这时，有一位叔叔带着一个小女孩过来也买冰糕，叔叔看到冰糕垃圾箱已经满了，指着不远处的那个垃圾箱说：“去把纸扔在里面。”小女孩迫不及待地走了过去，她走路的样子好像一只可爱的小企鹅。

看到这一幕，我顿时感到手中的冰糕味同嚼蜡、索然无味，地上的冰糕纸好像在生气地对我说：“你一个五年级的小学生，还不如一个三岁小孩哪。”我连忙俯下身子，弯下腰来，捡起冰糕纸，顶着阳光向垃圾桶跑去……

保护环境人人有责，我以后要做一个保护环境的好少年。

亲爱的老师、同学们：

我们都知道，良好的生态环境是人类赖以生存的必要条件，保护环境就是保护我们自己。蓝天碧水，鸟语花香，空气清新……这正是我们梦寐以求的生存环境，但是汽车尾气，生活污水，白色垃圾，废电池的大量存在，让我们的环境失去了往日的美好。保护环境，应该从我们每个人做起。为了给我们自己提供一个清洁、温馨、健康的生活环境，我提出了以下倡议：

一、增强环保意识，不乱丢垃圾，不随地吐痰，积极督促家人、朋友节约资源、保护环境。

二、节约用水、用电、用纸，养成随手关灯，及时关紧水龙头的好习惯，尽量两面使用纸张，用完的纸张注意回收。

三、减少使用一次性用品，如：一次性餐盒、一次性筷子等；减少使用塑料购物袋，自备环保购物袋；减少使用餐巾纸，多使用抹布、手绢。

四、使用环保电池。用完的电池不要随手丢掉，统一送到废旧电池回收处，也可以在学校设置一个统一的电池回收箱。

五、自觉保护生活环境，积极参与社会绿化、美化活动，保护野生动物，保护绿地花木，不践踏草坪，不随意摘花摘叶。

六、倡导绿色出行方式。多选择骑自行车或乘坐公交车出行，尽量不使用汽车出行。

美好的环境需要我们每一个人的共同努力！我相信，如果人人都能做到这几点，那我们的环境必将更整洁，空气必将更清新，世界也将会更美好。为了这美好的世界，我们努力环保吧！

一天，小明和小红放学回家，这本是一个万里无云，秋高气爽的下午，直到他们走到一个垃圾桶旁。 One day, Xiaoming and Xiaohong went home from school. This was a cloudless afternoon afternoon, until they walked to a trash.

他们发现垃圾桶边有很多垃圾，果核、塑料袋、瓜子皮，一只只飞舞的苍蝇，还有一股臭臭的味道，闻到这股味道之后，大家有的捂着鼻子快速通过，有的把手放在鼻子前面不停地扇动，都想快点离开。

这时，小红对小明说：“你等我一下。”说罢，小红就弯下腰小心翼翼地把垃圾放回垃圾桶，小红的手上沾满了脏东西了。还有一些不明液体，让小红直冒冷汗。她的衣服也粘上了污垢。这时有几个人过路人来了，他们对小红指手画脚，小红也不理他们，继续捡着垃圾。

一旁的小明虽然没有去捡垃圾，但脑子里在想，我能做些什么吗?他眉头紧皱，大脑飞速运转。这些垃圾在垃圾桶旁，说明扔垃圾的人是有环保意识的，可为什么没有扔进垃圾桶里面呢?小明越想越不明白，越想越想不通，怎样才让人不乱扔垃圾呢?

这时，小明眼前一亮，想到了一个好办法。他把书包里图画本和马克笔拿出来，撕下一张白纸，用马克笔在上面写上“文明只差一步”几个大字。又拿出胶水把那张纸贴在垃圾桶旁最显眼的地方，确保来扔垃圾的人能看到才满意。一边的小红也把垃圾收进了垃圾桶里，看着没有垃圾的垃圾桶周边，自豪极了，不由地互相竖起了赞扬的大拇指。

这件事告诉了我们，生活中有很多不起眼的小事，但就是这些不起眼的小事，代表着一个人的修养与品质。有一些事做到比做好只差一步，可就是这一些不起眼的小事，还是有很多的人不想做。生活一小步，文明一大步!
