唉，每次在学校看着一些同学做值日时心应手得，自己却不会做，羞愧啊！我向妈妈提出关于做家务的事，总会被妈妈全盘否定，说什么学习最重要，就是不让我做。你不让我做，我偏要做。

这不，机会来了。阿姨找妈妈去逛街，我平时总缠着妈妈带去，今天却破了例。今天，我一定要让妈妈大吃一惊。我说干就干，先擦玻璃。我学着妈妈平时的样子，拿来两张报纸，不管是干净还是脏，都用力擦起来，没过多久，房间里的玻璃都擦完了。擦玻璃也不过这样嘛，我想。到远处看看，玻璃上依旧是很脏，几乎没有什么变化。那就再来一次吧，这次我吸取了上一次的教训，看到哪里特别脏，就专擦哪里，擦不掉的地方就学着书上写的，用嘴吹向那里，“呼”，再擦，那就干净多了。过了好长时间，玻璃基本上都擦完了，也比原来干净多了，虽然并没有妈妈擦的干净，但毕竟也是第一次擦，应该还算不错吧！

不久，妈妈回来了，我本以为妈妈会表扬我，但事实却不是如此，妈妈又开始唠叨：“咦，玻璃怎么变得这么干净，是不是你擦的？我不是说过了吗？你不用做这些家务，这是我的事，不用你管。”

我心里很委屈，妈妈，我已经长大了，也该做做家务了，我第一次擦的玻璃不也是很干净吗？让我试试吧！
