prepared for dinner after having breakfast. Everyone of my

family will come back home for the solid diet. Chicken is indispensable on the

dinner desk in Chinese traditional festival. There were many delicious foods,

which made me watering. I ate lots of them. It is a wonderful festival.

The Spring Festival is a traditional festival in our country. Every Spring Festival, people always want to paste Fu characters, couplets, firecrackers. You see, every family has a decorated, the scene bursting with happiness.

Our family is no exception. I picked up a pair of spring couplets, stuck the glue on the door and put it neatly. Dad will "blessing" upside down on the door. Her sister was also busy in the room.
