当然，运动场上不仅需要个人的能力，还需要团体合作的力量。三国孙权言曰：“能用众力，则无敌于天下矣；能用众智，则无畏于圣人矣。”4X100米接力赛，需要的就是各个运动员之间的默契。小小接力棒，在你我他之间传递，万一有点疏忽大意，棒就会从手中脱落，扰乱全局。接力赛中队员们之间的默契和拼搏又诠释了一种体育精神：团结就是力量！

得到名次和分数的运动员毕竟是少数，其他没有得分的运动员们同样奋斗过、拼搏过。尼采说过：“每一个不曾起舞的日子，都是对生命的辜负。”面对旁人，他们可以自豪地发表自己的比赛经历，因为“天空不曾留下鸟儿的踪迹，但我已经飞过。”在这些运动员当中蕴含这另一种体育精神：勇于尝试，努力奋斗！

I am a girl of ten, and I live in a small mountain village far from

Taiyuan. The only person that lives with me is my mother, because my father is

away for eight years, working in a city.

During the Spring Festival, my father came back home. He looked thin and

tired. He gave my mother two thousand yuan, and told her that he would work even

harder, earn more money, and then he could take us to the city He stayed at home

for only ten days.We are living a poor life now. But what I want most is not

money, but my father. I miss him very much!

It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his

mother. He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to

每当我看到这匹正在驰骋飞奔的铜马时，就会不由自主的想起马那不服输的品质，就是因为马有这样不怕困难的品格，所以它遇到的困难都能迎刃而解，一一克服。不是吗?正如唐代著名诗人杜甫所写的：“所向无空阔，真堪托死生。骁腾有如此，万里可横行。”这两句诗所代表的就是马的意志、品格。所以，我每当看到这匹威武健壮的铜马时，就会努力做到不怕困难，永不退缩，勇往直前，战无不胜。

As we know, water is very important to man, we can’t live without water.

The amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. But some people

don’t care about it. They waste a lot of water in their daily life. Even worse,

they pour dirty water into rivers. They throw rubbish into rivers, too. Many

rivers and lakes are seriously polluted. Something must be done to stop the

pollution. And I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great

need of water. I think what we can do is that we have to save every drop of

water as possible as we can. For example, we must turn off the tap immediately

after we use it. We can use a basin to wash our hands and faces. It’s also a

good idea to encourage my friends and family members to join me! Only in this

way can we live happily. If we don’t save water, the last drop of water will be

a tear-drop of us. I believe if everyone makes a little effort, we can make a

big difference.

“每个人都是一个宇宙”。另外一个内涵是，每个人的精神家园都蕴藏着大自然赋予的创造力，它应该是独立存在的，藐视世俗的舆论和功利的绝对自我的。有了这种“独立”，就会让“自己的”思想在精神家园的土地上深深地扎下根，生长出奇花异草，并对大千世界产生影响。如果在本属于自己的精神家园中，载上别人的花，种上别人的草，那不啻是把自己的生命依附和攀援于身外之物上，即那花，草、物是美好的，在顺利的正常的气候下，也看不出有什么异样，可是一旦有了变故，如事业受挫，恋情败落，那他就失去根基，一蹶不振乃至精神崩溃。正如爱默生所说：“然而事实是：他早已是一只漂流的破船，后来起的这一阵风不过向他自己暴露出他流浪状态。”

一个人的精神家园并非与其物质生命自然成长，而是在人有了思想意识之后，用一生的经历去开辟、养护、补充、丰富、完善的，即使物质的生命止息了，那崇高的精神家园依然可以清明芬芳，充满活力，昭示后人。然而不幸的是，在这个传统价值已经发生动摇的时代，我们看到社会上太多的人失去了对生命的美的崇敬与热爱。他们的精神家园被诸多外在的因素左右着，要么杂草丛生，要么商业的肥水侵蚀，使得灵魂萎缩，人格变矮，终日沉湎于死气沉沉的“物理人生”之中，听命于时尚，顺从着集体价值和世俗评价，不再对精神的东西感兴趣。任其发展下去，实在让人当心。

I am Sally， Everyday

I am very busy. I have too many rules in my house. I have to get up at six o’clock every morning. I must have my breakfast at 7:00 o’clock . I can’t meet my friends after school because I have to walk my dog.(.溜狗) I can’t watch TV on school nights. And I have to be in bed by 10:00 o’clock. On weekends, I have
